I'm pretty sure at this point, we won't get them til the year 3000. They were "supposedly" set to be released around January (and in June and in October), but yet again, on Ringside's website, it's been pushed back yet another month lol. No chance in hell Series 2 gets released April 2021 LOL. More like April 3021 |

This is my first Cody so I have no complaints but what are pre-order date, I ordered on back order 1 bcoz of time difference in my country.

Recently started watching AEW it looks like only Cody has this version of TNT title ,Brodie Lee had gold plated maybe.

It will be a tribute special packaging type of deal. |

It's the TNT title so another Cody is a no brainer. So this Cody of all makes perfect sense if anything. Even still, he is what Hogan was to Hasbros, Austin to Jakks, Cena to Mattel. There will always be Cody figs on pegs, as there should be. He is the face of the promotion. Yeah, I don't see the controversy. He's popular, gets featured on tv as much as anyone, and has a bunch of colorful gear. Like it or not, we're getting a ton of Cody, Kenny, and the Bucks in this line just like Mattel does for their top guys with colorful attires.
I don't think it's a controversy, just obnoxious -- and that it's being done to kiss his ass. He's nowhere near a level of Hogan or Austin -- even in that company -- and if he weren't an owner of the company, I wouldn't have an issue with it.
If they made 5 Hogans, Cenas, Austins -- or even lesser guys -- I'd just think they're doing it because it's best for business with no ulterior motives. I just don't think that with Cody.

Hereâs a wild thought, has anyone considered that maybe thereâs so many Cody figures because itâs nearly impossible to find them so not everyone has a Cody? No one outside of US or UK received Series 1 (via retail I mean) and not everyone can access online exclusives like the rsc TNT or Blood Brothers set

More like April 3021 They shipped from the factory this week, Super7 should have them either in late February or early March and then start shipping them out once they clear customs which I guess takes about a week. They're also waiting on New Japan approval to show the final versions of the figures and I was told they could be shown this week, it just comes down to the New Japan side and if they want to stop dragging their feet. Now, knowing how things have gone with this line I 100% expect the boat to explode on the way here. |

He's actually not an owner of the company, the EVPs don't own any shares. He's probably getting as many figures as he is because he's one of three mainstream names the company has (Jericho and Moxley are the other two) and he's been prominently featured on TV as one of the top two babyfaces since the company started. He was also consistently getting the loudest reaction at their TV tapings. I mean...AJ Styles got a lot of figures in the Marvel TNA line and nobody complained and he was basically in the same position on the card as Cody. Cody's basically in the #2 babyface spot that Sting was in 1998, and Sting got a lot of figures in the WCW line too...and I don't want to hear "he's nowhere near as big a star as Sting in 1998" because  ing nobody is now and never will be again. Wrestling's not at that level of popularity anymore. Everything is relative. |

Hopefully this is still available in a week or two so I can order one, not holding my breath though.
I prefer the Series 4 Cody over all the others so far, but I want the TNT championship and Iâm too impatient to wait for the eventual red strap + gold plating version (which I think is highly likely to come with Brodie Lee and will probably also be an exclusive)
