I have two Wal-Marts close to me....one has had the same three elites for two months almost (two AJ Styles - one Rhonda Rousy) & the other has nothing but totally empty pegs & two AEW belts lying in the middle of the isle .....sad

I haven’t seen anything at Walmarts in months, Target really either for that matter (except for one time I found the entire Legends 8 line, that was nice). I don’t know if I just have extraordinary bad luck during the hunt or what but it seems like whenever I go looking there ain’t nothing to be bought. Ive practically bought everything this year from RSC or Amazon.
Anytime I see “Store Exclusives” I cringe because I know its going to end up being a 50$+ purchase from the bay.

Yeah I dunno there's a global pandemic or something going on affecting things being shipped and processed

Mine aren't totally empty -- but all they have are the peg warmers no one wants (Heenan, Roman, Daniel Bryan, etc) -- so that's worse, because they won't be re-ordered.

I can’t even remember the last time I was in a store to look for figures. I think it was a Target and they really didn’t have much of anything. I’ve pretty much have ordered what I want online now and don’t even waste time at the store

someone from mattel needs to make an appointment with walmart and target and explain to them how to order sets. both companies have MAJOR upc/system issues because they truly dont care about toys and it shows.

Last year was pretty good during December actually. E72 and E73 both came into stores before Christmas.

I was at a target yesterday that didn’t even have pegs with wwe stickers on them. I searched the scanner and went to the aisle they were supposed to be in and... nothing at all

It’s been said but there’s just not enough emphasis on the toy sections at Target and WalMart. I remember as a kid going into a KB and Toys R Us and the shelves always fully stocked. As a result, Target was always well stocked too. More often then not, the WWE section is completely bare.
Last week, I actually saw the full set of Legends 8 and the new Top Picks with Fiend and McIntyre. I went back the next day and all of it was gone. The rise of scalpers not helping matters either. Unless you get to the store at the right time, chances are you’re not finding anything.
This is the WWE board, but the same goes for Star Wars as well. Mandalorian is the hottest thing going but you can’t walk into a store and get a figure of him. Unlike the Child, who has gotten overproduced, you can’t get a figure of the Mandalorian in stores.

My WalMart had been empty for months following E73 when the pandemic hit. Has since gotten in one case of E79 and then nothing since. New basics hit, no elites.
This morning when I checked I noticed signs of theft of many old battle packs that were sitting there (empty cards and bubbles on the shelf).
They give me the runaround and won't tell me anything about new stock though, and our stock track site stopped working.

I remember this same conversation for the past few years. Walmart stocks toys, or at least orders them. There are always skids of boxes in the aisles. In my Walmart, there are no WWE figures. Hasbro, yes, Barbie, yes, Hot Wheels, yes... but no WWE.

Hasbro, yes, Barbie, yes, Hot Wheels, yes... but no WWE. Pretty much. Every other section remains healthily stocked. It's frustrating.

Yeah its hard to blame a pandemic when literally every toy line is falling off pegs, including Mattel lines, yet they still can't get WWE figures on shelves consistently after 10 years.

#1 this year is jazwares AEW What, no UFC this year? The 25yr streak is over? I will NEVER get tired of this gag (or the Chinese New Year bit, for that matter).

Both Target and Walmart have gotten all of the new sets in fairly regularly where I am, but they sell through quickly. Using popfindr or Brickseek (when they work) I have been able to get everything I’ve wanted, including chases.

The weird part is I see big Hasbro boxes but I feel like the Marvel and Star Wars sections are in a constant state of no growth; the boxes show up but the shelf gets neither fuller or emptier
