Seriously. I'm getting so sick of not seeing more women's action. They have so much talent they can sign right now too. F*** your hiring freeze you have like 10 women active right now and crazy good women standing in your f***ing audience. Get them some real contracts not one off appearances and get them in the effing ring. Like I love this promotion but that's the one thing that's really starting to turn me off and piss me off. You gotta help me here, where is this from and why have I not seen this before lol?

Put the title on MJF.

What a wonderful episode of Dynamite. Highlights were the FTR segment, Deeb vs. Thunder Rosa, and the MJF close. Still, everything was awesome on this show. The Battle Royal tease had an odd cut off ending, but even that was cool, for what it was meant to be.
🤞🏻 MJF & FTR both win their matchups. I'd really like to see Thunder Rosa win, even though I'm a Shida fan.

Likewise if mjf actually wins. I'm just assuming FTR are getting the job done that's gonna feel more like a formality.

FTR winning does seem like a formality, but it's like MJF turning on Cody; we know it's coming, but when, and how?

Why? He's the best character in the company (alongside Hangman), and a better in-ring performer than most, including Moxley. I didn't watch wrestling for about 15 years, since I stopped wrestling on the indies, myself, but out of all the talent I've seen in the past year, this is the one to put the belt on. His character suits being chased, his promos illicit reactions from booing to cheering, and his matches are easily accessible to all tastes. The only example I can give in the past, and I'm not sure how old you are (if you remember this), is the Orton/Batista situation. They pulled the trigger on Orton early, but it was just perfect on Batista. You can recover from being pushed early, but often not when it's late. I've heard/read this is the issue with Braun Strowman. I don't think he'll win, but I hope he does.

I think MJF is absolutely a future draw, but it doesn't feel like it's time. I have my fingers crossed for Moxley vs Omega for the AEW title (first time matchup since the last one didn't count ) with Omega winning the title.

Fantasy booking always ruined things for me, but I think it's probably more compelling to have Omega go over Moxley (who is not champion), MJF demand a match with Cody (for the title), and then Omega defeats Cody, after all his work to get to the top. Then, Page can chase Omega.

No one but the top executives in AEW know the minute by minute breakdowns on who draws and how well. I really like MJF, but he doesn't feel like he's someone who moves big numbers YET. I think the right business move is for a heel Omega to be unlocked and have the longest AEW Championship run yet, building to he and Hangman.

What we do know is that Moxley doesn't move the ratings, but I'm guessing he moves merchandise. He has a ceiling, but a loyal fanbase. I just don't get it; his strikes look awful, his chain wrestling is poor, and his promos and mannerisms are goofy. I enjoyed him chasing, but being champion really exposed his limits, I think.

I can't remember who, but someone said definitively that Mox is one of their biggest draws (this was before he won the title though). I would be willing to bet my entire bank account that he moves bigger numbers than MJF at this point though. I see little harm in having Mox hold the title for another PPV cycle in November/December.

I think MJF shouldn't win this quickly (storyline wise). It needs more build up. But I have no problem with him having the belt now. He's the perfect heel. That said, the way they're telling the story the past couple episodes makes me think Mox retains ... unless it's one of those finishes where Mox is out cold and so is MJF and Wardlow rolls MJF on top for the pin. With the storyline, I don't see how MJF beats Mox without something wild happening.
We're also going to see some drama in the tag title match. Not sure what yet. Maybe it's a ruse, and Page is fine and will turn on Kenny. FTR gets the straps. It'd be perfect if the BR was after this, and Page entered and won, letting him have his shot for the title so they could have three belts. Not sure who else makes much sense to win the BR other than Darby. They've lumped Archer and Cage in a program. The DO has a title. Sky isn't ready. Jungle Boy isn't ready. Gotta be Darby. Darby/MJF ... now that's something.

I'm in favor of pulling the trigger on MJF, this weekend or relatively soon. He's incredible. That segment last night, was incredible. He's hitting bombs right now. He's Mike Trout. He's never won a World Title in WWE and he's only 24 years old. We're talking Randy Orton territory right now with this guy. I'd put the belt on him for the next year, have a big feud with Cody over the title, and then have him face babyface Hangman or Omega at All Out 2021. Let him lose Wardlow right before losing the title so they can jump into that story post title run. Regardless, just great stuff from him.
Liked seeing Rosa vs Deeb. Fresh faces, great talents. Hope to see more of both.
Love the Hangman angle. Love the OC/Jericho angle even more.
Thought Excalibur was excruciating last night. Tons of mistakes. I don't expect him to be perfect, but he was noticeably breaking up the cadence on commentary and it was annoying.
