Has the Paul Ellering BAF changed to the open jacket yet?

Just wondering if anyone has found this one yet. It looks so much better (if only by way of standing out from all of the other suited figures), and I hate to order blindly without knowing which version I'll get.

I found one complete with the open jacket on eBay, so it's out there. But, to your point, I'd be cautious when ordering online.

Yup, only the very first shipment should have the closed jacket.

I got my WM set in from Amazon this week, and it had the closed jacket mold.

Haven’t opened mine that I picked up from the shipper yesterday but it looks like it’s closed. I’m not 100% sure though. The real question is what to do with this loose Test/Edge figure.

Yep, there's a reputable guy selling both the torso by itself and the complete baf. Both show the open jacket, my torso's already on its way!

Yeah, the one I saw on the shipper appeared closed as well, but I didn't pick it up.

Funny, it really REALLY does look like Test. I've never seen an example of a Mattel figure before that they missed one guy's likeness so bad, but practically nailed someone else's by accident. It's almost like someone in the sculpting department decided "Hey, we can't actually make Test, but we're giving you this as a close-enough substitute" And it's hilarious because the attire he's wearing is also spot on for Test. It's wild how it worked out.

Already replaced mine, got it on ebay for a great price! I believe you can buy just the torso and jacket if you want. People were giving me grief on my original thread about this.

im still waiting to find one with the open jacket at retail, as well as the correct arms (with the peg facing the right way)

2 Edges in one of my store's shipper both appeared to be buttoned up, so I'll hope for another chance in the wild. The arms with my Chyna do appear to be corrected.

I'm perfectly fine with the closed jacket. He's meant to be 1992 LOD Ellering in my collection, and he did wear it closed at times during that run.

I hear that Goldberg is climbing in price too. Need to pick this up soon, didn't even know there was variant.
