My Legends 7 Pre Order has been back ordered...anyone else?

I got ed because of that and they canclled my order. If you can change it do it asap because I had trouble doing mine and come to find there's no other way to change it no even through calling.

like...its frustrating for sure, but my concern with a backorder is are they just doing that to appease me and then boom "we're sorry, we were unable to fill the requirements of your order. your order has been cancelled. we apologize for any inconvenience" and now im stuck without anything.

as long as im actually going to GET what i ordered, just because it's delayed a week or two isn't that serious.

that being said, ill be out hitting target's all week, if i find any of these i'll just buy them, and cancel my pre-order

I order often from Target but their pre order system is generally hit or miss. The items almost always show up in stores first, you run the risk of cancellation and perhaps the most annoying is when you pre order on sale and they cancel your order for no reason or because of an internal dpci street date issue. All of these have happened to me, but since retail has been a nightmare too and with the virus, I still have been taking my chances pre ordering. I hope everyone gets what they ordered, timely.

I feel the same. If I could somehow be 100% assured the preorders will be honored, I wouldn’t have any worries. For some reason, though, it’s in the back of my mind that something may go wrong. I hope I’m not right!

This is exactly how I feel too, and what I'm afraid of happening. If I knew for sure I'd get the figures through the preorder, I'd be fine waiting however long it takes.

I'll be out hunting a little too, mostly for Valentine as he's the figure I want the most from this set.

(Working at the moment, and there is A LOT of new stuff topics and replies in this section over the last few days and it's tough to sift through it all and nt miss anything while working).

Went to same target went to yesterday just now and got all 3 and was told by the other target come back Wednesday after they reset. So hopefully chase valentine comes in the mail.

Not really. Some people's orders shipped, some still on backorder, a few orders cancelled for payment issues, bunch of people bought them in stores.

I checked two Targets at lunch time and was able to buy Heenan and Razor. That was all I saw, one each left at one store. Cancelled my preorder on those two.

Now hoping to either find Valentine in a store or hope my preorder for him ships.

Well I bought my valentine and heenan figures I wanted in store yesterday.

All these problems preordering on target.com should be a warning to all.

There where lots of problems trying to order nxt before this.

And I just received a notification on my phone that my Heenan and Razor just shipped. Valentine is still b/o expected for Aug 10, but that’s not a problem or issue. That’s just a .com not getting all their allotted inventory on time.

Hell, Amazon has been much worse for the last few months not one of my orders arrived within the time they said. As a matter of fact I have had $240 in my account because my DCC JLU order for the 7 figures was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday. And still said that Wednesday morning well Wednesday night they said there was a delay and would let me know when it was coming. Still haven’t heard anything. That’s been the same for my last 5 or 6 Amazon Orders.

I have DC essentials figures as well as a Super7 Conan figure that were supposed to be out in June with other online retailers when I ordered them and I still haven’t heard when they be in. So at least Target is updating my orders process.

Mine are currently taking a trip through Tennessee. Still don’t know why mine are coming from Alabama to Pennsylvania and someone else has theirs going the literal opposite direction but that’s Target™

It could be many reasons. Customs delay. The shipping carrier they us to move the product to the different “.com“ distribution centers can be backed up because they are focusing on moving essential items first. There are many reasons but as long as they fulfill the order within the b/o date I am fine.

I’m so glad now I missed out on the preorder. Walked into a Target today & found Razor & walked out with Razor. And I was bummed when series 8 sold out fast. What a mess.

This is becoming like February 2019 all over again with everyone calling target asking if they have the E64 Pete dunne figure.
