Would have liked an ultimate hogan pre wm9 during his peak in the golden era. Maybe 1984-1990 or so.

I overall love True FX but it’s awful on that Jeff face. Looks like he has dipped his whole face in glitter or something. Makes it all look blurry and undefined. Yeesh.

I think both of these are going to end up being a pass. Jeff should have been a default buy for me, but I don’t like how the cloth shirt looks, torso is too big, belt is weird, and it’s light on heads and hands. The screaming head is amazing, though.
Hogan is great minus the molded unpainted beard but I just don’t care about Hogan from Mania 9. Hoping to see any of Mania 6-8, Rip, 2002 Hogan next week.

Hmmm... mixed feelings on these. Jeff would have been fantastic if he wasn't so buff... bit of a shame really. An extra head would have been good too - especially considering one of his standard Elite figures has 3 heads.
Hulk looks good... I'm just not sure I need a Wrestlemania 9 tag-match Hulk though. Hopefully he has white wristbands underneath - I might add the Hulk Rules shirt and head/bandana from the upcoming Survivor Series figure.

I usually buy every Hogan, but that curl of hair on his head and the molded beard just make this one a tough sell.
I seriously want an Ultimate Hogan, circa 1990, with "Hulk Rules" and "Python Power" accessories. That seems like the definitive version. I get that Hogan was off-limits for a while, but it blows my mind that Mattel has had this license for 11 years and that's still a figure we don't have.
Same goes for an Elite 1995-96 HBK in red tights, and a proper 1992-93 Undertaker.

Oh man I was so happy to get the red and yellow Hogan and then that sweaty Bill started repainting Hollywood heads to cut corners in their premium line too, what a waist. Hope for a good survivor series Hogan.
