My first order for Greg and Bobby was at 9:07 CST. Still nothing. Oh well. Hopefully they ship.

Mine went backorder as well. Doesn't make sense. Luckily I was able to grab them in store today. People who preorder shouldn't have to worry or see people finding them in store before the order they put in months ago hasn't even shipped yet. Stores and the website have different stock. The website put it on back order because they haven’t received all of what was allocated to.com yet. They expect to all their inventory by Aug 3. Why isn't Target explaining this to customers or notifying them? Why do we have to go to a message board to get this information? This is not good customer service. It's horrendous. |

My order no longer says back ordered. It says the estimated day I’m getting it is August 3. Instead of “shipped”, it says “order placed” at the bottom.

I went to my Target today, found a lady and asked if I give her a number if she could check for me.
Before I said anything else she said "IS IT A WWE FIGURE?" I was like yeah how'd ya know. She told me others have been calling and asking.
She looked in the back and I was told that they were buried in a skid, but the lady who is to unload it is about ready to leave, so check back tomorrow morning.

Adult collectors are insane with exclusive items. I bet they’ve been asked at least once every hour about them today... while they’re trying to do a reset to get the figures to the shelf properly. They’re on the pallet, they’ll make it to the shelf. You (not you specifically) may be the one who buys them. You might not. That’s the nature of the beast that we deal with as collectors. Glad you didn’t hound her and throw a temper tantrum though, like some people. Haha |

Possible but I doubt it. All target stores around me have them in stock , but mine still shows b/o. We should be within the same shipping warehouse. We're not but like an hour or so drive difference. Razor/Heenan changed to estimated Aug 3rd, so idk if that means they’ll ship then or that’s when they’ll arrive. But the one I wanted the most The Hammer is still on b/o of course. |

I used to work in a department store (anyone remember Hills?) and I was on the other end of it often. |

I used to work in a department store (anyone remember Hills?) and I was on the other end of it often. I've been to 2 separate Targets. The first had no clue where they were and could not find them in the back or anywhere on the floor despite the system saying the had a case in stock. The other said they had it but it is going on an aisle that doesn't exist yet as they are reorganizing next week so they couldn't get them because that meant they were somewhere hard to get in the back... |

I canceled my preorders, because I found them all earlier this week. I picked up a chase Valentine, and an extra Heenan as well.

Same notification. Just seems like Target and Mattel were not prepared here? I don't get it. Why do they have stock for the figures on shelves but not for the pre-orders? Makes no sense to me. |
