LOL. Rumors are saying Cole's contract expires after Summerslam. Imagine the uproar here if his camo gear figure got pulled. If he leaves it will probably be pulled. Shouldn’t have taken so long in the first place. |

Gotta think the burned Fiend gets canceled along with the likely burned Fiend that probably was going to be paired with Alexis Bliss in UE series 12. Maybe Hulk/Mr. T gets fast track to UE series 12 so they can slot bliss somewhere else. Or they stick Diesel or Doink in there... |

Bray is probably toast since it was just an unpainted render. It's probably too far out to get produced.
If the news that Cole's deal expired last month and he's been working under a handshake deal is true, I'm surprised it was shown at all. If I'm remembering correctly that long lull between Mysterio figures was because of a similar situation - his contract expired but kept working under a handshake deal until they could iron out a new contract.
These releases really haven't done Mattel any favors when it comes to lineup timing.

I won’t be as heartbroken as most over not getting camo Cole. The need to have them all in the same gear isn’t a big deal for me. But I’ll certainly get it if he stays/we end up getting it.

Maybe they didn’t have time to make the camo gear. Roddy had a elite in Camo. LITERALLY ONE SERIES LATER They were revealed at the same event lol. I also have KOR and Bob loose, but not Roddy. I would 100% rather have the red gear for all of them, but that is probably about a 1% chance of happening if Cole stays. 0% if he leaves. |

We just saw the rest of the calendar year revealed at SDCC. And a burned Fiend and a post-UE and camo Cole were probably among the most anticipated modern figs. I'm really curious how Mattel feels - Bray has been a pretty big part of their merch plans and seemed to consistently sell well. They've basically released the same figure 4 or 5 times now, and I still never see it in stores. |

Cole will probably come out even if he leaves, but that burned Fiend is...well, toast. We got a straight grayscale computer render of him. That figure was still getting costed out and developed i.e. nowhere near far enough along to just be quietly released. It's a shame with all those unique parts invested in him since it would've been a pretty cool looking figure.

Does anyone have the lists of upcoming lineups - leaked and confirmed - from the old thread? If so, can they be posted here? Maybe the OP can keep these updated in the initial post for kind of a 'one stop' view of what the rumored lineups are.

I think Vince should give it to Shane and see what he does then go from there. But Vince is running that place into the ground. Creatively maybe, but on the whole the company is extremely healthy. They just posted $265 million in quarterly revenue at this week’s investors meeting. With the return of live attendance and the possibility of Saudi shows again in the future, they could do really well financially the rest of the year. If ratings are in the toilet long enough, then those deals don’t get renewed and the terms become a lot less favorable. I wouldn’t call low ratings, slow merch sales, and a negative reputation amongst your core audience a healthy future. Those ridiculous deals they’re getting are only temporary and I’m sure Fox is probably not pleased they paid so much for a show that has such low ratings. And what happens if the U.S. ever puts sanctions on Saudi Arabia? That will probably never happen, but if it ever did, that deal is toast. |
