RingsideC2 I have a question, my tracking number for USPS says: "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending". From my understanding, this means my order is out of your hands and now with USPS, correct?

RingsideC2 I have a question, my tracking number for USPS says: "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending". From my understanding, this means my order is out of your hands and now with USPS, correct? Just in case they don't see this anytime soon I can answer for you. Yes you are correct. It means that USPS has the package. It's entirely possible the item could make it all the way to you without this status changing, or it may change shortly. I've had some packages go all the way to the border without that changing then getting like five status updates in a row. |

Also, if it was processed over the weekend it's possible that it wasn't picked up yet and it will go out Monday when the shipping carrier picks up from us. |

Appreciate the transparency! I preordered mine within the first hour so I’ve been checking my email every few minutes since Friday, haha. They will absolutely be worth the wait. I hope I get them in this week while I’m taking time off work.  |

Hey ringsidec2, I have 3 separate orders of Series 1 all preorders, my earliest 2 orders from like Feb & March haven’t shipped, but my latest from April has, is this normal?

I would wait until Monday or Tuesday. Sometimes USPS can take a few days for relevant data on the tracking. From my experience, USPS has been a mess recently. Not sure if it's COVID related, their current financial issues, or all of the above. Probably 1/2 of my packages have gone "dark" after the initial update, and had zero updates until they arrived at my door. Some were on time, others were days to a week later than the expected delivery date. It's beyond frustrating, but you probably won't get any answers from the post office. I've had more shipping issues in the past month than the previous 5 years. |

We are working on all pre-orders this weekend. We have different teams working on different types of orders so it's possible order B might be processed before order A in order to help all orders go out faster. However, anything processed this weekend is not being picked up by the shipping carriers until Monday. So if you got a tracking # last night or you get one Monday, it's technically the same ship date. |

It's been the same with Canada Post, so I'm guessing Covid is the bigger factor, though I'm sure the USPS financial stuff isn't helping. I've had my fair share of issues with Canada Post and USPS over the years (I used to do a lot of mtg card flipping. Literally helped pay for college), but in terms of lag and lack of accurate tracking updates, these last couple of months are the worst it's ever been for me in the past 12 years or so. |

I ordered mine the first hour they went up for pre-order and mine still show as pending on ringside, so either they haven't processed my order yet or they have and it will update on Monday or Tuesday I presume.
