How long do you think Taker will stay retired? Imma say Survivor Series, he won't miss his 30th anniversary. I can't imagine him staying retired for more than a year. Or maybe I just don't want to believe it, I guess time will tell.

I truthfully think he is done. He isnt going to come back to wrestle a nostalgic match. I think hes at peace.
The only way I see him coming back is to put over AJ in a real match ad even that I dont even see happening.

The Boneyard Match was perfect! The perfect match for that character and everyone seemed to love it. I legit never saw one bad remark about the match in all my readings and talk about that match. He wanted to have that one final match that was perfect for his self esteem and his career and that was it.
I am sure HBK wishes he had stayed retired, because now when people think of his last match they think of the horrible tag match a few years ago. Undertaker doesn't want that feeling I bet.

It would be a shame if he doesn't appear at Survivor Series. He doesn't even have to wrestle, just come out cut a promo and give someone a chokeslam.

I hope he’s done, 8 years too late IMO but the Boneyard Match was the best way to finish given the circumstances.

Or maybe I just don't want to believe it, I guess time will tell. I think that would be best, I always thought that since he started at Survivor Series he should end at Survivor Series. Plus, it being his 30th anniversary of his debut would make it even more special.

Gut feeling is he'll wrestle one more match most likely against AJ Styles, just for the fact that they didn't have a proper match up and more so didn't have any fans around for the Boneyard match.Really think he would truly want to retire in front of the fans and in and actual match while also putting over a current roster member.Actually after watching all five parts think this is even more likely as he's at peace with his career and doesn't seem to care anymore about ending his career on that perfect match up and moment. So have one last match in front of the fans and whatever happens in the ring in term of it being a average, good, great, classic match doesn't matter as much and he'll be fine with whatever outcome and can ride off into the sunset.

The entire series was about him wanting one last good match to retire on and just not being satisfied enough until the Boneyard Match. No way he risks having another match he might end up hating. He’s done. Doesn’t mean he can’t have a non wrestling role at Survivor Series.

I definitely think his in-ring career is over.
At most, I could see a WM cameo appearance, similar to what HBK/Austin/Foley did at WM32.

I can see Undertaker riding off into the sunset. He seems very content about his last match with AJ Styles.

Unfortunately, the ride is over. Probably the same for Kane as well. Was really hoping that when they both retired, their last match would be against each other. No such luck. And as far as him doing some kind of appearance at this years Survivor Series (30th Anniversary of his WWF debut), as much as I’d want to see it happen, I doubt it. Plus it’d probably be held in the Performance Center (yay!) with no actual fans in attendance, and I doubt he’d want any part of that. Who knows.

Just noticed on his recent appearance at a baseball game that he still has long hair. I thought he may of had a short haircut like he did after Wrestlemania 27 but could this be a sign that he may still come out of retirement? Or he may want to keep the long hair? hmmm

Are they still doing those shows in Saudi Arabia? I could totally see him coming back for a Blood Money show. HBK did.

Can we just start a fund to pay him to not wrestle? He almost broke his neck and has had hip surgery. No one can ethically support him risking his well being anymore.

Na man, when I think of HBK's final match I think Taker at WM. I think of that other tag match as nothing more than an exhibition match. Same with Flair actually, his retirement was that match with HBK the other stuff in TNA was forgotten about quickly. But if someone asked me what was Flairs retirement match Id be quick to say WM24, not some match in TNA I cant even recall.

He's had an excellent run. All he needs is a HOF induction

Taker has flipped flopped so many times over the past few years about retiring and then coming back, hell, most of us saw "The Last Ride" and Taker didn't put a stamp on it and said "I'm done for good". I do think we'll get an appearance at the Survivor Series, but not a match. Let's see when Mania rolls around. You saw how legit his feelings were hurt that he wasn't on the card. I would like for him to be done as there is nobody else out there he can have a half way decent match with. Not Rollins, Aliester, Otis (shudder), Karrion Kross, Keith Lee, Adam Cole (say it), etc.
