Literally tired PayPal so many times and it said pending. Email ringside they said they didn’t get my payment. Went back and ordered them 1 by 1 and it worked until Kenny

I take it that you also got nothing pending in your order history either, correct? If you PM me your PayPal transaction ID or e-mail it to cs@ringsidecollectibles.net we'd be happy to take a look. Just PM'd you. Good luck cause I'm outta ideas and they (Paypal) won't let me cancel the transactions made. |

I had to take a work call so I got the set 40 minutes after it launched. Pre-Order 5 is crazy. These things must be REALLY hot sellers. We don't know the quantities though. They could be splitting pre orders very aggressively after all the whining from the way series 1 shipped. My pre order 4 for series 3 was scheduled early Feb and is already in transit and shipped relatively quickly following the earlier orders. |

I ordered earlier with PP, and it said pending. So, I went ahead and ordered again using my debit card. If I get two sets, I will just trade them on here or something. Funny how people were complaining about another Cody and he is already Preorder 3 with Sammy. Is it still showing pending for you? It is still pending. I am sure Ringside is getting bombarded. So, ill let it play out. If you all can, use your debit card. That worked instantly for me. |

Our best guess right now is that this issue has to do with people who select "Pay in 4." PayPal is having some kind of issue with some of these payments where they are declining them. For some of these they show Declined on our end and Pending on your end. I would suggest placing a new order without Pay in 4 if your PayPal payment shows Pending or Declined. If you'd like me to check it for you, just PM me the transaction #.

I had an issue with Paypal not going through and I didnt pay in 4, so I just reordered with my card. Unfortunately I cant get Sammy cause the site says he is sold out.

Wouldn't let me use paypal credit kept getting declined on ringsides end and pending on paypals side. said it would fall off in 12 hours no charge so I used a debit card

The wave 1 corrected skintone was something Jeremy said would happen when the new factory got going but we've seen no evidence they're going to actually happen.
