Not really fig news but Jeff Jarrett has been released from WWE since April. is that from his legends contract or as a whole because he was working as an agent before IIRC. As a whole. He is gone |

I'd love to see some more FTITL figures announced. Me too, especially from the Golden Era. The Goon is New Generation, and Strongbow is from the era prior to the Golden Era. Were there any FTITL Golden Era figures this time around at SDCC? I can't think of any off the top of my head. Nope. : ( |

Jarrett still works with WWE but he has a deal in place that allows him to do stuff outside of WWE. WWE offered him a Legends contract but he laughed at it upon reading it and hit the person that delivered it with a guitar.

I hope that the Legends Andre is WM2 attire with a WM1 chase (or vice versa) and has the WM Celebration smiling head, but I could see Mattel just doing his black singlet with a blue singlet chase...Which would be a shame, since we've already gotten both.

This means that for the next request list Mattel sends out, they'd have to get WWE to sign Jarrett on for a special merch deal if he won't sign a Legends contract.

It would be the same figure and attire and just one would have face paint and the other would not. For a matter of adding paint not much different from painting the gear a different color on a chase. |
