i just called my target, and they said they'll have them in stock on friday, but there's a purchase limit of one
why would that be a thing? it's so frustrating to try and buy these damn things

It could be an individual store thing. One of the targets near me has that for their cards and certain star wars toys. The other target near me has no such thing. 🤷‍♂️

I mean, I’m really not, it’s just kinda accepted that these limits aren’t enforced except in very few areas where people take their job too seriously for some reason. I bought Legends 8 before the street date with no issues at all i just hope i can get all of series 2 cause then i'd just need to find darby, pac, and cassidy |

And that’s only really enforced when pulling them from the backroom. |

Lots of Targets are limiting purchases now due to hoarders/scalpers. From NECA to GI Joe. I applaud them.

I was even told I couldn't buy more than one of NECA Krang. Some stores just have employees who care more or less. There are good employees, pal. |

A real easy solution would be ordering enough to meet demand. But nah. Each store should order at least 3 cases a series (2 for collectors/scalpers who buy everything and 1 for casual buyers/kids/parents who buy 1 figure at a time) but I dont even think they do that. |

Seems impossible to enforce. I highly doubt their self-checkout system is programmed to stop it; and you can easily buy one, go to your car and put it in the trunk then come back in and get a second and go to a different cashier.
