Wow! I didn't know he wrestled Davey Boy in the WWF. Three matches on here I'd love to see, the one with him and Piper in the cage, the one with Savage, and the one with Bulldog. If they have photos, they have to have video tape, right? It might not be the same bout but there's a Flair-Savage match from that house show program on the "UK Fan Favorites 1993" home video included on the Network.
I don't think any of those cage matches against Piper were from taping days.
Bulldog actually pinned Flair when they did a few matches together during the European Tour straight after WM8 (no professional cameras present). There's the finish of one match here:
Doing some research, it looks like all their cage matches were from house shows and not TV tapings like you said Still though with how pristine those pics are it wouldnt surprise me if they have one filmed hidden deep in that library. Speaking of stuff like this, I'm still waiting on that Mach/Taker match from late 91 to be released...

I fear that they just had a photographer ringside at some shows to get material for the magazine and there was no camera present, but I'd love them to prove me wrong and put out one of those matches.
However, if you look at all the matches from that "Unreleased" DVD (where a Piper_Falir match would've fitted perfectly) they put out a while ago, all the matches came from TV taping days, which leads me to believe they never had cameras filming unless they were planning an important angle (e.g. there was a single camera ringside to capture the finish when the Mountie won the IC title at a house show).
