Well, looks like a new job starts for me August 9, finally an end to the search. How long have you been with your current employer? The most recent job I had before this one I had for five years.

15+ years. The one I had before that, I was there for 22 years. No 401k, no pension. All under the table.

February, but I’ve been moved from IL to TN and now NJ. I’m opposed to staying on board with the current setup and may quit soon. A friend of mine just did. The expectation on the NJ side is much different, and I’m moving in October on top of things.

I'm in my 4th year as a Special Education teacher. Last year, I was given the opportunity to work with a grant writing team for an after school program. We got the grant and now I'm the Site Director for our after school program. I'm very blessed when it comes to my career path.
