Lot of good takeaways for me on this one:

Penta/Cody is going to be a fantastic match next week. Penta cutting a real promo was great too.

Maki Itoh. I know the match itself was pretty sloppy, as to be expected given the mix of everyone and the language barriers, but Maki is a goddamn star.

Scorpio going heel mode, hopefully followed by the rest of SCU.

Ethan Page has arrived, QT turning will actually lead to some fun things I think.

Butcher & Blade continue to be hired guns, which is awesome.

And that ending segment was so damn good man. So good.

Plus next week is freaking awesome. Bear Country & JE teaming up is just fun. Cody Vs Penta will be insane.

And I finally get 2 women's matches on dynamite!! I know Jade is gonna be a squash against a jobber but still. Main event of Rosa/Baker is going to be unreal.

Edit: Totally forgot about Mox & Eddie too.  They totally saved face from that ending on Sunday, and its gonna be a sweet tag team match against the Good Brothers.

I didn’t even realise that Christian Cage went straight to Kenny Omega... AEW is definitely better than the WWE product (minus NXT) right now.

I mean I'm a huge AEW shill so clearly I prefer them to NXT, but to be honest, I don't even really think of NXT in the same way as other WWE products. Like I know there's crossover, but if I were to think about which promotions I rank where, I have NXT in a totally seperate category from Raw/SD, because it feels like its own entity most of the time.
