Cody's return did feel a little quick but boy does that guy love booking himself as the man. You'd think they just signed Sting in his prime with all of the smoke and pyro leading to a big reveal

Getting a good 20 minute FTR match isn’t a bad thing. It won’t be a draw. FTR wins if the other team doesn’t beat them in 20 minutes.

Getting a good 20 minute FTR match isn’t a bad thing. It won’t be a draw. FTR wins if the other team doesn’t beat them in 20 minutes. It’s a draw because the clock will run up without a pin or submission. Yes FTR wins, but it lets a lot of air out of the match itself. It’s an anticlimactic finish and makes it seem like FTR aren’t good enough to put people away in less than 20 minutes. It’s ok if their characters are chicken sh*ts who aren’t good enough to win on their own merit, it’s just a hard thing for me to get excited about. |
