Heenan. He should have been slotted in a collectors edition slot and Monsoon should have gotten into Legends.
Balor basics are all that my Walmart has after the DOD shipper has ben cleaned out. It's two different Balors but they have multiples of each.

My Walmart hasn’t stocked anything in months besides the new shipper of DOD 2 and I was lucky to find Kane and the E80 richochet I’ve been wanting. But all that’s left is a few kofis one Beth one Bayley a few showdown packs and a few macho man with the ring. And a decent amount of the undertaker. And one E77 Styles that’s been there for a months it seems like

I will see a random Legend Heenan and Orndorff, but that’s pretty much it. It’s less about peg warming and more about the pegs being empty.

Bobby heenan legends is the closest thing to a peg warmer in my area, but I would even call it that. There just havent been any elites on the shelves for almost a year and when a case does hit, they all get scooped up fairly quick.

That is why the figure is not selling because there are no matching Mega Powers figures although the fact that the figure was released should be a BIG hint that Mega Powers figure ARE coming. Due to Mattel taking up to a year to make a figure, we likely won't see the Mega Powers figures (or any other Hogan figures) until the second half of 2021 at the earliest- they will likely be announced at Comic Con.

E77 Liz and AJ were pretty bad but I'll eventually pull the trigger on the former since she's actually not too bad a fig.
Legends Heenan was for a time but eventually sold out, Orndorff took his place though.
It might be too early to tell here but DoD Kofi and E79 Taker are clogging the pegs at every Walmart I visit.
