I don't plan on buying another AEW figure until Dr. Britt has one. However...
If I were to get a Cody, it would be the regular Series 4. I attended Fyter Fest in Daytona.

The Cody chase is the best Cody they've done.
I'm SO happy to be wrong about the Ortiz figure -- maybe the best fig in the line besides Darby and MJF. Sami on the other hand is a real letdown because of that face...

I may be in the minority here but I like the regular Cody better than the chase. I'd like to get the chase though too. Glad Hardy regular is the better version. Can definitely pass on that rare version. This set as a whole is incredible. Only wish is that Sammy had an alternate head with a more standard face.

I really like these AEW figures in pants or tights, but the guys in trunks - Sammy, MJF and Hangman just don't look right. It's like the trunks are too small...am I the only one that feels that way?

I may be in the minority here but I like the regular Cody better than the chase. I'd like to get the chase though too. Glad Hardy regular is the better version. Can definitely pass on that rare version. This set as a whole is incredible. Only wish is that Sammy had an alternate head with a more standard face. I’ve felt that so far, every chase and rate hasn’t been as good as the regular and I think that’s intentional. I hope so at least. Make the best version the most easily available, and the harder to find versions just extras. Not that they aren’t cool, but I personally don’t feel like I need them, which makes it slightly easier for collectors that are looking for them. |

The only one that maybe falls outside that for me is I wish the regular MJF had the diamond ring hand. But overall I've been happy that they haven't tried to lock highly iconic attires or exclusive characters behind the chase program. It's been a good balance, and I think it will only improve as production numbers for the chases are increased. |

I don’t have as much of a problem with Hangman, but for MJF and PAC I agree. I got PAC yesterday and even swapping heads with his Mattel his legs seem short and stumpy like MJF. I think I’m going to stick with his Elite for now. |

Yep -- I think this one def. needs a second head a lot more than Santana and Ortiz. But I guess they figured people would buy Sammy anyway...
