Mine says backordered, but, right underneath that, it says shipped. So I don’t know what’s going on.

Mine is still backordered and I've seen people who placed their orders after me have their orders processed

Mine both say backordered and 'order placed.'
My order time was 10:15am ET, if that makes a difference.

I saw a Razor on the pegs of the Closter NJ store and went to the register to see if it would ring up. And sure enough it did.  This is more than a little disappointing considering I preordered my figures over two months ago. EDIT: My figures also got changed to "BACKORDERED." |

Aug 3rd Same here, instead of July 26th - Aug 3 now it looks like a firm Aug 3rd I’m going to stay calm and play the waiting game but still check the shelves when I’m in store just in case. |

I just had a conversation with Target Customer Service. Needless to say, I was not left reassured:
Pia: No, it hasn't shipped yet. We are working as fast as we can to fulfill your order. We will send you an email with order updates as we have them. We don’t have a specific date your order will be delivered but we are working as fast as we can to get it fulfilled. We will send you an email when your order ships.
Me: Well, it gives me a date for the backorder, so that’s not correct?
Pia: It is still back-ordered but no worries we are working as fast as we can to fulfill your order.
Me: I understand, but that’s not what I asked. It gives me a backorder date. So, are you telling me that date is not correct?
Pia: Yes, you might receive an estimated date but you can just disregard that one.
Me: So, you don’t know when it will ship? It says between July 29 and August 3.
Pia: Yes, we don't know yet. Those are just estimated dates we provided.
Me: So you cannot day for certain that it will ship within that window?
Pia: Not yet for now but no worries I documented everything here and I will send this information to our Shipping Department so that we can, as much as possible, avoid this from happening again.
