were any of you around during the Jakks run? they literally had a figure with a 1/500 "chase" every main series starting with 15. over my course of figure hunting I found 8 of them total at various retail. they were not impossible to find
and those were actually BETTER than these two because the belts were basically real (metal/leather) and came with a little belt bag. there was a point where they were highly valued, but none went for crazy amounts. not to mention the Jericho is 1 of 1000...mattel released that kind of chase in the first year with those metal belts.
Ringside got lucky and got them first, props to them. They probably got a handful out of their shipment....and stashed them away until now, brilliant move.

No, I dont want to sell it. You think people will find this at Walmart for $20? That would make me sick considered I paid $100, and $200 each!!! I better not see these at Walmart lol I had to pay more than that for my Jericho, and I'd still be thrilled for anyone finding it by surprise "in the wild". think of how exciting that would be.. Oh no, did you Ebay it?  Exciting for the person who finds it yes, I guess. The price you pay to be a hypebeast in 2020, $200 for a $20 figure some lucky dude in Iowa is gonna find at Walmart.  |

I'd be dead ass surprised to hear that all 500/1,000 were sent to Ringside or distributed as gifts. As is, someone got the chase Jericho shipped to them when the first wave of preorders went out. It's not going to be a common occurrence, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that at least someone is able to walk in to a Wal-Mart and buy one of these at 1/5 or (dread it) 1/10 of what you just paid. A Jericho would hurt but I'm willing to live with that. On the other hand, I will lose it if someone finds a Cody at Walmart lol Someone's going to win a Cody for the low, low price of Free-ninety-nine next week. |

On the other hand, I will lose it if someone finds a Cody at Walmart lol Someone's going to win a Cody for the low, low price of Free-ninety-nine next week. I dont count contests or giveaways, but thats hella cool for whoever gets a free chase. |

I am in complete agreement that there was only 1 winner between Twitter and Instagram. I do not see that that would be the case listed in their rules on either post. RSC could have been more transparent...For Example “**SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY** 1 lucky winner between both Twitter and Instagram will be selected!” We were mislead. No one cares. |
