I got preorder 2 Sammy, Santana, and Ortiz. I didn’t think Series 3 looked particularly good compared to one and two (PAC is particularly disappointing). If these aren’t a return to form I won’t be preordering any others sight unseen. This is after preordering Ultimate 8 with only mock-ups as reference.

Caved in and copped a Sammy. Hoping P&P doesn't sell out or gets restocked before next weeks pay, I still refuse to preorder figurines on non-exclusive likenesses' without seeing prototypes at the least. To each their own.

Ringside/paypal have taken nearly £590 out my account and I have confirmation for 4 figures. When I asked ringside they have told me they have only received payment for 1. Now I am in minus in my account....this is a utter joke

I had everything on pre order 2 and now it’s seems it will be pre order 4 or maybe later. After taking £580 out my account I don’t have a clue what I have ordered and what I haven’t. Hopefully I get a reply today, I would like them to give me my original order of pre-order 2 and get a full refund the others. This all will now cause charges on my account. I have ordered from ringside for years I can honestly say since aew figures come out it’s been mess after mess

An email this morning confirms that my payment has just been reversed by PayPal. I do hope that's the payment that supposedly never went through yesterday at RSC. Gawd what a mess this has been for a bunch of us. |

I tried twice yesterday using Paypal and got the same error as everyone else, the third time I used my credit card and it went through. I checked Paypal afterwards and saw the two pending transactions for RSC and called them immediately. Paypal cancelled both and by this morning, I had the money refunded back into my account. RSC only shows the one order from my credit card in my order history.

Yep, same here. I had two Paypal orders on hold that got cancelled this morning.
Sucks because I had to go in on a later preorder window, but no big deal. Just a little bit more of a wait.

I had the PayPal issues, as well. The inner circle guys were on back order 4 by the time I got it figured out with PP. So I just ordered Kenny, Cody and an Orange Cassidy and called it a day. Hopefully there is wider distribution by the time this set starts shipping. Seems headed that way.

My PayPal transaction was reversed so I should be getting refunded hopefully in the next couple of days. This situation was weird, never seen that before.

When I heard about them actually being up (on Instagram), they didn't have the full sets or Sammy, so I had to individual order the other 5. Then, no more than ten minutes later, the set and Sammy are back up. So now I have two orders that will take until mid April to ship, and had to pay extra shipping because of it. If anything, a message saying "they'll be up at X:XX on day whatever" would be awesome. This line is going to drive me nuts. I'm used to Ringside being a place where I can order basically anything within a few days of it being put up and have no worries. Now, stuff's getting sold out in minutes/hours, and I feel that if I don't constantly look at their social media, I'll miss out. |
