These problems arent exclusive to AEW figs from Jazwares, look at the Fornite and Halo figures from Jazwares. Fortnite get stealth dropped preorders for their figs online, and the Halo lines hasn't anything shown off beyond their first waves which have had limited availability.

I know what you’re saying but that means we’re getting 3 young bucks sets within the first 3 and a half series. Since they’re redoing the original line still. My problem with redoing figures already is that this line is already looking gloomy regardless to what Jeremy is saying. The interest has died down and they can’t get out of their own way with production issues. Since they plan on fixing the skin tones in series 1 they better fix omega’s ankles. Repaints are a given. But there's also a law of diminishing returns. They've already made 2 Kennys, 2 Jerichos, 3 Codys, and now a second set of Bucks, all within the first 6-9 months of launch. I get repeating top characters, but look at guys like AJ Styles or Finn Balor and you can clearly see that there's a point where collector interest hits a wall. And if they really want to be dropping a new wave each month, repaints would only increase, not decrease from here out. You gotta keep top stars on the shelves. If a kid goes to buy AEW toys, and all he sees are lower card talent, that's less exciting than the big stars WWE have available for purchase. I agree they blew their load a bit with Series 1, particularly with chases and Bubbly variants. It would have been nice I think to have just one repaint in Series 3. An alternate attire Cody could have been nice. He's had two figures, but what if you missed Series 1? Or didn't like that outfit? The majority of people buying figures won't have the chase anyway. Options and variety and keeping the top guys available is good. Especially when Series 1's distribution was below demand. EDIT: Forgot the UK Exclusive Cody with the ring... Gee. They did overdo the main guys. Hoping for two more repaints in Series 4. Another Jericho, as he is now (comedy goof, as opposed to when he thought he was gonna be the painmaker) and another... Moxley? He should be a frequent headliner.

I do think this line will be successful, because I think they will continue to draw in new collectors and casual buyers from the AEW fanbase. And, in theory, expansion into Target and Amazon should address some of the bigger issues around availability. But totally agreed on burning goodwill with the most hardcore collectors. There are just areas where it feels like a big swing and a miss, but Jeremy seems to take a "all positivity all the time" mentality that makes it really easy to dismiss anything non-positive comments. Be real, they made one Cody. The other one is only available in England and the other other one is a 1 of 500 several hundred dollars-now thousand dollar toy

Yeah, I managed to snag a pre-order for two 6" Master Chief figures from Gamestop. They are expected to arrive for in-store pickup on 12/11. We'll see if my son actually gets to open one on Christmas (or, whichever holiday, if any, you celebrate).

I mean yes there are multiple of those figures but almost all of those other options are exclusives of some sort and not something that you can go out and buy along side the regular editions of those figures. That is a vastly different thing than what might be happening with the bucks who are available in regular waves with only one wave separating the release but as far as i know that part of series 3 isn't confirmed. Or even the elite 79 and top picks roman figures which in theory would be available on shelves around the same time.

Once we saw it my theory was they put the scarred moxley had on the regular version so they could redo it with the regular head since his gear doesn’t change.

i'm surprised super7 hasn't gotten this much hate and so far their delays are far worse Well two things: 1.) They kinda have gotten buried for their handling of the New Japan line. 2.) Japanese wrestling will never be as popular on here as the major American promotions (I saw someone on here claim Okada is "underrated" when if you look anywhere else on the internet he's one of the most universally loved wrestlers), so there's naturally going to be less people complaining about Super7 nooj than Jazwares AEW.

Or even the elite 79 and top picks roman figures which in theory would be available on shelves around the same time. I can agree with that, but I still consider it a mild issue. Ideally, I'd want two waves between each release, but if the main risk is having too many of the same figure on the shelf at the same time (AJs, Balors, Reigns) then I don't see that happening with this line at this stage. If it's just collectors who are bothered by there being repaints so early, that doesn't seem like it matters so much. That's a small portion of your customer base.

If this line-up is true, I'm OK with it. I'm not thrilled with there being repaints so early in the line, but maybe something happened behind the scenes that is causing some shuffling of the line-ups.
OC, Allin, and PAC have been announced and I'll buy all three.
I'll get Riho, and I assume she'll come with the Women's Championship, though that will probably be the limited edition version.
I planned on getting every version of the Bucks anyways, since I'm a fan. They have lots of different, more colorful attires than series 1. I just hope the skin tones are worked out for this set.

I also really like the management at my local Gamestop, and giving them two pre-orders for collectibles looks really good to their superiors. If I am lucky enough to see them while I'm at the store for something I NEED, I will grab them.

I didn’t know they are in Walmart, I’ll check there. What states are you guys in, I’m surprised you have them when they are out of stock in ny and nj for me.

I just received an email from Wrestlebox: they say wave 3 has been canceled and they are going to refund my pre-order!! Omg! "canceled" sounds really worrying to me
