why are people saying there are no "buckles" on Kane? they are literally right on his chest. yes they aren't sculpted, but they are painted. Because people won’t be satisfied until they have the ability to clone the real thing into a 6” figure form. |

Because people won’t be satisfied until they have the ability to clone the real thing into a 6” figure form. Mattel has not had a great history with masked Kane figures. From bad sculpts to incorrect boots to just painting accessories they have molds for to skinny torsos to skipping knee pads. Overall they’re still good figures but they can be and should be better. |

Compared the DOD Kane to my Ringside one and there’s some weird differences I noticed. Matte boots on the DOD when Ringside ones are shiny and accurate, buckles aren’t painted at all on the DOD figure while they are on the Ringside one, the singlet on the DOD figure actually does a better job of capturing the see through look though. Weird changes though since they had the molds and stuff from a previous figure.

I really like the Kane figure. I even think it looks sharp with the mask on. Yeah, it's missing the goatee and the face paint to "perfect" the look, but the mask lines up perfectly on mine (my Elite series whatever Kane with the smiling face and the box for his mask never lined up right), and I really like the look of it with the masked head on.

Is brickseek no longer going to update? The stores are showing 6+ for days and two of those have been cleaned out and now have nothing on the shelves. Then brickseek has all the other stores still showing that they didn’t get it in. It seems like something would change from day to day. Then if you use the series one sku every store shows 6+ but has nothing. So something is wrong.

The gig is up Walmart caught on to the brickseek as well as popfinder employees got tired of people coming in the store showing them brickseek and pop finder telling employees they're lying I know you have them I can see it on brickseek and popfinder go get them sounded like Karen lol so bye-bye to those systems and the 40 year old man running into Target looking for GI joes blame it on them also LOL now we have to get out there like the good old days and hunt them down. |

Is there any sort of release date for these? I wouldn't think so based on the postings here, but for well over a week Brickseek (before it stopped working) showed that multiple Wal-Marts in my area have these, but only one has put them out at all.
These stores all have literally no figures on the pegs at all and yet they seem to have this display in back and are not bringing them out at all. The fact that 4 stores are not bringing them out to fill the empty pegs makes me almost think that they are holding them on purpose for something like a release date, but I have not heard anything like that for these figures.

I’ve noticed the exact same. Some Walmart’s show 6+ since these showed up a couple weeks ago and others all out of stock and zero change. It’s a shame because it did seem fairly reliable. I still have a shred of hope that this is meant to be a mania set and there are bigger or more release waves of it to come closer to then but who knows.
Oh and if anyone finds a goatee one, I’d be grateful if you could help out my Kane collection by selling me one.

I found some stores where it was accurate just as these dropped whereas others would show stock but had nothing other than a couple of the normal elite series shelf warmers. It isn’t gospel but can sometimes be helpful. |

A friend found a shipper today and it had been destroyed and picked through. We had been checking everyday for a week and hadn’t found it. I have a feeling this Kane is going to be a headache to find.

It’s the whole, I go into a Walmart, I see a shipper, and all the Kane’s has been snatched up (which is literally the only figure I’m hunting for) and everything else from the shipper is still there. Like damn bro... y’all couldn’t just leave one or two Kane’s? |
