Very curious. It's not like the brand was super successful compared to its American counterpart, but they were planning more takeovers etc. I gotta assume if they did shut down, that a few key guys and gals would be asked to come over. Ie Toni, Kay Lee ray, bate/seven, Walter, dragunov. Could just be a big conference call about who they are releasing, conduct expectations, etc or could be the entire thing shutting down. Could even be Vince found a way to start filming there too. Who knows.

Maybe they're just going to start doing shows again? Since it's only an hour long program, they could probably film a months worth of shows in one shot.

I really hope this is what the announcement is. NXT UK and NXT are my favorite shows on the Network, and the main reason I signed up for the Network in the first place.

I wouldn't mind if it gets cancelled and they bring the top talent over to NXT and the other brands. I think it definitely helped some unknown talent get noticed but hurt some other talent. Look at Toni Storm, NXT UK held her back. She prob would've been in a main storyline by now if she went straight to NXT.

Well rumors where that it was actually losing money for the WWE and Vince isn't to happy right now with the RONA going around have so much talent under contract and basically paying them to site at home. You add this on top of all the stories that came out in the last two weeks mostly geared towards the UK wrestling scene and could easily see NXT UK getting the AX and a dozen or so talents moving over to the regular version of NXT.
James Drake Zack Gibson Fabian Aichner llja Dragunov Marcel Barhel Tyler Bate Toni Storm Kay Lee Ray
and WALTER if he wants to make the move over to the states,if not then just those names would I see worth bring over to NXT and having a legit future moving forward in WWE.

It’s $10 to get in and $20 for front row, no way they making money lol I go all the time in Florida and yes it’s packed but still super cheap

Per Alvarez @ Wrestling Observer: Conference call was largely just to go over the recent allegations and reiterate their procedures regarding that sort of thing. Coffey is suspended (not fired), and two referees got the axe, in addition to Ligero and Banks who were released last week. Tapings will resume whenever is feasible.

I'm glad they aren't shutting NXT UK down. I'm also glad to hear tapings will take place when it's safe to do so.

I'm sure England is lifting lockdown measures on the 4th, so hopefully there will be more news then. I don't watch the show because theres too much wrestling and not enough time, but it's a UK based company so they have my moral support if not my financial support. Wales and Scotland are opening up a week or so later but most of the talent is English anyways
