One of my Targets has two full pegs of the latest Finn Balor.
And while I won't call it warming, a lot of formerly hot figures seem to be sitting. I'm seeing Top Picks Fiend and McIntyre sitting around for a week or two when they used to be gone the next day. But we've also gone through a few releases for them without their attire really changing.

Just Chyna's at Target for me. The pegs are empty at all Walmarts.

Walmart is an embarrassing joke with their selection right now. No Star Wars, no Power Rangers, hardly any Nintendo, and no wrestling at all aside from the AEW title. It has been this way for months.
Target has another Tito Santana on their hands now, unfortunately. No reason to ship what seems to be 8-9 Volkoffs to a single store...I cannot for the life of me understand Mattel sometimes. You want to get 3-4 of them per store probably since it's very clearly a limited-appeal item, but no more than that. Both of my Targets are flooded with the guy, and I don't think he's going to solve himself like how Heenan finally did.
My local Gamestops have downsized their figures, so no WWE items there anymore.

My Walmart has a full shelf of E84 Roman, Jeff Hardy and Sheamus for the past few weeks. Whenever Ripley, Garza or Murphy are added, they get snatched up. Also found 4 Zelina Vegas there. i didn’t know elite 84 was hitting Walmart, never mind I just seen this is in Canada |

i didn’t know elite 84 was hitting Walmart, never mind I just seen this is in Canada I have to remember to clarify that when I post in the WFT board. hoping they hit the states soon I passed on basic Rhea because I like the elite so much better and of course she’s the only one who amazon isn’t getting |

Not sure if it's on Mattel as much as it's on those store's managers over the area. They have a say in how much they'd like to receive in a shipment too. I'm sure the manager just sees "WWE figures tend to sell well, order a bunch of those". Then they have 7-8 Bobby Heenan Weasel Suits because of past performance. By the way, if you mean that Heenan solved itself, come to my area where every Target has at least 3 of him left. I've been tempted to buy just 1 to make a difference but no desire to display it and no one will obviously buy it on eBay to make money back.
So it might be on Mattel to curb enthusiasm I guess but I feel like stores have people in charge of handling receivables that don't know much and just think every WWE figure will sell.

Good point. It's interesting how different areas tend to have different issues with shelfwarmers. We all dealt with the 3-year-old horror that was Tito and a few others, but when it comes to that SummerSlam Liz and Heenan, they weren't huge problems in my area. I only saw Liz once, in fact. Heenan was a problem for awhile for me too, but as time went on he cleared out within a year. Some of you seemed plagued with him still, lol. |

Undertaker 30 , Weasel Bobby Heenan , the entire Wrestlemania 35 Paul Ellerimg BAF set , Elite 81 Rock , Unrivaled Riho , Pac and Nick Jackson are the most common I see between the 12 stores I hunt weekly
