i just put in a pay in 4 order for aew series 4, but i have no order confirmation in my account's purchase history. is that normal or should i redo it?

Email rsc, some of the transactions did go through but the majority didn’t.

ringside did not get my order so now i have to reorder normally and call paypal to cancel ffs

The Pay in 4 and the PayPal Credit charges (no interest over 6 months) were/seemingly are blocked. Ringside is like under investigation because so many people tried to pay them so quickly using the same payment method. I tried three PayPal credit transactions and 1 pay in 4 transaction. They all showed pending, none of them actually went through on Ringside's end. I gave up and used my credit card. Seems like it all comes down to how quickly the pre-orders were coming in when Series 4 went up. PayPal was only able to provide me with their side of the story. Which is that the activity on Ringside activated their automated alert system and blocked the transactions.
In my experience, order numbers are visible pretty much right away in your Ringside account. So if the order number isn't under your order history, pretty likely it didn't go through with them.

Be careful with that. The way they do it left two of my orders in limbo at RSC and RSC claimed there was nothing they could do about it but i had $200+ tied up in limbo for days and it lead to me deciding to get only Proud and Powerful from this wave. Very unfortunate the way RSC cart works.

Confirmed! I'm glad it wasn't just me, but it cost me my early full set pre-order.

Just checked my ringside order history and mine went through. Used PayPal credit. Also got a confirmation email that they received my purchase.

It's stuck on my paypal email, which belongs to the wife. I mean, I set up forwarding, but why can't I just change the damned email? |
