Cancel Ringside Order

So I've never contacted RSC or cancelled an order from RSC before. How long does it usually take for an order to cancel and for your money to get refunded back? I placed a preorder on some Unrivaled Series Five figures on the 28th of January and emailed RSC Customer Service the next night on the 29th, about cancelling an order because I ended up accidentally ordering the same order twice. Customer Service emailed me back saying that the order was cancelled and refunded.

I originally placed the preorder on mobile and my internet was acting up so then I didn't know if it went through or not. I restarted my modem and waited for my internet to boot back up and checked my order history to see if my order was processed. Nothing showed up under the order history so then I went on my PC to place the order instead and when I ordered it and checked my order history, it showed up on there twice.

Not sure if this is how cancelling an order on RSC usually goes because again, I've never contacted or cancelled from them before, but it's been about two and a half weeks and I just find it a bit odd that my order is still sitting on pending and my money hasn't been refunded yet after being receiving a response from their Customer Service about it being cancelled and refunded.

Usually only takes a day or two for me if I cancel an order.

Also, if you call during business hours they'll cancel immediately. I've done this two or three times with no issues.

The few times I've emailed about a cancellation it didn't take any time at all to get a response, refund was back on the card in about a week.

They didn't do a great job handling the pay in 4 fiasco and the customer service could use some decorum training but otherwise not many problems.

i bought a shirt from them a couple years ago when they tried to do their own shirts. IT was a new day unicorn shirt and the print was soooo bad, like a very bad iron on. The print looked burnt. i sent the shirt back and got a refund promptly

RSC's customer service has always had amazing services.

If I ever needed to cancel anything, they have always gotten back to me within a business day to confirm the cancelation.

The refund itself takes a bit longer, which is understandable, probably about a week or so before it appears on your card statement.

I had one a few weeks back where the refund didn't come through - it was just human error on their part that they didn't refund immediately. As soon as I contacted them again, it was sorted in a matter of minutes.

That's odd, Series 4 is still up (minus Kenny, interesting).
