Wow it’s like they didn’t even care while selecting parts for this fig They don’t care when selecting for any figure. Mattel stopped keeping an accurate scale years ago

Noooooo. ing seriously... I have the green Basic Dibiase standing next to IRS, Tatanka and Bam Bam and he looks like he’s 5’8. I was hoping we were finally going to get one at the right height with this one. I’ve been asking for a corrected height Dibiase since that Hall of Fame figure. This is extremely frustrating.

I get annoyed by this kind of stuff. The Dibiase Hall of Fame was also too short. Was hoping that this one would be more appropriate height. Dude is 6’3” HOF Dibiase is too small all over... So is the Basic BAF Howard Finkel one

That Vince McMahon figure is hilarious. The 9th Wonder of the World - Vince The Giant !!!
No excuses for the out of scale figure heights... and don't even get me started on some of the out of whack head sizes.

So according to this, he’s a tad shorter than Warrior, who’s actually in real life an inch taller than Dibiase. I mean who cares anyway? If you’re gonna collect Mattel figures you know how that’s gonna be, so you should already be prepared for it

I'd be more upset about the overpainted mustache on Dibiase!

When Ted Dibiase joins 205 live and becomes the king of the cruiserweights, and renames the show to 205 million live, this will be an updated Ted Dibiase figure

I don’t really care about the height and all the extra stuff. I really like the figure.

To me, that Steamboat, DiBiase, and Warrior all look pretty well in scale with each other. It's the ones like Vince and the Entrance Greats M$M who are way off.
I'm pretty much right at 6' and have a photo of Dibiase standing with his arm around me at a comic con, he's definitely about 6'3" in person.
Announcer Vince might be my biggest disappointment in a Mattel figure. Vince is billed at 6'2", but that figure pretty much stands nose-to-nose with 6'8" '80s Hogan. You can't put it with any Mattel figures without it looking like it comes from an entirely different toy line.

My biggest gripe with the black and gold suit dibiase is the color/shine of the paint doesn't pop. Dibiases materials had sparkles in the fabric to have a shine. These look bland. Same goes for the million dollar belt. I just wish it had a shine to it.
It's odd that they went with a vest for this too. With black it doesn't stand out that much because it just looks like shadows. Curious how it looks with the chase silver version.

I still love the green basic, looking for one at a decent price loose at the moment. Is that two different m$m belts or is one a Jakks one?

Looks almost like diamonds and it's bigger and flashier than the Mattel one. I also swapped his head with the hof wrestling gear elite and split open the jacket to display the belt.

Welp, looks like I'm just keeping my Entrance Greats figure unless I can find the chase to pair with Virgil.
