These will be tempting for me because I stopped after Wave 1 of the Ultimate line (so I have Lion-O, Panthro, Jackalman, and Mumm-Ra Mummy). If the line lasts at retail, I'll maybe try to grab the other Cats, Mutants, and Mumm-Ra. A fig and one accessory for $35.49 is a lot, but that's Super 7 for you. |

My second “Battle of the Mounds” Conan arrived today.  I'd like to see Grace Jones, Wilt Chamberlain & James Earl Jones figures. James Earl Jones has had two or three already. This was the first one.  |

Came across Super 7 Deluxe lion-0 at a Target and unfortunately their street dated October 1st

I picked up Lion-O today at Target. The had one of him and four or five of Monkian. Quick thoughts. He seems too pale. The body looks leaner which makes him look taller which I like. The articulation they added swivels in the elbows and knees, but removed the swivel from the top of the boots. All the hinged joints seem way too stiff. The swivels seem to be fine. And then the torso seems very loose. I am going to have to heat him up with a hairdryer to see if I can loosen them without snapping the stems. Overall it is a nice sculpt but I don’t think it’s worth the $37 after tax to continue buying these at least until they get the articulation fixed.   |

Yup. I ended up drilling a hole into the claw shield so it can fasten to the peg on the hip.  |

Im abit of a Thundercats expert. I had the original collection moc, 14 backs not the rarer 8 back cards and sold them for quite a little fortune many years back. When I seen this figure I ordered it right away, this one is much more cartoon accurate, they have the skin tone correct, if you watch the cartoon he is pale, id rather this one than the Matty collector and ultimates one. Nice pics!
