I probably will. Thanks. The only reason I did it the first time is because AFA Steve was encouraging and asking us to do, saying if this went well the first time it would be an ongoing thing. On paper it sounded like a great idea, except Target and WWE screwed it up at every turn. hows it wwe’s fault? Don’t pretend like you don’t know it was Vince’s call to have Target not fulfill online orders.

Its sad to see this thread still exists this long after the figures were released. With all the pre order problems which I had as well to the trouble we had to go through to find them in stores. This shouldn't be happening and hiding behind the skirt of covid doesn't work at this stage most businesses large and small have adapted. The same deal is going on with the Walmart DOD and I guarantee you it will happen again with L8. My question is why does this happen mostly with WWE figures? All toy lines have their hiccups but with these figures it's a hassle for almost every set especially store exclusives. I just don't get it.

Idk I just got a successful approval for the delay this morning. Due by oct 2 but still I expect it’ll get cancelled eventually

Well I was one of the multiple people who pre ordered legends Greg valentine when they first went up, I was able to log on and pre order within an hour or so after they went up. After postponing and delaying my order multiple times Target has finally just cancelled my order! I spoke to customer service and they offered no explanation and barely a sorry for the inconvenience. This is horrible customer service. I know it’s not Mattel’s fault but this is very disappointing. I pre ordered legends series 2 also and also was logged on almost immediately when they became available. It’s sad that even now I feel there’s a good chance with pre order I may not get them. Here’s hoping target cleans up there act and gets it together. I’m curious how many other people this has happened to.

Got the email this morning canceled due to unforseen circumstances. Very sad I have little faith i will see warrior or jake from series 8 as I got those on a restock online. Valentine I ordered the first round they were available.

I gave up and canceled mine awhile back after the 4th delay. Since then I have seen the yellow panty variant like 6 times.

I received one of my two preorders a while back but both were black. My second preorder is the one being delayed

At this point you’d be best off just going to Target. I’m in Buffalo for a week and I’ve already seen 2, which is only one less than I saw in the last 2 months in the Bay Area. Maybe they’re starting to hit finally?

Out of frustration I’m telling myself right now to never buy from target again. I got totally screwed over here. It’s not the extra money from buying off the bay that bothers me it’s the weeks an weeks of waiting for a preorder then canceling it out of nowhere because they sold my preordered figure to someone else.

got another delay on the 2nd one i ordered. lol. i would be fuming if i hadnt already gotten one. the only reason i keep approving the delay is because im hoping i get a "chase" version

I honestly don’t know what exactly it means when people say “I logged on exactly as they went up for pre order.” But that still doesn’t mean you were the 1st or 60th person who ordered it. They may only have 100 figure they put up for online pre orders and I’m sure there’s plenty of other people other than you who signs on and purchase these figures as soon as they go up.

The exact same thing happened to me this morning as well...I pre-ordered all three on the morning of day one...Kept approving the delay for "Hammer" week after week until they ultimately cancelled it today...Very frustrating experience...

What it means is I didn’t pre order the item 10 hrs after it was available, I woke up every hr that morning and as soon as they went up I ordered pretty quickly. Granted they may only have 100 figures to pre order but then they shouldn’t take double the amount of preorders. if they had 100 available, then when they sell 100 pre orders it should say sold out. It’s poor customer service because they obviously took way more pre orders then they had figures available when they can’t even restock them and fill pre orders almost 4 months later. I know a pre order doesn’t guarantee you get item first like actionfigureattack said but it should at least guarantee you will get the figure. Not cancel your order after 4 months. I have zero faith in getting the legends series 2 I pre ordered at this point.
