I don't have the video. Chris had no idea who he was and tried super hard to get him to buy an Xbox One. At one point he said "Dude just hold the controller and you'll be hooked." but Russo just backed up. He was always nice when ever he came in the store. I gave him discounts on records all the time. I'm sure he wasn't thrilled when the new system was put into place with that one.
