I’d say this is series 1. They’ve already thrown out that last set and some of those guys will be in this one. Unless they label it series 2

Unless plans changed we know McGregor, Nunes, and Adesanya. I don't think I'm getting 2 females in 1 series, but I'd love to be proven wrong with a Shevchenko.

Yeah, I'm going to edit once we see how Jazwares is naming them - the first series was listed as Series 1 some places, while others just called it "Limited Edition."  But just wanted to get a dedicated thread up, since some of the discussion has been bleeding into other threads, and then can edit the title later.

I am pretty sure they are ditching the soft goods which is awesome.

Hope this line succeeds so we can see some legendary fighters slotted in as I personally haven't followed UFC since 2010.

UFC Legends is definitely happening and Jazwares will be making Wanderlei Silva, Quinton Jackson, Mirko Crocop, Rogerio Nogueira, Jens Pulver, Chuck Liddell, Royce Gracie and Harold Howard.

I’ve been think about keep a UFC checklist as well as the AEW one, and if this series is wave 1 I’m going to retconned the last one to Series 0

Couture and Wandy are on the outs with the UFC, so I wouldn't expect them. GSP is a possibility, not sure how Chuck and Dana are getting along right now.

So looks like AEW and UFC have a shared parts library? Not surprising, but still a huge deal. This is going to be the most customizable line of figures by a country mile.

Yeah, it was clear from the first renders being shown they'd be sharing parts. I think the renders showed Conor having Darby's torso and Adesanya had Kenny's.

These are definitely a step up from the "Limited Edition" wave, but still leave a bit to be desired:

- The ankles need a swivel joint similar to Matt Riddle's Elite figure to allow a better range of movement for kick/submission poses

- The concept of scaling seems to have been abandoned almost completely which is a huge bummer. Looks absolutely silly with 5'8 Nunes being nose-to-nose with 6'4 Adesanya and taller than also 6'4 Ngannou.

- Scans are hit/miss, with the hits being exceptional (Ngannou & Adesanya) and the misses being pretty brutal (Nunes). The rest are decent to so-so. Conor looks a bit cartoonish. Maybe it a bad paint app, but it almost looks like everyone else was scanned differently.


I'll definitely be getting McGregor, Ngannou, Adesanya, and Masvidal (UFC 239, don't care for the early career look). Can't get past the Nunes scan and Urijah Faber just is a weird choice for a 2021 UFC set. Doesn't seem like they were going with a "Legends" slot for him either based on the look, which is what makes it so odd. Hope country flags are included again like the LE wave as well as title belts.

Ngannou is in the background, like way in the background and Nunes is out way in front. Perspective and the lower angle of the shot is going to skew how these things look. There's also the chance it's a photoshopped group picture, because it appears early Masvidal is taller than current Masvidal.
