DDP and Brutus L10 online availability?

On target.com, brutus and ddp had been showing as "preorders sold out, available July 5" for a while. As of 2:30 am est today, they are only searchable in the out of stock section of the site. Curious on two things. Were they available at some point already 7/5 and already sold out? Is there any way to buy the chase version in an online only release or is it going to be a purely luck situation on which version you are shipped?

Chase version online , no. You’ll have to buy 20 beefcakes and just hope 1 is the chase, or go to target everyday for 3 months until you find it. With that said, pay the $50-$100 on eBay and call it a day.

Yes they were available to order at some point. Not sure how long ago that was, but I think all 4 figures of the series went on pre-order at the same time.

The site had been indicating that preorders ship today. It never said anything about them being back in stock for another round of orders today and it appears they are not…

Yeah I got my preorder in back when they originally went on preorder. It would only allow me to order 1 and I really want both version of brutus. I interpreted available July 5 as thats when they would go live on the site for actual orders.

I still thought Steve had been saying online only for these two and never in stores. Is that correct? If it is online exclusives is the chase pure luck as to what you are shipped?

Mine are backordered as of yesterday and i put in my order on day 1. Cant say im surprised.

Mine are backordered & my order was made within minutes of it going live. Delivery date still says July 7-12th

You’d just have to order multiple orders and hope for both.

Preorders are probably shipping soon.. I imagine they’ll be back in stock online in the coming weeks/month.

Why? When they were up for pre-order, you could only order one, so it’s not like people were able to order a bunch hoping they get a chase.

I had DDP preordered but Target cancelled my order. Hopefully I can get one, it's the only one from the set I actually want.

My DDP is back-ordered from when I purchased it on April 8. I think I missed Beefcake by a few hours. Haven’t seen it pop up again for pre-order. Whether or not there will be any offered soon for online purchase, I have no clue, but I’d say there’s still reason to believe that it can happen. This is only Day 1. Nothing to be overly concerned with yet.
