OK, here's how I would have done it. 1st Elite: You give the figure his jacket and praying hands deco. If you can do that on a basic, you can do it on an elite. Then, give him the Lantern and stick the belt around his neck. If they had done that, the figure would have been fine for almost any collector. This is a perfectly reasonable amount of detail for an elite, you see figures that have both accessories and belts all the time. Shane's first Elite came with a friggin announce table. For as much money as this figure would have brought in, shouldn't have been too hard. UE: Leave it the same. If people want the UE, they can have the UE.
2nd Elite: Make a FFH Bray Wyatt with the color scheme of the first FFH Bray Basic, but in the style of the new Elite. Don't include Huskus. INCLUDE A CHAINSAW. (from the first episode). Finally, release a RSC Exc. specialty pack with whatever figure you want and ALL the puppets IN SCALE (within reason. Rabbit would likely have to be bigger). All in one go. Have you seen the effort put into some of these RSCs? It could be done. You may have to make the box a bit bigger, but people would easily shell money out for a set that contained all the puppets in their proper scale. Then, when you get to future Elites? Well, remember Muscle Man Bray? There's an Elite for you right there, AND you could always include a Huskus for fun. Want another Elite? Well that brown diamond sweater he wears would make an AWESOME Elite and would be different enough to buy. Basics? Do whatever you want. Still release the B111 basic, but don't make that the only chance to get that color scheme. They're released basic/elite attire combos before, do it again.
This is just how I would have done it in a way that was kindest for collectors.
Being real with you here...there is no way to afford the 1st Elite scenario you mentioned unless maybe some of the other figs in the wave were unpainted with no accessories. Shane is pretty low deco and so is the announce table. Fiend has tons of deco which is incredibly expensive. I know that doesn’t always equate to value in the eyes of collectors as much as piece count but it’s the reality. I promise you there was no scheming in the spreading out his accessories. We really maxed out these figures. Steve its always a pleasant surprise to see you outside the q&a thread. I bought the rsc firefly funhouse set, basic fiend with the jacket on, and basic bray with the red sweater. That is the only mattel wwe figures I have ever bought outside of the Golden era wwf. That says alot about how the firefly funhouse has spoken to me. I wish the firefly set had plastic walls with plastic hinged door and window. I wish the characters were plastic and in scale similar to how Rocco was made. I would have bought a plastic set with better in scale characters figures with No Bray. I would have been more inclined to buy the firefly Bray elite just revealed. Gloves were an important touch. I would have saved Huskus to go with a muscleman dance Bray. I cant speak for elites vs basics especially with the fiend. I'm 100% happy with the basic jacket wearing fiend because I wanted him to appear in the funhouse for display purposes. Its all about how many steps it took to get to the right elite look for Bray and how I wish the funhouse set was released. |

Actually, someday I hope to have a whole section of my shelf dedicated to the FFH with all the puppets, Brown and Red sweater Bray, a really good Fiend with Lantern and Belt, and someday, all three faces of Alexa Bliss. Also, I'd probably throw in NWO Cena, "You Can't Stop Me" Cena, Debut Cena, "Johnny Largemeat" and Cult Leader Bray on a rocking chair. The entire FFH Match, do it all. Stick Puppet Vince behind an announce table. If I really wanted to push it, make a custom "Sister Abigail" Alexa. I just love the Fiend and everything about him and I want it all. Just do the whole works. Make a custom FFH Backdrop (the RSC one would be too small) and make a neat diorama.
That'd be the friggin dream.

Crap its Saturday no pre orders as rsc is closed on weekends i believe im hoping I’ll be able to preorder my karrion kross next week, I know it’s not perfect but I’ll just be excited about getting him and then the basic Scarlett to go with him. |

I really enjoyed today's showcase very much. UE Edge definitely a purchase from me though I wish he came with a third head, but it's wishful thinking no complaints. Kross is a good figure the legs are weird, but I will still get it. Aliester Black turned out great, and so did Liv Morgan though I wish they didn't split her boot for the knee pads and just sculpted it all the way to the knees because it throws off the look off those boots. I love the Jeff and Triple H two pack gives me that SD Just Bring It vibes! Macho man looks good and Kama too. I really like Christian, X Pac, and Johnny Garganos figures and I am happy they fixed Johnnys boots for this release. Both Bray and Becky Lynchs figures look good and man it brings me joy knowing that we will be getting double jointed elbows on elites! Absolutely amazing knowing that the WWE elites and AEW Unrivalled figures are closer in articulation. Posing these figures are going to be even better now.

Mattel definitely needed to add double jointed elbows to Elites considering AEW is doing the same at essentially the same price.

Nitpicking, but they should have given Taker a lower cut top underneath the vest.   Also, I think I'll be taking the wrist part of the gloves off, to get that shorter gloved look. Spot on. I also wish they gave him a little less double chin. He has all the wrinkles but the head looks a little too plump. Yeah I thought the same. That combined with the bulky vest makes him look a little too fat. |

He has four calf muscles: one above his boots and one inside on each leg. Kinda rough. Yikes!!! Just noticed that
KRoss is a really bad figure, but Bray is worse. REALLY bad. Otherwise, the reveals were good!

Spot on. I also wish they gave him a little less double chin. He has all the wrinkles but the head looks a little too plump. Yeah I thought the same. That combined with the bulky vest makes him look a little too fat. Couldn’t agree more, wish they’d remove that undershirt in the final product as that would instantly help. I’m guessing they just want to try and justify the money they spent tooling the singlet torso for the 30th anniversary one, but it’s wrong. And I hate that singlet, looks like he was wearing it backwards! |

Is the Bray a redo of the RSC Exclusive? Maybe they wanted to keep it unique and fix the shirt that some complained about? Or did they not fix the shirt?
