Tidy as ever, ya dirtbag.
Elimination Chamber comes after the both of us watching a series of February PPVs, so I knew you’d have the running order under control here. Opening with the first Elimination Chamber was a good call. Good call having everybody team up to eliminate Mark Henry, for a moment there I thought Ryback just got rid of him with a simple Meat Hook Clothesline. It seems like from there you got the ball rolling, lumping a few eliminations back to back. Keeping Dean Ambrose strong was for the best, given the Shield are technically still newcomers at this stage, three months into their WWE careers. John Cena was always beating Sheamus, but much appreciated having Sheamus last until the final count. I think it was pretty obvious that the Rock would be winning the WWE Championship later on, but there are still six weeks before WrestleMania, anything can happen. Was surprised to see Team Hell No walk out over the Shield, though I wouldn’t have had Ambrose return literally twenty-five minutes after a “gruelling” Chamber match. Heat on Daniel Bryan was very on-brand for his scrappy underdog character. I’m not sure having two Chamber matches in the first half of the card was a good idea, but given the six match format, what more is there you can do? At least with the Chamber matches out of the way, the crowd won’t be dead silent waiting for the next one. Loved the little Fandango prologue to the match, I’m pretty eager how you play this out with Alberto Del Rio, provided that’s the direction. I would have opened the show with this, and switched it out with the RAW match. No formatting on this match really hurt, scouring the paragraphs for entrances and eliminations were difficult. Randy Orton giving it his all against Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston was a nice touch, and Dolph limps away with the World Heavyweight Championship. Wasn’t keen on Chris Jericho coming out after to lay Dolph out, that could have been saved for Friday Night SmackDown. Katilyn beats Tamina Snuka - I’m sure you have better contenders than Tamina, is all I’ll say. And lastly, nice competitive main event with the Rock rightfully beating CM Punk. It was a good February PPV, doing all intended to set up WrestleMania moving forward. I think you should have done more to emphasise the Rock meeting John Cena for twice in a lifetime at WrestleMania - felt you might have undersold that. I would have switched the RAW and SmackDown Chamber matches, but that’s just me.
Let’s see what you got with this six week trek to WrestleMania, buddy.

February 18, 2013 from Cajundome in Lafayette, LA
After still images of The Rock winning the WWE Championship last night, the Monday Night Raw opening video airs. The cameras come inside of the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana, the stage hit by pyros with Michael Cole on commentary welcoming all to the show. With Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield at ringside as we are on the final stretch of the road to WrestleMania. Tonight, the new WWE Champion The Rock is here! Plus, the WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon is back and he has promised to call out The Shield! Also, two championship matches tonight, Kaitlyn defending the Divas Championship against Tamina Snuka and Wade Barrett putting the Intercontinental Championship against Bo Dallas' opportunity at an official contract. On top of all of this, the World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler will be in action against Kane and Randy Orton will face Mark Henry!
The echo of The Rock's signature line "if ya smell what The Rock is cooking" goes throughout the Cajundome and the fans rise to their feet for the arrival of the new WWE Champion! Playing up the crowd on his way down and in to the ring, Rock then stands in front of a covered podium and lets the crowd break out in 'Rocky' chants before speaking. "Finally... The Rock has come back to Lafayette!" He finally bellows out. "And, finally... The Rock is once again the WWE Champion! And, finally... The Rock is going back to WrestleMania!" He points up to the logo in the rafters, adjusting the belt over his shoulder as he goes in to how last night he went toe-to-toe with CM Punk once again and with no outside interference, things went just as they were supposed to, how they should have went at the Royal Rumble. "And it may have been three weeks later than it should have been but nevertheless, it happened... after 455 days of suffering, the WWE Championship is no longer in the possession of CM Punk." Rock says that he now looks forward to WrestleMania in 48 days, where he is going to go in to battle in a rematch he never thought he would confront, a rematch with the man he met at WrestleMania last year: John Cena. A mixed, loud response comes for Cena's name as Rock says that it will be incredible and it will be interesting, but before he goes in to that battle with Cena once again, he has to get something off of his chest, off off of his waist, off from around his shoulder. "You all know me, you know my story, you know I've been around for a long time and was born in to this business. The WWE Championship... utmost respect for it and the history that comes along. But eight years ago, one of the greats unveiled this belt... and at the time, it worked and at the time it was considered cool and at the time by some. But The Rock says this... this belt should not look like a toy and it damn sure should never, ever spin." He flicks the spinner and shakes his head, handing it off to a production crew member at ringside and telling him to take that to the back and make sure it's put in the Hall of Fame. He then turns to the podium, saying that when anyone sees the WWE Championship - whether it's a superstar or a fan or anybody at all - it should inspire and something everybody is proud to wear. "Something that The Rock is proud to wear. With that being said, ladies and gentlemen of Lafayette and around the world... I present to you the new WWE Championship." He then removes the cover and shows a more traditional design, his music playing in the background as after the camera gets a good shot, he picks it up and holds it over his head for the entire arena to see.
As Rock seems prepared to leave, however, John Cena's music interrupts the proceedings. Rock smiles as he backs up to the center of the ring, awaiting Cena's arrival. Once out to the stage, the combination of cheers and boos are incredible loud. Cena then makes his way down and in to the ring and stares at Rock from the opposite side, walking along the ropes and requesting a microphone. He leans back in to the corner and nods toward Rock, a shrug of the shoulders. "Y'know, Rock, I don't know if you changing the look of the WWE Championship is a shot at me personally or not, but either way it doesn't matter. You and other people may think that the WWE Championship belt that I brought in eight years ago is out of date and that's fair. The only thing that matters, Rock, is that I'm not. I'm still here and I'm still hungry and I'm more than ready to get my shot at redemption against you at WrestleMania." Rock takes a step forward and tells Cena that if he takes it personally, to go ahead and take it personally, but the fact of the matter is they're going to have their rematch at WrestleMania. "We called it once in a lifetime last year, John. Now, it's lightning strikes twice. Now, it's for the WWE Championship. And I know you're ready, but so am I..." Rock then puts his hand out, saying he wants to wish Cena luck. Seeming a bit hesitant to accept the gesture, Cena starts to go and accept the offer but...
The 'Cult of Personality' guitar riff interrupts, CM Punk and Paul Heyman then stepping out to the stage, both men looking none too happy. "Is this what we're doing? Are you kidding me?" Punk questions while shaking his head. "The two of you are going to shake hands? You don't like each other and you're going to shake hands? Why? Out of respect? I've been fighting for the past 456 days for respect!" Cena quips back that Punk was champion for 455 of those days, angering 'The Best in the World' as he takes a step forward, Heyman putting his hand out and holding him back. Calming Punk down some, Heyman takes the microphone and turns back to the ring. "For 455 days CM Punk was the WWE Champion and today would be day 456. The reality is... he's not. And as much as neither of us like that reality, we know of one particular reality: CM Punk has a rematch clause." Heyman wags his finger and says he and Punk, however, understand that Rock works on a very strict schedule as one of the biggest stars in the world, so they're willing to accommodate. "That, or you can spare yourself the embarrassment," Punk adds on. "Return the WWE Championship to me right now and I'll go on to beat John Cena at WrestleMania myself!" Facing boos from the audience, Rock leans across the ropes and tells Punk that he's not going to hand him nothing, he'll be more than glad to take care of him again when the time is right. As Punk begins to argue Rock to man up, the loud shriek of 'excuse me!' can be heard throughout the building as out to the stage next to Punk and Heyman comes Vickie Guerrero with Brad Maddox in tow. "I said excuse me!" She yells again, drawing the attention of everyone. "The WWE Champion as of right now is The Rock. The number one contender as of right now is John Cena. The former champion, with a rematch clause, is CM Punk." She points out to Heyman that as much as she hates to agree with him on anything, he is right about that. "So, I have come up with a solution for this situation. At WrestleMania, it will be The Rock and John Cena competing for the WWE Championship!" Punk and Heyman are livid, but Guerrero puts a finger up in their face. "And also competing for the WWE Championship will be CM Punk... in a triple threat match!" The crowd cheers for the news as Rock, Cena, Punk and Heyman all appear to be accepting of the idea, knowing it will be one hell of a battle!
---------------------------------- 1. Ryback def. Tensai in a big man battle, Tensai getting limited offense in with Ryback eventually catching him wit the Meat Hook Clothesline. Using all of his strength afterward, 'The Big Guy' hoists Tensai off the mat and delivers Shell Shocked in the center of the ring. The cover is then made with the leg hooked for the pinfall.
Getting back to his feet, Ryback starts leading the crowd in a 'Feed me more!' chant, but his celebration is cut short as the music of Big Show hits. 'The World's Largest Athlete' makes his way down and in to the ring, Ryback standing up straight staring him down. Show returns the glare but as soon as Tensai stands up, Show rocks him with a knockout punch! Ryback is surprised by Show's actions, the seven-footer then turning and leaving the ring. As Show heads up the ramp, Ryback remains watching from the ring not sure what just transpire.
The cameras then pan out to the parking lot where Matt Striker is standing by, awaiting the arrival of Mr. McMahon, as the Chairman is expected to be here tonight to address the attack on him from The Shield three weeks ago.
----------------------------------
Seen walking in the back following the break is Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett when he is stopped in his tracks by The Miz, whom asks Barrett if he is proud of himself. "You cheated that kid Bo Dallas last night. Do you plan on doing the same tonight?" Barrett chuckles in response, telling Miz that what he plans to do tonight is ensure that Dallas never gets a WWE contract. "Sure, I put my Intercontinental Championship on the line... but I know I'm going to beat that twerp again." Miz tells Barrett not to get too cocky, because he never knows what might happen. "Or who may be around." Miz walks off, Barrett muttering under his breath as he continues on.
2. Divas Championship: Kaitlyn© (w/Natalya) def. Tamina Snuka in a rematch from last night, overcoming the strength of Tamina and eventually putting things away with a Spear after avoiding a superkick.
Natalya enters the ring and raises Kaitlyn's arm as the winner, even presenting her with the Divas Championship belt. The two embrace as they watch Tamina roll from the ring, as her second chance has been thwarted.
The cameras then pick up backstage to show Sheamus walking down the halls. Apparently, he is heading to the ring as he plans to address the WWE Universe after the break!
---------------------------------- After the break, a shot of the parking lot is shown once again with Matt Striker still standing in place and waiting for the arrival of WWE's Chairman, Mr. McMahon.
Back inside the Cajundome, the theme music of Sheamus hits and out comes 'The Celtic Warrior' to cheers from the Louisiana fans. Once in the ring, he holds a microphone and shrugs his shoulders with a sigh. "Last night, things didn't exactly go according to plan for me. I entered the Elimination Chamber looking to go on to WrestleMania and challenge for the WWE Championship." He brings up that he and John Cena started off their match, made it all the way to the end and, unfortunately for him, Cena was just barely the better man. "But that doesn't mean that I don't intend on leaving my mark at WrestleMania. The questions to be asked are how and who?" He chuckles to himself and says that he has had some ideas.
Before Sheamus can elaborate on those ideas, he is interrupted by the music of Brock Lesnar! The crowd rises for the arrival of 'The Beast Incarnate', whom steps out to the stage alongside Paul Heyman. "Brock Lesnar is back!" Cole shouts. "But I thought he quit last summer?!" Lesnar and Heyman come down and in to the ring, Sheamus with his arms crossed as he stares Lesnar down. Heyman keeps Brock at bay a bit, pointing in Sheamus' direction and saying that he loves a good businessman. "And you want to go in to business for yourself by making a mark at WrestleMania, huh?" Heyman grows a smile across his face as he looks up and down at Lesnar. "Maybe you would like to leave your mark against... Brock Lesnar?" The fans appear to be in support of the suggestion, Sheamus even taking a step forward to saying it would be an honor to kick Lesnar's head off his shoulders on the grandest stage of them all! Heyman snickers, explaining to Sheamus that Lesnar thought he has conquered everything he had to in the WWE when he walked away last summer but he had a feeling something would happen tonight that could change his mind and perhaps this is just it. "So maybe we should make this happen, huh? What do you people think?!" He holds the microphone out to the crowd, whom cheers in response. Heyman then looks to Lesnar and asks for his opinion, Brock looking briefly toward Heyman before scooping Sheamus off of the mat and planting him with the F-5! Lesnar stands back up and shakes his head down at Sheamus, offering him an opportunity to get back up. Sheamus struggles via the ropes, Lesnar again lifting him up and putting him down with a second F-5. 'The Celtic Warrior' has trouble using the ropes again, so Lesnar forces him up once more for a third F-5 that leaves Sheamus hardly moving in the center of the ring. Shaking his head as he gets to his feet, Lesnar says something in Heyman's ear. "Y'know, Sheamus," Heyman says with a shrug. "I guess my client thought wrong. There really is nothing left for him to conquer... our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience." Heyman tosses the microphone away and leaves the ring along with Lesnar, the two making their way up the ramp and toward the back while Sheamus winces in pain on his side watching them leave.
---------------------------------- A promo video airs for WrestleMania 29 taking place in 49 days on April 7th.
3. Non-Title Match: United States Champion Antonio Cesaro def. Alberto Del Rio (w/Ricardo Rodriguez) in a very competitive match, Del Rio looking to be on the verge of victory after a double knee backbreaker, taking hold of Cesaro's arm when out to the stage comes Fandango with his dance partner. The two share a dance across the stage, proving to be enough of a distraction for Cesaro to pull Del Rio in to a small package for the pinfall.
Cesaro rolls out of the ring quickly and snatches his United States Championship with a smile, Del Rio briefly looking at him but then turning his attention toward Fandango finishing his dance. Without even acknowledging Del Rio in the ring, Fandango then returns to the back as 'The Mexican Aristocrat' is left looking on in confusion.
Seen in the back, Team Rhodes Scholars are having a conversation with each other as Rhodes expresses some concern that what they got away with last Friday on Smackdown isn't going to work every time. Sandow pats Rhodes on the chest and asks if he trusts him. "You know that I have always have an elaborate and extravagant plan. You are well aware that if that plan does not work, I will come up with another. Tonight, we stick to our plan with Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara and avenge the times they have embarrassed us in the past." Rhodes nods, telling Sandow he'll follow his lead. They then head off as that match is coming up next.
----------------------------------
Back from commercial, Matt Striker is seen still waiting in the parking lot for the arrival of Mr. McMahon.
4. Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara def. Team Rhodes Scholars after a competitive back and forth match up, Sandow attempting to pull off a cheap victory by putting his feet on the ropes but being caught. While arguing with the official, a dropkick from Mysterio from behind drops Sandow between the ropes and in to Rhodes, setting up for the 619 and top rope splash for the three count.
Mysterio and Cara celebrate the victory together as Sandow falls to the outside next to Rhodes, whom looks very upset with Sandow over the loss. "What did I tell you?!" Rhodes questions repeatedly, Sandow trying to apologize and explain things. While Rhodes is having none of it, he storms off.
Backstage, Vickie Guerrero is in her office talking to Brad Maddox when her door is opened by World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler, coming in along with AJ Lee and Big E Langston. "Hey, Vick, you know I got my match with Kane tonight. I know you want to see him destroy me, but that's not gonna happen. As a matter of fact, after I'm done beating Kane, I think Big E and myself should get a WWE Tag Team Championship match." Guerrero laughs at the suggestion but Maddox seems to think otherwise, telling Guerrero that maybe that they should consider that. Guerrero tells Ziggler that he has his hands full with Chris Jericho at WrestleMania already, prompting AJ to speak up and call Guerrero afraid of Ziggler's success. "I made Dolph Ziggler!" Vickie screams, Maddox interjecting that Guerrero can't be letting her personal business affect things, but if she wants to prove herself right, maybe Ziggler's suggestion isn't such a bad one. Albeit a bit hesitant, Guerrero agrees to Ziggler's idea. "But if you lose to Kane, you'll have to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against him in a rematch!" Ziggler scoffs, telling Vickie that won't be a problem because it's not going to happen. He, Lee and Langston then all leave the room together, Ziggler's match coming up next.
----------------------------------
At ringside following the break, Cole and Lawler talk about how earlier today the WWE held a press conference in New Orleans. The footage is then aired with the announcement of WrestleMania XXX coming to the SuperDome next year on April 6, 2014.
After the footage, Chris Jericho, the 2013 Royal Rumble winner makes his way out. Playing up to the crowd a bit, he comes down to ringside, joining in on commentary for the upcoming match.
5. Non-Title Match: World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler (w/AJ Lee and Big E Langston) def. WWE Tag Team Champion Kane (w/WWE Tag Team Champion Daniel Bryan) with a clashing styles match going quite a decent amount of time through a break, involvement from Langston and Lee leading to Bryan going after Langston. In the midst of things, Kane catches Ziggler by the throat coming off the top rope, but with the referee distracted it allows Ziggler to throw a low blow kick. The Zig Zag follows right after, the World Heavyweight Champion hooking the leg and calling the referee over to count the one, two, three.
The crowd boos as Ziggler gets back up with a laugh, as he has earned himself and Langston a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championship. As Bryan and Langston continue to go at it on the outside, Ziggler goes to try and assist his partner-in-crime. Coming up from behind is Jericho, however, spinning Ziggler around and laying him out with the Codebreaker! Rushing over the barricade as Langston tries to come forward, Jericho laughs right at Big E. As Langston is mouthing off toward Jericho, AJ tries to warn him as from behind Kane comes and grabs him by the throat - delivering a Chokeslam on the floor! Bryan staggers back to his feet at Kane's side, Team Hell No retrieving their WWE Tag Team Championship belts as they back away from the downed Ziggler and Langston.
----------------------------------
Once again seen waiting in the parking lot for Mr. McMahon is Matt Striker, but this time he is approached from behind by all three members of The Shield. They circle around him, Reigns taking Striker by the collar. Pleading that he doesn't want any trouble, Rollins yells at him to relax. "We just want you to deliver a message," Ambrose says calmly. "To Mr. McMahon when he gets here, alright? We want you to tell him that he can go down to that ring and he can say what he want to say... but there will be consequences for his actions just like before." Rollins adds that they will do what they have to do for the sake of justice. "And after last night we're not in too good of a mood, Matt." Reigns tacks on. "So just make sure Vince gets the message to be very, very careful..." He releases Striker and drops him on to the ground, the trio then heading off together.
In the locker room area, Team Hell No are seen following Kane's match, 'The Big Red Machine' telling Bryan that he understands that he was trying to handle things with Langston, but that just gave Ziggler an opportunity to cheat his way to victory. Bryan apologizes, but guarantees they'll take care of things when they defend the WWE Tag Team Championship. "The point is, Daniel, we shouldn't have to be defending the t-" Bryan cuts Kane off and says he gets it, he's not happy about losing but blaming him is not the right answer. "Look, we've overcome a lot together and we've been WWE Tag Team Champions for quite a while now..." Kane cuts Bryan off, saying that last night they came very close to losing to The Shield and he's wondering if Bryan has doubts about their team. Daniel shakes his head, explaining to Kane that they'll beat Ziggler and Langston, he has no doubt about that. He then picks up his championship belt and leaves the room.
Seen heading toward the ring is Bo Dallas, as he has one more opportunity at Wade Barrett and the Intercontinental Championship. If he loses, however, he doesn't earn the title or a WWE contract.
----------------------------------
6. Intercontinental Championship and Contract: Wade Barrett© def. Bo Dallas after a concerted effort from Dallas to try and pull things off, the referee being knocked down after a desperate shove to Dallas from Barrett. The champion goes to the outside and retrieves a steel chair, where after using one on Dallas last week on Smackdown to cause a disqualification, he brings it in with the official down. The Miz, however, rushes down and in to the ring and grabs the chair as Barrett lifts it. The two have a tug of war with the chair, Miz eventually pulling it free and accidentally hitting Dallas in the back! Barrett then tosses Miz out of the ring from behind, Dallas getting back up to a Bull Hammer Elbow! The cover is made and the referee returns to count the pinfall.
Miz puts his hands over his head on the outside, knowing that he accidentally just cost Dallas. While Barrett leaves the ring with his Intercontinental Championship, sarcastically waving toward Dallas, Miz returns to the ring telling Dallas he is sorry over and over again. Barrett, meanwhile, laughs while raising his belt atop the stage.
Walking in the back is Randy Orton when he is approached by Mark Henry. The two have a stare down before Henry tells Orton he might want to go down to the ring and just lay down for their match. "And why would I do that?" Orton replies, Henry saying that if Orton doesn't, he is going to break 'The Viper' in half. "Because that's what I do..." Henry then walks off, Orton scoffing as the match between the two of them is coming up next.
---------------------------------- 7. Randy Orton def. Mark Henry as, despite Henry's warning, Orton doesn't lay down for him. While Henry uses his power to his advantage, Orton strikes at opportune times. After breaking out of Henry's World's Strongest Slam attempt, 'The Viper' falls back in to the corner and avoids a splash, catching Henry with the RKO out of nowhere on the turnaround! Orton then hooks the far leg and gets the pinfall victory.
The Louisiana fans cheer for Orton as he stands back up, his arm raised as the winner as he then makes his way over to the corner, climbing to the second rope and posing to the audience in celebration.
The cameras pan out to the parking lot again, Matt Striker still waiting. Lights are then seen in the nearby tunnel, a limousine pulling in. Striker hurries over after it comes to a stop, the driver getting out and opening the door as out steps Mr. McMahon with the help of crutches. Striker tries to inform McMahon that The Shield asked him to deliver a message, but the Chairman doesn't seem to care. "Whatever The Shield have to say to me... they can say in the ring when I'm out there in just a few minutes." Striker continues to try and warn McMahon, but he continues to ignore it as he continues on his way. He addresses The Shield's attack on him - next.
----------------------------------
After the break, an announcement is made that in two weeks on March 4th, Raw will be going Old School! A theme in tribute to the days past of Raw, plus legends making appearances on the second ever Old School Raw.
As expected back in the arena, the music of Mr. McMahon hits. The Chairman, fully on the crutches, comes down and in to the ring with a microphone in hand. He looks around the building and gestures toward the titantron, telling everyone to take a look at what happened to him a few weeks ago. The footage rolls of him confronting CM Punk and Paul Heyman and preparing to strip Punk of the WWE Championship for The Shield's involvement in Punk and The Rock's Royal Rumble match, only for The Shield to interrupt the proceeding, attack the Chairman and put him down with a triple powerbomb. "Now, because of this, I have suffered a broken hip." McMahon explains. "If that wasn't obvious from me being on crutches here tonight... now, my doctors advised me to not return to work until after WrestleMania because of my condition, combined with my age... however, I am Vincent Kennedy McMahon, this is my company and I will take a stand for myself when I need to!" He goes on to say that he has had time to think about what he is going to do with Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins for what they did to him. "I've thought long and hard and I have considered suspending The Shield. Maybe I'll suspend The Shield until I'm off these crutches, huh? Maybe... maybe I'll suspend them beyond WrestleMania! Or maybe I'll just say forget The Shield and just fire all three of them right here, right now!" McMahon grows a big smile across his face, saying that nobody crosses Mr. McMahon, let alone lay a hand on him and if The Shield thinks that they serve justice, wait until they hear his two of his favorite words in this world to say.
Before McMahon has the chance to go any further, The Shield's music interrupts things. Not surprised, McMahon has a smile on his face as Ambrose, Reigns and Rollins make their way through the crowd. They hop the barricade and surround the ring, McMahon asks them what they're waiting for. "Come on! Come on in the ring! I won't hurt you! I'm on crutches, for God's sake." The Shield hops on the apron and slowly enter the ring, walking in circles around McMahon as he asks them if they plan on beating him up again tonight. "You already broke my hip and put me in the hospital, what else have you got in store, huh? It's your careers. It's your jobs. Do what you've got to do but know this... nobody knows justice like me. Not even The Shield." Reigns then gives a nod, Ambrose stepping forward and swiping out the crutch under McMahon's arm on the left. Rollins then steps forward and sweeps out the other one, dropping McMahon on to all fours. Reigns then steps forward and stands over the Chairman, his Shield brothers taking him by the arms. "Lift 'em up!" Reigns orders, as they prepare to put McMahon down with another Triple Powerbomb. "Somebody needs to stop this!" Lawler yells out. Just as they are about to lift McMahon, however, the music of Triple H hits to a huge ovation from the Lafayette crowd! Sporting a very short haircut and a leather jacket, 'The Game' stares down from atop the stage. The Shield push McMahon off in to the corner and get in position, ready for a fight. HHH removes his jacket and storms down to the ring, sliding in and being jumped on by all three members of The Shield. "Triple H is back but he is going three-on-one against a pack of wolves!" Shouts Cole. HHH begins to fight back against the three, backing them off briefly and looking to plant Rollins with a Pedigree only for Reigns to jump on him from behind. The assault continues with McMahon watching from the corner, a Curb Stomp from Rollins eventually putting 'The King of Kings' down. The Shield then circle around before bringing him back up, hoisting him off the mat and delivering the Triple Powerbomb! Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns then put their fists together over the game of HHH, looking over to McMahon watching on seated in the corner, unable to do anything to help as the show comes to an end.

February 22, 2013 from Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, MS
Footage from this past Monday on Raw is shown, showing The Shield confronting Mr. McMahon in his return from their previous assault. The Shield would take McMahon's crutches away from him after a threat of suspension or possible firing. Before they could get their hands on McMahon, however, Triple H would make his return. Despite putting up a fight against Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns, he would be put down at the hands of The Shield with a triple powerbomb right in front of his father-in-law. The Smackdown opening video follows, the stage of the Mississippi Coast Coliseum being lit by pyros as the voices of Josh Mathews and John Bradshaw Layfield give the welcome to the show from ringside.
1. The Shield def. 3MB in an absolutely one sided affair. Mahal, McIntyre and Slater are barely able to put up a fight as Ambrose, Reigns and Rollins pick them apart one by one before finally putting Slater down with the Triple Powerbomb for the pinfall.
Pacing around the ring following the victory, Ambrose takes a microphone from ringside and taps it a few times. "Triple H!" He says with a laugh. "You made a big mistake, my friend... you decided to stand up for the old man and now you've got quite the problem on your hands, don't you?" Rollins steps forward and chuckles, saying that things have been turned up a notch. "Your old man decided against firing us, but he's going to regret that decision when we're done with you..." Reigns takes the microphone and says that everyone just heard that right. "We're not done with you. We're not done with your family. We're not done with taking the lil family business by the balls and doing whatever we want... when we want... because of your injustices..." He throws the microphone down, Ambrose, Reigns and Rollins then putting their fists together in the center of the ring.
----------------------------------
Following the break, Chris Jericho is seen walking in the back when he is stopped in by Mark Henry. Looking Jericho up and down, Henry asks him if he really thinks he deserves to be competing for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. "I'm 'The World's Strongest Man', after all. I'm the head of the Hall of Pain... and as a matter of fact, Chris, I don't think you've had the privilege of being inducted yet." Jericho crosses his arms and tells Henry he is right, he has not yet had the pleasure. "And, honestly, I don't have any plans to, either. Apparently, neither did Randy Orton when he beat you on Raw this past Monday either did he?" Henry doesn't like the comeback, Jericho with a smile as he tells Henry if he is trying to make some sort of statement, he recommends that they go and settle it in the ring right here tonight! 'The World's Strongest Man' nods in agreement, telling Jericho he's on. He turns around and walks away, Jericho saying he'll see him later.
Matt Striker is standing by elsewhere in the back with Team Hell No as his guests, the WWE Tag Team Champions being asked about defending their titles against World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston tonight. "Maybe we wouldn't be in this position if somebody hadn't got caught up with Big E on Monday." Kane suggests, leading to Bryan looking at him confused, questioning if he really thinks this is his fault. "I was trying to help you because of Big E getting involved. It's not my fault that Dolph low blowed you to help himself win." Bryan shakes his head, saying that's besides the point - they're going to go out there tonight and do what they've been doing for the past five months and retain the WWE Tag Team Championship. "Yeah, I hope so." Kane mutters before walking away, Bryan looking to Striker and questioning what his partner's problem is.
Seen heading down the halls and having a heated conversation is Team Rhodes Scholars, Sandow taking Rhodes by the shoulders and seeming to talk some sense in to him. They then continue on their way after Rhodes calms down a bit, as they will be in tag team action following the break.
---------------------------------- A promo video airs for WrestleMania 29 taking place in 44 days on April 7th.
2. The Colóns (w/Rosa Mendes) def. Team Rhodes Scholars with Rhodes and Sandow dominating most of the contest until Cody grows distracted by Mendes getting on the apron. As she seems to be drawing him in, Sandow is swept off of the apron by Primo, giving Epico the opportunity to hit Rhodes from behind with the Backstabber. Both legs are hooked and The Colóns get the pinfall victory!
As Primo, Epico and Rosa leave together in celebration, Sandow gets in to the ring and asks Rhodes what he was doing. "What were you thinking?" He questions. "What were you doing?!" Rhodes tries to explain it but Sandow doesn't seem to want to hear it, leaning against the ropes before his eyes widen. He then turns to Rhodes with a smile and pats him on the shoulder. "I've got it, my friend... I've got it." He simply says before leaving the ring, Rhodes left looking confused as to what Sandow supposedly 'got'.
Transitioning backstage, Paul Heyman is seen walking down the halls when he stops at a door on knocks on it. "It's time!" He says while creaking the door open and entering with a grin.
----------------------------------
After the break, the commentary team highlights from this past Monday on Raw where The Rock revealed the new-look WWE Championship belt only to be interrupted by John Cena and then CM Punk. Raw General Manager Vickie Guerrero would then make the announcement that with Cena being number one contender and Punk having a rematch clause, the three would compete in a triple threat match at WrestleMania.
Back inside of the arena, CM Punk's music hits and he arrives along with Paul Heyman to a loud and mixed response via the Mississippi fans. The pair make their way down and in to the ring together, Heyman with a big smile as he gestures out to Punk. "Ladies and gentlemen, you all know my client and best friend in the world, CM Punk. You all know that for 455 days, he graced you with his time as WWE Champion and travesty took place at Elimination Chamber when The Rock took it all away..." He says to fear not, however, because at WrestleMania, Punk is going to do something even more impressive than being WWE Champion for 455 days. He hands the microphone off to Punk, whom chuckles a little bit as he tells Heyman he's not so sure he would agree. "Because the way I see it, WrestleMania is going to be a cakewalk for me. I mean, think about it... I've beaten John Cena how many times? And The Rock? I beat him at the Royal Rumble and he caught me just a little off guard once this past Sunday but I'm here day in and day out, competing night after night while he's off shooting movies and having a match here and there. Look, people, both of those guys are great in their own right but they're no CM Punk." He waves his hand and says that for 455 days he was the WWE Champion, but when he re-claims what is rightfully his come WrestleMania, it will be the start of a new reign that will surpass 455 days with ease. "Because there may have been a bump in the road but maybe it was for the best because now I am more hungry. Now, I am ready to seize the moment. Now, I am prepared to be in the main event of WrestleMania like I so rightfully deserve and I swear to each and every one of you people that it won't be a Tooth Fairy-tale ending and you most certainly will be able to see it when I beat John Cena, when I beat The Rock and I am once again your..." He puts the microphone out in front of Heyman, whom gears up to deliver the line: "Reigning, defending, undisputed WWE Champion!" Punk then chucks the microphone over his shoulder and the two leave the ring together with their arm around the other happily.
Seen walking in the back on split screens are Chris Jericho and Mark Henry. After their confrontation earlier, their match was made official by General Manager Booker T and they will be in action next!
---------------------------------- 3. Chris Jericho def. Mark Henry in what turns out to be quite the competitive outing. Henry's size and strength proves to be a factor, but Jericho's resiliency keeps him hanging on. After a miss on a big splash, Jericho starts to target the knees. After bouncing off of the ropes and going for the Codebreaker, Jericho ends up being caught and slammed in to the corner. Henry then looks for the World's Strongest Slam but Jericho is able to fight free, throwing a low dropkick to the legs and then quickly going for the Walls of Jericho! Turning over 'The World's Strongest Man', Henry's knees clearly hurting from the missed splash lead to him tapping out after a brief battle in the hold.
Jericho releases the legs of Henry and has his arm raised as the winner, but instead of celebrating for long he goes to the ropes and requests a microphone. "How about that, huh?" He asks with a smile to the crowd. "Maybe that was just a preview... a preview of things to come... like the end of the world as we know it? Y'know... a world with Dolph Ziggler as World Heavyweight Champion?!" He shakes his head and says that the stars have aligned perfectly and at WrestleMania, everything will come to fruition when he walks out with that very same World Heavyweight Championship. Suddenly, 'Y2J' is spun around by Big E Langston, being lifted off the mat and planted with the Big Ending! "You messed up now, boy! You messed up now!" Langston shouts as he gets back to his feet, standing over Jericho as he winces in pain.
----------------------------------
A promo video airs for Old School Raw, taking place on Monday, March 4th.
Following the advertisement, the cameras pick up backstage to Chris Jericho trying to go after World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler, AJ Lee and Big E Langston but being held back by officials. On to the scene then arrives Booker T, the Smackdown General Manager trying to get them to be quiet. Teddy Long then steps up and says loudly that is enough! "Book, I don't want to overstep you, but I think if we want to keep the integrity of the main event, Mr. Jericho should be escorted out of the arena." Booker nods in agreement, telling Jericho that unfortunately, he can't trust him to not get involved in the WWE Tag Team Championship match tonight. "So, you can leave on your own or we can call security, man. It's up to you." Jericho isn't happy about the decision, but says he'll get out of here. "Good luck tonight, Dolph. Maybe next time you can come after me yourself instead of your muscle, huh?" Jericho then turns and walks off, Ziggler scoffing as he tells Langston he did a good job. "Gentlemen," AJ says to Booker and Teddy with a smile. "You are looking at the next WWE Tag Team Champions. Do you want to congratulate them now or later?" Neither man gives an answer, Ziggler pulling AJ along with Langston following right behind.
4. Non-Title Match: Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett def. JTG in a one sided match, JTG getting a brief bit of offense in but being caught with the Bull Hammer Elbow coming off the second rope for the pinfall.
Barrett stands back up and kicks JTG under the bottom rope, demanding a microphone. "Well, what a shame, huh?" He throws his Intercontinental Championship over his shoulder, bringing up how Bo Dallas' hopes and dreams were brought to a crushing end at his hand - or elbow, for that matter. "And anybody else that wants to get in my way as your Intercontinental Champion... will suffer the very same, unfortunate fate." A cackle, Barrett tosses the microphone away and leaves the ring with the title still held over his head to boos.
---------------------------------- Following the break, Paul Heyman is seen walking down the halls with his jacket over his shoulder, seeming to be preparing to leave the arena when he is suddenly grabbed by the collar and pushed up against the wall by Sheamus! 'The Celtic Warrior' gets close to Heyman as he tries to call out for CM Punk, Sheamus telling Heyman to shut his mouth. "Don't call for Punk... call for Brock Lesnar..." Sheamus laughs and says he knows, Lesnar isn't here. "But if you think he's just going to attack me like he did on Raw and just walk away... no way, fella... bring 'The Beast' back with you this Monday. I'll be waiting." He lets go of Heyman and dusts his collar a bit before walking away, Heyman left looking shocked and nervous as he adjusts his tie.
Elsewhere in the back, Team Rhodes Scholars are talking with each other, Sandow telling Rhodes he saw what happened earlier. "You had your eyes fixated on that Rosa Mendes," He holds his hands up and tells Rhodes he isn't mad at him. "It is natural of a man to be... infatuated with a beautiful woman. It makes me think that maybe, just maybe, you were right." Rhodes looks puzzled, questioning why Sandow was so against him bringing up that what they did to win last week wouldn't continue to work. "Because I thought I was correct. It turns out, however, that you were, Cody. Yours truly, of course, has the perfect solution that you and myself can both agree on. Trust me." Rhodes nods in agreement, saying he is all ears.
Matt Striker is standing by ahead of the main event as he introduces World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler, Big E Langston and AJ Lee as his guests at this time. Striker brings up that they seem very confident in becoming WWE Tag Team Champions tonight, but Team Hell No has been a formidable duo. "Of course we're confident, Matt. Look at me, I'm the World Heavyweight Champion! Look at Big E Langston, is there anybody more physically imposing?! Then look at the hottest babe in the WWE in our corner. We've got it all..." Langston says that they have it all except for the WWE Tag Team Championship. "But that changes tonight, boys," AJ adds in. "Especially with Chris Jericho no longer here to try and sabotage things." Ziggler scoffs at the mention of Jericho's name, saying he can't wait to walk in to Raw on Monday and rub both the World Heavyweight and WWE Tag Team Championship belts in his face and remind 'Y2J' who sent him packing in the first place last year. The trio then head off, the main event just moments away!
----------------------------------
5. WWE Tag Team Championship: World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston (w/AJ Lee) def. Team Hell No© after a long match up lasting through a break, each team getting their fair share of offense in as the match lasts through a break. After Kane tags himself in with Bryan on the top rope, a top rope dropkick to Ziggler sends the World Heavyweight Champion back in to the opposing corner. Bryan stops Kane as he enters the ring and questions his decision to tag. As they are arguing, Langston is tagged in. He charges and pushes Bryan in to Kane, proceeding to toss Bryan in to the ring post. Kane takes Langston by the throat but Ziggler comes in to hit a Superkick on 'The Big Red Monster'. Langston then scoops Kane off of the mat and on to his shoulder for the Big Ending - leading to the cover and the one, two, three!
The Biloxi crowd boos as Ziggler jumps right in to Langston with a hug and smile. AJ Lee slides in to the ring with the WWE Tag Team Championship belts, as well as Ziggler's World Heavyweight Champion, and presents them to the two men. Ziggler leans in to her with a kiss before hoisting both belts above his head. As their celebration as the new champions is on, Team Hell No look at one another on the outside in disbelief. Bryan shakes his head and walks away as Kane tries to apologize. As he watches Bryan walk to the back, Ziggler stands on the second rope with both belts of his raised up high, Langston and Lee looking on from behind in the ring happily and proud as the show concludes.

Even AJ's world of WWE 2013 has been influenced by the wrestling world of 2020 full of double champs.

February 25, 2013 from American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX
Footage from last Friday on Smackdown is shown when Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston defeated Team Hell No to become the WWE Tag Team Champions, giving Ziggler both the tag titles and the World Heavyweight Championship. The opening Monday Night Raw video then plays, the cameras coming inside of Dallas, Texas' American Airlines Center, the stage hit by pyros as the voice of Michael Cole welcomes everyone to the show from commentary alongside Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield.
The theme music of Dolph Ziggler hits throughout the arena, the World Heavyweight Champion and new WWE Tag Team Champion along with Big E Langston arriving, AJ Lee at their side. Ziggler sports all three belts as he holds both tag straps over his shoulder and the World Heavyweight Championship sits around his waist. The three strut down to the ring happily, 'The Show Off' being handed a microphone from his girlfriend as he plants a kiss on her. "Y'know, this is a cause for celebration. It's not every night you people get to see a double champion!" He laughs and pats the gold all around him, saying that what happened to Team Hell No on Smackdown, not being on the same page, was something that has been going on since they first formed. "It was only a matter of time before a formidable unit such as myself and Big E Langston came along and took advantage. Now, we're standing here as the WWE Tag Team Champions and I am still the World Heavyweight Champion and believe me when I say that both of these reigns are going to last a very long, long time and I - scratch that - we are not going anywhere!" Lee steps forward and two proceed to make out with one another as Langston stands behind silently.
The session is interrupted, however, by the theme music of Chris Jericho. The number one contender for Ziggler's World Heavyweight Championship comes out to the stage and plays up the Dallas crowd a bit before focusing directly on the three in the ring. "I hate to interrupt such a beautiful moment," He says before gagging a little bit, apologizing. "I mean, do the two of you ever do anything else? Don't answer that... but the point is, Dolph, you may think you are going to be World Heavyweight Champion for a very long time and while I appreciate the confidence, after WrestleMania you and AJ are going to have plenty of time to do whatever it is you do other than make out in the ring and make people want to vomit!" Ziggler prepares to make a remark back but AJ decides to take the microphone and speak up instead. "Chris, we get it. You're a shell of who you once were and you can't handle it. So, you're taking it out on Dolph. You've been taking it out on Dolph since last summer! You can't get over how everything he is what you used to be... except better." Jericho seems taken aback by the comments and tells AJ that is incredibly insightful but also incredibly wrong! He paces back and forth as the crowd cheers him on, 'Y2J' explaining that he isn't the same guy he was ten, fifteen years ago and not even five years ago. "Because I am even better, baby! Yeah, I've had a ton of experience but that only spells disaster for your boyfriend, AJ. At WrestleMania, the end of the world as he knows it will come to an end! As a matter of fact, nothing in his life will ever... ever... ever! Be the same... again." Ziggler tells Jericho that is enough, he has always been a talker, but the problem is most of his talk are lies to himself. Before things can escalate any further, out behind Jericho comes Vickie Guerrero shouting 'excuse me!' at the top of her lungs to boos from the crowd, her shrill voice echoing throughout the building as Brad Maddox follows covering his ears and wincing over her shrieks. "Dolph, congratulations to you," Vickie says with a smile, much to the surprise of Ziggler. "You earned your opportunity at the WWE Tag Team Championship fair and square last Monday night based on the stipulation we agreed upon. If you had lost last Monday, you would have been defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Kane. But, you won, so that's great!" She says that, however, there is something else that they hadn't agreed on, but she has decided to make happen anyway. "As you know, Team Hell No has a rematch clause for the WWE Tag Team Championship and they will be invoking that clause right here tonight." Ziggler says that's no problem, he and Langston will take care of them again no problem. Guerrero gives a stern 'excuse me' as she tells Ziggler she wasn't finished. "Also tonight, you will be defending your World Heavyweight Championship! Because in tonight's main event, it will be Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston versus Team Hell No, but, if Team Hell No wins... not only will Team Hell No win the WWE Tag Team Championship... whoever gets the pinfall or submission, on either you or Big E Langston... will also become the new World Heavyweight Champion!" She lets out a long, loud laugh as Ziggler, Langston and Lee are outraged in the ring. Jericho, meanwhile, applauds Guerrero with a smile from off to the side, the Raw Managing Supervisor then looking over to him and saying that he can stick around. "Because you're going to be in action right here and right now, Chris!" Jericho seems open to the idea and begins to head down to the ring, Guerrero telling Ziggler and Langston they might want to head to the back in the mean time and prepare for their match later on.
---------------------------------- 1. Chris Jericho def. Titus O'Neil (w/Darren Young) in a match predominantly controlling things, Young's involvement from the outside allowing O'Neil to get a bit of offense in and showcase his power. A lift over the shoulders is reversed, however, with Jericho sliding off the shoulders and nailing the Codebreaker for the pinfall.
Jericho stands back up as the winner and has his arm raised, turning to see Young jumping off the top rope but catching the legs! Young slams down to the mat upon being caught, 'Y2J' proceeding to roll him over in to the Walls of Jericho. Wrenching back on the hold, Jericho is suddenly dropped from behind by Big E Langston! A few clubs to the back, Langston then picks Jericho up off on to his shoulder but as he goes for the Big Ending, a few elbows to the head allows Jericho to escape. A Codebreaker follows, Langston falling back and through the ropes! "Chris Jericho not going to fall victim to Langston like he did on Smackdown!" Says Cole. Jericho pumps his arm against the ropes as he mouths off to Langston while down and thwarted on the outside.
In the back, Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara are seen talking to each other when they are suddenly approached by Team Rhodes Scholars. "Gentlemen," Sandow says with a smile. "Cody and myself have been thinking about our highly competitive contest last Monday and we'd like to formerly invite you to a rematch." Mysterio asks what the catch is, Rhodes quick to point out there isn't one, they just want another chance. Mysterio and Cara look to one another, the latter telling Team Rhodes Scholars they're on. Mysterio throws in they'll see them out there and the two of them walk away, Sandow giving Rhodes a wink and saying 'the plan' will work.
----------------------------------
Following the break, Chris Jericho is seen walking in the back when he is stopped by Brad Maddox. "Hey, Brian, what's up?" Jericho asks, Maddox clarifying his first name being Brad before telling him that there is a dilemma on their hands. "I know you probably want to get any chance possible to get your hands on Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston..." Jericho points out that he already got his hands on Langston a few minutes ago, Maddox saying he is well aware and that is why he is going to have to inform him that he needs to leave the arena. "I know, I know. You had to do the same thing on Smackdown but..." Jericho puts his hands up and tells Maddox he gets it, they don't want him to be interfering in the main event. 'Y2J' shrugs and tells Maddox that's fine, because all that matters that come WrestleMania, he'll be walking out World Heavyweight Champion.
2. Team Rhodes Scholars def. Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara as Sandow and Rhodes, looking to avenge last week's loss and their recent (mostly) struggles, Cara ends up going to the top rope for a move on Rhodes when down the ramp comes The Bella Twins to the confusion of many. "Nikki and Brie Bella?" Asks Cole. "We haven't seen or heard from them in nearly a year!" The twin sisters get on to the apron and begin to draw Cara's attention as he walks over to them not sure what is going on. Mysterio tries to come in to the ring on the other side but has his leg caught by Sandow - being hurled in to the barricade. Rhodes, meanwhile, catches Cara in the ring and plants him with Cross Rhodes for the one, two, three.
Sandow has a huge smile on his face as he enters the ring and raises Rhodes arm up, then inviting The Bella Twins in to the ring. Nikki and Brie step through the ropes and they each take a spot next to the two Team Rhodes Scholars men, Mysterio and Cara meanwhile watching on from the outside. "Damien Sandow said he had a plan on Smackdown!" JBL says with a laugh. "I guess this was it!" Sandow and Rhodes kiss the hands of the sisters and then raise their arms up along with them as this surprising return has aided Team Rhodes Scholars in victory.
---------------------------------- Following the break, Team Rhodes Scholars and The Bella Twins are still together in the back, Sandow telling the ladies that he and Rhodes are going to shower and then they'll be back to celebrate. They head off, leaving Nikki and Brie when they are approached by Matt Striker, asking the two of them what they are doing back in the WWE. "Have things been the same since we left?" Brie asks with a scoff. "No, they've been awful, Brie!" Nikki chimes in, explaining to Striker that they were needed and they are back for more reasons than one. "Soon, everyone will understand." Brie says, the sisters then locking their arms together and walking away.
The theme music of Randy Orton hits back inside of the American Airlines Center, the crowd coming to their feet for the arrival of 'The Viper'. He takes his time coming down and in to the ring, a microphone in his hand as he leans across the ropes. "Over the past week, I've been taking some time to think about things... usually, I try to keep to myself and I try to be quiet about things that don't necessarily involve me but..." He stops himself and says that maybe he's making a mistake by doing this, but last Monday he was watching the end of the show and his blood got boiling. "Because for months now, I've been hearing Shield this, Shield that and I've sat back and watched as they've run roughshod over the WWE! And last week when I watched a man that, despite our differences, respect more than anybody in this business in Triple H fall victim to The Shield I realized that I've seen enough... The Shield has been going through everybody but they have yet to come face-to-face with 'The Apex Predator'! So I guess you could call this a call out... Reigns, Ambrose, Rollins... I'm standing right here."
Orton tosses the microphone out of the ring and starts to pace around, throwing his hands up and down as he gets the Dallas fans cheering. Eventually, The Shield's music does hit and out of the crowd comes Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. As they draw closer to the barricade, Orton slides out of the ring and retrieves a steel chair, getting back in quickly and slamming the chair in to the mat. All three members of The Shield eye one another from the barricade before giving a nod each, hopping over and surrounding the ring despite Orton wielding a weapon. After circling a bit, Rollins hops on the apron and Orton charges at him with the chair - Seth jumping down just in time. The same happens with Ambrose, Orton then going at Reigns as he is halfway through the ropes and smacks him right in the shoulder with the chair! Ambrose and Rollins then tackle Orton from behind in the corner, beating him down relentlessly. The chair is tossed to the side, Orton trying to club the back of the men as they have him pushed against the turnbuckles but Reigns comes in with a big punch to the face, leading to The Shield bringing Orton back down on the mat with Ambrose and Rollins taking turns mounting and punching. Ambrose then picks the chair up as he gets up, following Orton as he gets on all fours and driving the chair in to the spine! Rollins then follows it up with a Curb Stomp. Reigns then leads some direction, Ambrose and Rollins taking Orton up by the arms and hoisting him off the mat and on to Reigns' shoulders for the Triple Powerbomb in the middle of the ring. The Dallas fans boo as The Shield circle around the ring all fired up before stepping to the center and placing their fists together in signature fashion over the body of Orton.
---------------------------------- A promo video airs for WrestleMania 29 taking place in 41 days on April 7th.
3. CM Punk (w/Paul Heyman) def. Kofi Kingston in a battle between former Tag Team Champions and friends, Kingston gives Punk a bit of a fight and even almost knocks him off a couple of times, a close two count on the SOS. An attempt at Trouble in Paradise is ducked, however, with Punk scooping Kingston up off of the mat on it and delivering the GTS, leading to the pinfall victory for Punk.
Punk stands back up as he is announced the winner, Heyman then entering the ring with a microphone. He raises Punk's arm himself after telling the referee to scram and then hands the microphone off to his best friend and client. "I'd ask if you're impressed, Dwayne, but I know you're not watching." Punk says. "But I know John Cena is... so I'll let you know, John, that at WrestleMania, I'm going to kick your ass. As for Rock's millions of Twitter followers, maybe you'll let Dwayne know that at WrestleMania, I'm going to kick his ass too and I'm going to once again be where I belong: At the very top of this business as the WWE Champion and recognized the way I should be: The best in the world..." He hands the microphone back over to Heyman, whom tosses it over his shoulder with a laugh before leaving the ring along with Punk.
----------------------------------
Back from commercial, an advertisement airs for Old School Raw, taking place next Monday, March 4th. A night in tribute to the past days of Raw as well appearances of legends - including The Undertaker - next week!
4. Big Show def. Tensai in a match coming off of Show's decision to knock out Tensai last week, the two big men have a little bit of back and forth before Show takes total control, a Chokeslam eventually giving him the win.
Before Show has much chance to celebrate the win, Ryback's music hits. Just as Show interrupted his celebration last week, Ryback returns the favor. Coming down and in to the ring, Ryback and Show have a stare down before Ryback turns to Tensai coming at him, hoisting him off the mat and rattling the ring with Shell Shocked! Ryback then stands right back up in front of Show, whom doesn't appear that impressed. Ryback then gets the crowd going in a 'Feed me more!' chant as Show simply shakes his head and leaves the ring, making his way to the back as he ignores the continued chants of the WWE Universe.
----------------------------------
Seen sitting in the locker room area after the break is Daniel Bryan, looking down at the floor when Kane comes in and takes a seat next to him. "Are you ready for tonight?" He asks, getting no answer from Bryan. "Hey, I asked you a question!" Bryan slowly looks up to Kane and assures him that he is ready, he hasn't stopped thinking about how things went wrong on Smackdown. Kane says that is in the past, prompting Bryan to stand up and say that maybe they're stuck in the past. "Maybe we're back to square one as a team because we haven't been on the same page! I don't want that! I want to move forward, Kane!" While Kane questions if that means he doesn't want to become Tag Team Champions tonight, he ponders if Bryan is going to get in their way because of the World Heavyweight Championship being involved, too. Bryan tells Kane that's enough and that he'll see him out there. Bryan then leaves the room, Kane left standing alone and shaking his head.
Switching over to ringside, Cole, Lawler and JBL discuss the seeming dysfunction of Team Hell No, with JBL saying that they don't stand a chance against Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston. "Team Hell No were founded on dysfunction, John!" Cole argues. The trio then move on to talk about how Old School Raw is taking place next Monady night, where they will celebrate days past of Monday Night Raw over the years and many former WWE superstars and legends will be appearing next week, including as we found out earlier the return of The Undertaker! Plus, they just found out the WWE Champion The Rock will be in the building, Ric Flair will speak and Chris Jericho is bringing back The Highlight Reel with an unannounced WWE Hall of Famer as his guest!
Returning backstage, Matt Striker is standing by with the United States Champion Antonio Cesaro, asking the Swiss superstar about going up against John Cena tonight. "Many people would be afraid of this challenge," Cesaro responds. "But I... I find it a great opportunity. I know I am better than anyone and that includes John Cena. He may consider this warm up for his match at WrestleMania but once I defeat him in front of the whole world, everyone will know that it should be Antonio Cesaro in the main event of WrestleMania 29." He smiles and says something in a foreign language that Striker doesn't understand. Cesaro's smile quickly goes away as he then walks off, his match with Cena coming up after the break.
----------------------------------
5. Non-Title Match: John Cena def. United States Champion Antonio Cesaro in, perhaps to Cena's surprise, an incredibly competitive match. Cesaro shows off his freakish strength after swinging Cena around by his legs, going for the Neutralizer but having it reversed in to an STF attempt. The United States Champion manages to fight his way to the ropes, Cena pulling him back up with Cesaro raking the eyes. An attempt at the Neutralizer, however, backfires as Cena pulls free just enough to scoop Cesaro off the mat and drop him with the Attitude Adjustment in the middle of the ring for the one, two, three.
While the crowd gives a mixed reaction for Cena's victory, he heads to the ropes after having his arm being raised as the winner and requests a microphone. "Rock... Punk... I hope you saw that," He says with a hand on his hip. "Because that's what you call a hard fought match... and at WrestleMania you're going to need to bring that times ten to stop me from walking out of MetLife Stadium as the WWE Champion!" He steps up to the ropes and looks straight in to the camera, saying he heard that Rock is going to be at Old School Raw next week. "I'll see you there. CM Punk, if you want to come along for the ride, too, well, as a former 'Great One' once said: Just bring it." Cena then tosses the microphone to the side and throws his hands up in signature taunt before leaving the ring.
----------------------------------
Following the commercial break at ringside, the commentary team discuss how we are on the road to WrestleMania, but taking place the night before is the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Already announced for this year's class, Bruno Sammartino, Bob Backlund, Mick Foley and Trish Stratus, they will be joined by this year's celebrity inductee: Donald Trump. A business mogul and television star, Trump has had involvement with WWE since the 1980s, even hosting WrestleMania IV and V. On top of that, he would compete in the classic 'Battle of the Billionaires' match with Mr. McMahon at WrestleMania 23.
In the back is Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett, talking to some production crew members and bragging about getting rid of Bo Dallas. "I mean, come on, the kid didn't belong here at all, clearly." Up to him then comes The Miz, the crew members backing away as Barrett asks Miz what he wants. "You know, Wade, a lot of people told me at one point that I was a kid that didn't belong. I was a lot like Bo Dallas. Maybe a different, louder personality, but young, inexperienced and hungry nonetheless... and people tried to push me down. Push me down like you pushed Bo Dallas down." Barrett scoffs, telling Miz that Dallas clearly was out of his league and the truth is, Miz should blame himself for trying to get involved last week. "Consider that before blaming me, will you?" Barrett then walks away, leaving Miz alone with his thoughts.
Elsewhere backstage, Divas Champion Kaitlyn and Natalya are talking to each other. While Natalya mentions the return of The Bella Twins adding even more to the division, the two are approached by the pair of Alicia Fox and Aksana. "Um, are you forgetting about us?" Fox asks, confusing Kaitlyn as she asks if her and Aksana are a thing. "We are now!" Aksana shouts back, with Fox adding on that the two of them have been overlooked and now, together, they are going to make sure that is no longer the case. "So what are you saying? You want a match?" Kaitlyn asks, Aksana and Fox laughing with the prior saying they'll have a match - but not tonight. Next week on Old School Raw, however, they're on. Natalya says that sounds good to them, Fox and Aksana smiling to each other and walking off as Kaitlyn and Natalya seem unimpressed and confused with the challenge.
Seen walking down the halls is Sheamus as 'The Celtic Warrior' will be speaking next.
----------------------------------
Sheamus indeed does make his way out following the break, standing in the middle of the ring with a microphone in hand. "Last week here on Raw, Brock Lesnar decided to come down here and blindside me... he dropped me with F-5 after F-5 and then decided... he didn't want a piece of me." Sheamus shrugs his shoulders and says that he has a theory, however, that Lesnar is just afraid of possibly being embarrassed at WrestleMania in eighteen seconds. "Now, on Smackdown this past Friday, I told Paul Heyman to bring 'The Beast' back with him to Raw so I could officially issue him a challenge for WrestleMania... I know Paul is here, but what about you, Brock?" After waiting a bit and getting no response, Sheamus leans across the ropes and says that he thinks he got his answer. "Well, if that's the case... is there anybody in the back that has the stones and wants to face me tonight?! Anyone?! I'm looking for a fight!" The crowd cheers Sheamus on as he paces around the ring, the noise lowering when the music of David Otunga hits. The Harvard graduate takes his time coming down, cautiously putting his hands up to Sheamus after stepping through the ropes. "I know you're angry, Sheamus. I know you're thinking about kicking my head clean off my shoulders right now. However, if I accept this challenge... be warned you are in for a very competitive match." Sheamus tells Otunga to bring it on, a referee then running down to the ring.
6. Sheamus def. David Otunga as just as soon as the bell rings, Otunga runs forward and right in to a Brogue Kick! Sheamus stands over him briefly before dropping down and hooking the legs for the quick, easy victory.
'The Celtic Warrior' stands back up and pounds his chest proudly, pushing against the ropes as he points to the camera and calls out Brock Lesnar's name, telling him to 'bring his ass back' to Raw.
---------------------------------- After the break, the commentary team highlights what we saw last week with The Shield confronting Mr. McMahon before the return of Triple H, taking 'The Game' down and laying him out with the triple powerbomb. They then show footage from earlier on, doing the same to Randy Orton. "I'm afraid to ask this, guys, but... what will The Shield do next?" Asks Cole. While Lawler insists that somebody or multiple people need to put a stop to the this, JBL suggests that maybe there is no one that can stop The Shield.
Transitioning elsewhere backstage, Alberto Del Rio is talking with Ricardo Rodriguez, 'The Mexican Aristocrat' saying that since he lost the World Heavyweight Championship, things haven't been going right and something needs to change. Before he can say much more, however, some jazz dance music begins to play as down the hall as in walks Fandango and his fellow dancer. As they are busy moving around with one another, Del Rio throws his hands up. "Hey! Hey! What is your problem, chico?" Fandango looks back at Del Rio briefly, grins ever so slightly and continues on down the hall dancing with his partner. Rodriguez holds Del Rio back and says it's nothing. "Nothing? That's the third time he's gotten in my way, Ricardo. Something is up!" Rodriguez continues to advise ADR to let it go, although Alberto clearly doesn't want to.
Matt Striker is standing by backstage and introduces the World Heavyweight Champion and one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Dolph Ziggler as his guest, Big E Langston and AJ Lee in tow. Striker says that obviously this match tonight has pretty big implications. "Obviously, Matt," Ziggler says to interrupt. "Obviously Vickie Guerrero has it out for me because I chose better over her. But it doesn't matter because I am 'The Show Off', I am the World Heavyweight Champion and I am one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions..." He looks back at Langston and Lee, saying he has all he needs to have his back and to be in his corner and tonight, despite Guerrero trying to take away all of his gold, it isn't going to work. "Because I'm that damn good... and when I'm through with Team Hell No, I'm looking forward to Chris Jericho at WrestleMania where I will put him out of this business once and for all." He adjusts the tag belts on his shoulders and pats the World Championship around his waist, planting a kiss on AJ before all three head off with the main event coming up next.
----------------------------------
7. World Heavyweight and WWE Tag Team Championship: Dolph Ziggler© and Big E Langston© (w/AJ Lee) def. Team Hell No in a big time rematch from Smackdown with the World Heavyweight Championship added to the mix. The contest goes through a break as both sides work well together, Team Hell No seeming to get on the same page but after a Chokeslam to Ziggler from Kane, Bryan tags himself in. As Bryan comes in and prepares to throw kicks, Kane spins Bryan around and gets chest-to-chest with his partner. "What?! We've got them right where we want them!" Bryan shouts, Kane arguing back that he is being selfish. Langston then comes in to the ring - Bryan stepping to the side as Big E runs Kane over with a clothesline and sends him rolling under the bottom rope. Bryan then catches Langston with a dropkick from behind that sends him through the ropes. Bryan then hits a suicide dive, but comes right back in to the ring to the Zig Zag from Ziggler! Both legs are then hooked and the referee counts the three!
Ziggler gets to his knees and pumps his fists in celebration, AJ sliding in to the ring quickly to hug her boyfriend. The referee retrieves the World Heavyweight and WWE Tag Team Championship belts, Lee taking them and handing them over to Ziggler. Langston slowly comes back in to the ring to stand at their side, Bryan meanwhile going under the bottom rope as Kane looks at him from the barricade, shaking his head. As the champions celebrate the victory inside of the ring, Bryan can't look his partner in the eye on the outside. Kane tries to come up to him but Bryan is having none if it, turning around and walking away. "What does this mean for Team Hell No?" Lawler questions. As Bryan walks through the curtains with Kane watching on, Ziggler stands against the ropes holding up both WWE Tag Team Championship belts as well as his World Heavyweight Championship as Monday Night Raw comes to an end.

Awesome RAW show as always, WrestleMania 29 should be amazing with the Triple Threat between Punk/Cena and The Rock, And it looks like we may see an Evolution reunion against The Shield. And also not to mention, Ziggler and Jericho for the World Heavyweight Title that will steal the show in my opinion. But who have you got lined up for The Undertaker at WrestleMania?. I think we know that Bryan and Kane might split up. Bryan may betray Kane and go for his brother's undefeated streak. HMMM?!. I wonder if Bryan will do the same thing Punk did to Paul Bearer in real life though?. Or maybe another alternative, Ryback vs Undertaker at Mania 29. Could happen?. Just saying.

March 1, 2013 from Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, OK
The Smackdown opening video airs, the cameras then coming inside of Chesapeake Energy Arena from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The voice of Josh Mathews from ringside welcomes everyone to the show along with John Bradshaw Layfield.
Starting off the show this week is Sheamus, 'The Celtic Warrior' arriving to cheers from the crowd. Making his way down and in to the ring, Sheamus holds a microphone in his hand as he says he has a problem on his hands. "That problem has a name... Brock Lesnar." He shrugs his shoulders as the crowd gives a mixed response to the mention of Lesnar's name. "However, I think that Brock doesn't see me as a problem. I think he is looking right past me because of a cheap attack a week and a half ago on Raw." Sheamus says he told Heyman last Friday here on Smackdown to bring Lesnar with him to Raw, but he got neither of them and he's starting to think that neither of them has 'the stones' to deal with him. "I think that Brock is afraid. I think that after he realized that there was something else for him to try and accomplish - beating me - he knew that he couldn't. So, making an excuse of ambushing me and leaving me laying to say he didn't want a piece... shows what kind of man Brock Lesnar truly is."
"Ladies and gentlemen!" Can then be heard repeated throughout the arena as Paul Heyman steps out to the stage to boos. "Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman and... on behalf of Brock Lesnar, I am coming out here to clear the air with Mr... Sheamus." Heyman starts to come down the ramp and hesitantly walks up the steel steps and across the ring apron. "I'm just an advocate." He clarifies as he slowly steps through the ropes, Sheamus backing up and giving him the space to enter. Heyman puts his hand out and tells Sheamus that he understands why he would think things are the way he believes. "But it's just not the case, alright? Brock Lesnar truly believes that he has accomplished everything he needs to. Brock Lesnar doesn't believe it is worth his time to step back in to the ring... with you. Brock Lesnar believes that you're not worthy." Sheamus says he has heard enough of Heyman's excuses and that if he doesn't want to bring Lesnar to him, he'll just have to make an example of what he has. He then takes Heyman by the collar and begins to back him in to the corner with a smile, Heyman pleading with Sheamus when the signature riff of 'Cult of Personality' hits, CM Punk making his way out from the back. 'The Best in the World' draws the attention of Sheamus as he comes right down and in to the ring, standing at Heyman's side. After checking on his best friend, Punk looks back to Sheamus and asks what his problem is. "Look, just drop it, Sheamus, alright? Brock Lesnar obviously wants nothing to do with you, so just leave Paul alone, okay?" Sheamus scoffs and tells Punk that while it's clear Lesnar doesn't have any guts, he doesn't think Punk does either. "What the hell is that supposed to mean? Of course I've got guts. Of course I'm not afraid of anything! I am the 'Best in the World', I was WWE Champion for 455 days and still should be to this day. At WrestleMania, I'm going to beat John Cena and The Rock and re-claim what is rightfully mine and you know what? Even if you were added to the mix, I'd beat you too." Sheamus begins to laugh, taking a few steps closer to Punk and saying that unfortunately, he isn't a part of that match at WrestleMania. "But what's stopping the two of us having a match right here tonight, huh, fella?" The audience cheers the suggestion, Punk looking back at Heyman, putting his hand out as his advocate tries to be a voice of reason. "No, Paul, it's okay. It's okay because you know what, Sheamus? You're on... and you're going to have to learn the hard way to show me some respect." He then leaves the ring along with Heyman, as it appears we have our main event set for tonight!
The cameras transition backstage to show Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett walking down the halls as he will be in action next.
----------------------------------
1. Non-Title Match: Kofi Kingston def. Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in quite the back and forth outing, Barrett using his power to overcome Kingston's high-flying and fast pace. After Kingston starts to gain some momentum, however, Barrett shoves him in to the official and delivers a low blow. Barrett then rolls out of the ring to grab his Intercontinental Championship and use it as a weapon only to be tackled from behind suddenly by The Miz! "What the hell is Miz doing interrupting this match?!" JBL shouts in question. Miz throws punches on Barrett and slides out of the ring with the title belt, Barrett standing back up and yelling in his direction over the ropes before turning straight in to Trouble in Paradise from Kingston for the pinfall!
Miz watches on from the outside with a smile on his face, Barrett crawling toward the ropes with a scowl as Kingston celebrates behind him. After having accidentally cost Bo Dallas a little over a week ago, Miz has gained some sense of retribution by costing Barrett here tonight.
Shifting backstage to Matt Striker, Alicia Fox and Aksana are his guests at this time, Striker attempting to point out that Fox and Aksana seemed to come from nowhere to form this alliance on Monday. "You're right we came from out of nowhere, Matt, because everyone forgot about us!" Alicia says with a shake of her head, Aksana quick to add that they got together to remind everyone they're still here. "And we're taking it to the so-called best duo of Divas around here." Fox says that before the two of them beat Kaitlyn and Natalya on Raw this Monday, she is going to beat Natalya right here tonight. The two then head off as that match is just moments away.
---------------------------------- A promo video airs for WrestleMania 29 taking place in 37 days on April 7th.
2. Alicia Fox (w/Aksana) def. Natalya (w/Divas Champion Kaitlyn) in a contest that Natalya mostly dominates with her power and technical abilities. As she goes for the Sharpshooter, Fox hugs the ropes. With the referee trying to force a break, Aksana gets on to the apron and slaps Natalya over the ropes. Kaitlyn tries to chase after Aksana, while in the ring Fox drops Natalya with the Scissors Kick to pull off the victory.
Aksana quickly hurries away as Fox retreats with her on the outside, Kaitlyn left watching them as they rush up the ramp. As Fox and Aksana laugh at how they stole the win on Natalya, the Divas Champion returns to the ring to check on her friend, as they'll now look to try and get revenge in their tag team match on Monday.
Seen in the back preparing for his match is one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Big E Langston when he is approached by fellow Tag Team Champion and World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler, plus AJ Lee. "You know, E, at first I was thinking... why would you bother taking this match with Kane tonight? We should be done with them! They lost to us last week and they even lost their big rematch on Raw. But then I got to thinking... you're starting to get it, man." Ziggler pats Langston on the chest and says that he clearly wants to put Kane on the shelf. Langston nods in agreement, Ziggler telling him to go take care of business. The three then head off, Langston versus Kane taking place next.
---------------------------------- 3. WWE Tag Team Champion Big E Langston (w/World Heavyweight Champion and WWE Tag Team Champion Dolph Ziggler and AJ Lee) def. Kane (w/Daniel Bryan) as the two powerhouses hold nothing back against each other, the match going through a break when Kane seems to have control of things. Involvement from Ziggler backfires as he ends up chipped off the apron with an uppercut, Langston missing on a splash in the corner with Kane delivering a sidewalk slam. A top rope clothesline and he prepares for the Chokeslam, Ziggler trying to get involved again but Bryan sweeping out the legs. The brief distraction gives Langston apparently enough time to recover as he slips free of Kane's Chokeslam attempt, scoops him off the mat with all of his power on display for the Big Ending for the three count.
Bryan can't believe it on the outside, throwing his hands up as AJ quickly rushes over to Ziggler, helping him back off as Langston leaves the ring and smiles in Bryan's face. As he walks off along with Ziggler and Lee, Kane sits up slowly and looks over at Bryan, shaking his head as the last two weeks of nothing going right continues for Team Hell No.
----------------------------------
After the break, Team Hell No are seen entering the locker room area with Kane removing his elbow pads in anger. "What do you want from me, Kane?" Bryan questions, his partner keeping his back turned while looking off in the distance. "Since Elimination Chamber, things have been going completely wrong, Daniel." He replies. "Even at Elimination Chamber, we barely escaped The Shield... and I know it may look like you're trying out there but I don't feel like you truly are." Bryan shakes his head and tells Kane that he has been trying, but he may be right about not being in it one hundred percent. Kane finally looks to Bryan, whom shrugs his shoulders and tries to explain that things are different than they were over the last year. "Things have just... changed for me. I've been a shell of myself. I mean, we've obviously done great things together but... I'm different and... I have big goals. I have a lot of people out there chanting 'Yes!' to me and I feel myself wanting to say it back." Kane asks Bryan if he is saying its time for them to split up, prompting Daniel to think about it for a moment. "I don't know... I just have some things I need to consider." He then leaves the room, Kane taking a deep breath as he does so.
In the office of General Manager Booker T - along with Teddy Long - in walks Chris Jericho. "Hey, there he is! There is 'Y2J' Chris Jericho!" Booker says excitedly while clapping his hands, Jericho smiling as he asks Booker what's with the over the top welcome. Booker tries to say it's just good to see him, but Long tells him to cut the act and spill the beans already. Booker gives Teddy a glare before telling Jericho he heard about The Highlight Reel this Monday and he just wanted to know who the special guest was. "I can't tell you that, Book. That would ruin the surprise! For you, for Teddy, for everyone tuning in to Old School Raw on Monday!" Booker shakes his head, but Jericho says not to worry, he promises it will be worth it. "By the way, heard you had a match for me tonight? I know Big E Langston had a match already and I gotta wait for Dolph Ziggler at WrestleMania... maybe it's AJ Lee, huh? That'd be something." Booker laughs and tells Jericho maybe he'll tell him his opponent, if he tells him who he's got for The Highlight Reel on Monday. Jericho wags a finger and says Booker may be General Manager, but he's still the same wise guy he has known for over fifteen years. "Alright, alright. I'll tell you, but you gotta keep it a secret!" He then whispers in Booker's ear, the Smackdown General Manager seeming very excited about the news. "Alright, alright. That's good, Chris. As for your opponent tonight? Well, since you faced and defeated his tag team partner on Raw, you're going to go up against the other half of The Prime Time Players: Darren Young." Jericho nods and tells Booker that sounds good to him and then leaves the office.
----------------------------------
A promo video airs for Old School Raw, coming up this Monday, March 4th.
Following the advertisement, The Colóns and Rosa Mendes are seen standing in the ring when out from the back comes Team Rhodes Scholars, along with the newly returned Bella Twins. A microphone in his hand, Sandow asks for silence from the crowd as they boo over him beginning. "Last week, Ms. Mendes there decided she was going to flaunt herself and distract my partner Cody Rhodes!" Sandow says this was sound strategy, being the genius he is, he recognized this and he made a phone call to some old acquaintances. He looks to Nikki and Brie Bella, the latter taking the microphone and saying that there isn't just one, with Nikki adding there is two. Rhodes then speaks up and tells The Colóns and Mendes that their tricks won't work like last week because he already has the two most beautiful women in the WWE in his corner.
4. Team Rhodes Scholars (w/The Bella Twins) def. The Colóns (w/Rosa Mendes) with a match well controlled by Rhodes and Sandow as they were last week. However, an attempt at a distraction by Mendes to Rhodes is thwarted when Nikki and Brie get on the apron and distract Primo and Epico. Sandow takes the opportunity to push Epico in to Primo from behind, Cody then hitting Cross Rhodes on Primo for the pinfall.
Rhodes and Sandow stand up together in celebration, The Bella Twins soon joining them. The four raise their arms up together and then draw close with smiles, watching as Mendes berates The Colóns on the outside.
---------------------------------- 5. Chris Jericho def. Darren Young (w/Titus O'Neil) in a Jericho-led match up, Young getting some offense in especially with some help from O'Neil. 'Y2J' goes to the top rope and ends up pushed down thanks to O'Neil, giving Young a near fall after he hits a scoop slam and leg drop. Pulling Jericho on to his shoulders, the 2013 Royal Rumble winner elbows his way free, getting back down and ducking Young charging at him - Darren stopping as O'Neil is on the apron, only for Jericho to dropkick him in to his Prime Time Players partner anyway before getting back up and nailing the Codebreaker for the one, two, three.
Hopping back to his feet in celebration of the victory, Jericho has his arm raised up. He then calls for a microphone from ringside, telling everybody to make sure to tune in to Old School Raw this Monday for his very special edition of The Highlight Reel with a very special Hall of Fame guest. "And make sure to tune in to WrestleMania in a little over five weeks when I take the World Heavyweight Championship from Dolph Ziggler and he ends up never... ever... ever the same... again!" He drops the mike with a smile and leaves the ring.
Heading backstage, Matt Striker is standing by with CM Punk and Paul Heyman, asking Punk why he accepted Sheamus' challenge tonight, despite Heyman seeming to disagree with the idea. "Paul and I don't have to agree on everything, Matt." He replies. "Paul thinks it would be best that I rest as much as I can headed to WrestleMania and maybe he's right. But while he is looking out for me I am looking out for him." Punk explains that Sheamus wants to keep harassing his best friend about his other client and a match at WrestleMania and while he doesn't care about Sheamus' personal beef with Brock Lesnar, he very much cares about his personal beef with Heyman. "And then he has the audacity to disrespect me? The greatest WWE Champion not only of this era but of all time? I'm like a God, Matt... and people like Sheamus spit in my face and need to be taught a lesson. So, that's why I accepted his challenge and that's why I'm going to make him go to sleep tonight!" Punk then looks to Heyman, whom says he fully supports 'The Best in the World' and his decision. The two then head off together with the main event coming up next!
----------------------------------
6. CM Punk (w/Paul Heyman) def. Sheamus in a long, tough battle between the fellow former WWE and World Heavyweight Champions. Back and forth and lasting through a break, Sheamus seems to be on the verge of victory after the Irish Curse Backbreaker as he sets up for the Brogue Kick in the corner. Heyman grabs his foot from under the bottom rope, however, allowing Punk to charge with his running knee. An attempt at the GTS is reversed as Sheamus slides down and falls back to the ropes, once again having his foot swept by Heyman, allowing Punk to kick him in the back of the head, lift him off the mat, nail the GTS and cover for the three.
The crowd reacts with a mix of cheers and boos as Punk staggers back to his feet against the ropes, having survived a grueling fight with 'The Celtic Warrior'. As he leaves the squared circle along with Heyman, he mouths off to the crowd while pointing at the WrestleMania sign, motioning for the WWE Championship around his waist. Heyman, meanwhile, continues to look back at the ring as Sheamus sits up with a very angry look in his eyes, not looking away from Heyman at all as the show goes off the air!

March 4, 2013 from First Niagara Center in Buffalo, NY
The voice of 'Mean' Gene Okerlund is heard over past and current clips from Monday Night Raw over the years, with Okerlund saying that tonight, Raw goes old school: The legends, the look and the attitude! Superstars from past and present come together for a one of a kind blast from the past - tonight, we are going back in time for Old School Raw! An opening video with the original Raw theme then plays, blending current and older footage. The cameras then enter the First Niagara Center, Michael Cole, Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield on commentary, all three wearing old school outfits.
The Buffalo fans are brought to their feet as the signature gong of The Undertaker echoes throughout the building! The lights go down and the audience grows louder, 'The Dead Man', eventually walking out to the stage. Slowly, per usual, he makes his way down the ramp and up the stairs, bringing the lights up in signature fashion with his eyes rolled back. Taker then steps through the ropes and stands in the middle of the ring, microphone clenched tight in his hand as he looks up and around at the cheering crowd. "Twenty," He simply states. "Twenty times I have taken the long walk down to this ring on the grandest stage of them all... WrestleMania." He turns his head toward the titantron, which displays the logo of this year's event. "And this year will the twenty-first." The WWE Universe cheers for the confirmation of Taker's appearance at WrestleMania this year, Taker continuing on by saying that the path to this year's event is less clear, however, as for the past four years he has had some of the biggest battles of his career with Shawn Michaels and Triple H - but that was in a different era. "Last year defined the end of an era... and this year will define the beginning of the next. But the question arises: Which man will be standing across this ring from me waiting for his soul to be reaped come April 7th?"
Before he has the opportunity to continue on, the theme music of Daniel Bryan hits. The Buffalo crowd begins to break out in 'Yes!' chants as Bryan comes out from the back, not seeming to have a reaction to the fans as he has his eyes locked on the legend in the ring. "Is Daniel Bryan doing what I think he's doing?" Asks Lawler. A bit hesitant, perhaps, Bryan makes his way down and takes his time getting on to the apron and stepping through the ropes. Taker looks down at him as he approaches, Bryan finally taking his eyes off to look out to the First Niagara Center as the 'Yes!' chants begin to build up again. Tapping a microphone of his own his hand, Bryan slowly brings it up. "It seems like the WWE Universe has their answer for if they want to see this match. What do you say?" Taker remains silent as he continues to stare down at Bryan, pulling his microphone up and preparing to respond only for the stage to be hit by a big pyro as Kane's music interrupts things! The tag team partner of Bryan and brother of Undertaker makes his way down from the back, stepping in to the ring and shaking his head. After pacing back and forth a little bit and making eye contact with his brother, Kane turns to Bryan and simply tells him 'no'. While the fans boo, Bryan replies with 'yes'. They go back and forth briefly before Taker suddenly reaches his hand around Kane's throat! Surprised by his brother's actions, Kane tries to break Taker's grip, 'The Dead Man' scowling before pulling his hand off from him and instead taking Bryan - lifting him high off of the mat and delivering a Chokeslam! Kane falls back in the corner with his eyes wide from behind the mask, Taker slowly picking his microphone back up. "At WrestleMania... Daniel Bryan... you will... rest... in... peace." The cheers ring out from around the arena as the challenge has been accepted! Taker and Kane lock eyes briefly before the prior leaves the ring, 'The Big Red Monster' left looking down at his laid out tag team partner.
Still to come tonight, appearances from WWE Champion The Rock, two-time Hall of Famer, 'The Nature Boy' Ric Flair, The Highlight Reel with a special Hall of Fame guest and more right here on Old School Raw!
----------------------------------
Replays are shown following the break of what we just saw moments ago, as The Undertaker accepted the challenge from Daniel Bryan to face him at WrestleMania despite the concerns of Kane, Taker's brother and Bryan's tag team partner.
Back live and in the ring is United States Champion Antonio Cesaro, microphone in his hand as he tells the crowd to listen up, because this night is a sham. "Old School Raw, where hasbeens are all over the place and show no respect for greatness like Antonio Cesaro - your United States Champion!" While the crowd boos, he says that he has been watching the 'so-called' legends in the back all day, well now he is calling any of them out to try and take the United States Championship away from him! After waiting a few moments, the signature line of 'Ho!' is heard throughout the building, Jim Duggan making his way out with his trusty 2x4 in hand! 1. United States Championship: Antonio Cesaro© def. Jim Duggan as Duggan actually shocks Cesaro with some offense early on, including a big knee drop for a two count. In response, Cesaro chops the knees out from behind. Displaying his strength afterward, Cesaro takes Duggan by the legs, pulls him up and spins around in a circle about eight times. After releasing Duggan, the United States Champion catches him in the corner with a running uppercut, which is followed by a big Neutralizer in the center of the ring for the pinfall victory.
While the crowd boos, Cesaro doesn't seem to phased by it. He gets to his feet with a smile while the referee presents him with the United States Championship, Cesaro even waving the United States flag over Duggan's body as he rolls out of the ring as the impressive, lengthy reign of Cesaro continues on.
Standing by in the back is 'Mean' Gene Okerlund, saying that it has already been a big night here on Old School Raw but really we are just getting started. With that, he introduces his guest at this time to be Divas Champion Kaitlyn and her tag team partner tonight Natalya. While Natalya is quick to point out how she watched Gene interview The Hart Foundation and now he is interviewing her. "I appreciate you telling everyone just how old I am." Okerlund says to laughs from the ladies, asking them about facing the tandem of Alicia Fox and Aksana tonight. Kaitlyn says that they have no problem with facing Fox and Aksana, whom said so themselves that they haven't done much as of late. Natalya says that after Smackdown, however, she knows that they have some tricks up their sleeve, so they have some of their own if necessary tonight. The two then head off together with the match coming up.
----------------------------------
Following the break, Vickie Guerrero is in her office with Brad Maddox talking about Old School Raw itself, as well as the return of The Undertaker earlier on, Maddox asking if Guerrero is going to let the match with Daniel Bryan happen. "Of course I am!" She says quickly, the door then opening as in walks John Laurinaitis. "Wow, Vickie. I just wanted to stop by, as the greatest General Manager in Raw history, and see how things were going. And, personally, I can't believe you're not running on the idea of People Power!" Guerrero rolls her eyes, Laurinaitis continuing on with Maddox slowly backing away as he sees Vickie ready to blow up. "Get out! Get out! GET OUT!" She screams at Laurinaitis finally, the former GM quickly leaving the room as Guerrero is shaking!
Making their way down to the ring back inside of the arena is the team of Alicia Fox and Aksana, the prior with a microphone as she says that she doesn't think a microphone is enough to get their point across so they made a phone call for something bigger. Out from the curtains then comes Jimmy Hart, megaphone in hand as he shouts through it about how great Alicia Fox and Aksana are. "They may be the female Hart Foundation!" He even suggests, Divas Champion Kaitlyn and Natalya then making their way out and seeming unimpressed. "Wow, Jimmy, really?" Natalya says with a laugh. "It's ironic, actually!" Kaitlyn shrugs her shoulders and says they also made a phone call, as they previously mentioned they had a trick up their sleeve. That trick being Natalya's father and Jimmy's fellow Hart Foundation member, Jim Neidhart! Giving his signature laugh,
2. Divas Champion Kaitlyn and Natalya (w/Jim Neidhart) def. Alicia Fox and Aksana (w/Jimmy Hart) in a fairly quick match, Fox yelling at Hart on the outside when he doesn't seem to be helping. Kaitlyn then catches her with a Spear on the turnaround, a tag to Natalya then being made as Aksana gets taken off the apron by the Divas Champion, Natalya coming in and putting Fox in the Sharpshooter - forcing her to submit.
As Neidhart joins his daughter and Kaitlyn in the ring, he looks out to Hart on the outside shaking his head at Aksana yelling in his face. He then sets off his megaphone siren right in Aksana's face before getting in to the ring and embracing Neidhart. He then gives Kaitlyn and Natalya a hug as well, the Divas then raising their arms up together in celebration of their win.
---------------------------------- The ring is set up for The Highlight Reel as Chris Jericho makes his way out from the back, 'Y2J' getting a warm welcome from the Buffalo fans. Coming down and in to the ring, he introduces everyone to his show. "And tonight it is Old School Raw and it is the perfect time for an old school legend to be a guest of mine. This guest of mine is a WWE Hall of Famer... this guest of mine is one of the most controversial of all time... this guest of mine also has his own very famous talk show... this guest of mine is even a former rival of mine that some of you may have forgotten shared the ring with me once at WrestleMania... ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce to you... 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper!" The cheers come for Piper as he makes his way down and in to the ring, shaking hands with Jericho as 'Y2J' offers him a seat. "Y'know, Chris, I'd sit down but I have to stand up to you and make amends for our problems in the past." He offers a handshake, which Jericho doesn't hesitate to accept, telling 'Hot Rod' to let bygones be bygones. "I'd love to do that, Chris, but there's one other thing that still bothers me and that's that everyone seems to think that The Highlight Reel is better than Piper's Pit!" Jericho slowly stands up from his seat and tells Piper to take it easy, not everyone thinks that - just a lot of people think that! Piper quickly asks Jericho if he forgets about the time that he sprayed Morton Downey Jr. with a fire extinguisher at WrestleMania V! Jericho then asks Piper if he's forgetting about when John Cena was drafted to Raw on his show. "How about when I cracked Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka in the head with a coconut?" Piper questions, Jericho stepping forward and responding in kind with: "How about when I threw 'The Heart Break Kid' Shawn Michaels face first through the Jeritron?" The two then slowly look toward the Jeritron next to them before returning their attention to one another, busting out laughing together and embracing in the center of the ring over it.
The fun stops there, however, as Dolph Ziggler's music hits. The World Heavyweight Champion, and one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions, makes his way out with his partner Big E Langston and girlfriend AJ Lee, a disgusted look on the face of 'The Show Off' as he calls for his music to be cut. "Wow, Chris. What a big surprise you've been teasing us with over the past week! It's 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper, ladies and gentlemen!" He gestures his hand out while entering the ring, the crowd cheering for Piper as Ziggler steps a bit closer to him. "Funny, Chris is a lot like you when I think about it 'Hot Rod'. Yeah, you've both got nothing left in your life except for nostalgia, you both had terrible taste in hairstyles and, well, you both host a God awful talk show." Jericho goes to respond but Piper puts his hand out, instead stepping chest-to-chest with Ziggler himself, looking him up and down. "You feel like a big shot wearing all that gold, huh?" He questions, Ziggler with a quick response of that it's as much as Piper ever won in his entire career, except that he was never World Champion. "You're right, Dolph! You're absolutely right! I was never World Champion in my career but I'm okay with that! On the contrary, you know who has been World Champion multiple times? The man you're facing at WrestleMania - Chris Jericho!" The audience cheers as Jericho thanks Piper, trying to get some words in but Roddy isn't finished. "And if I were a gambling man, pretty boy, I'd bet everything I've got that at WrestleMania, Chris is going to run circles around you and take away the World Heavyweight Championship." Jericho finally manages to intervene and thanks Piper a few times, Langston stepping forward as well and cutting 'Y2J' off. "Nah, it seems like the old man wants a fight!" He suggests with Jericho fast to tell Langston to calm down. Not helping matters any, however, Piper pulls a coconut from his pocket and proceeds to crack it over the head of Langston! Big E is barely phased by it, however, and Langston starts to move toward him! Jericho intervenes, however, taking Langston by the arm to stop him from attacking Piper, Ziggler then leaping in to Jericho from behind and nailing the Zig Zag! "Look what you did, 'Hot Rod'! Look what you did!" JBL says. Ziggler then stands back up in front of Piper and gives a pat on Langston's arm, Jericho being dragged back up and laid out in the center of the ring with the Big Ending! Ziggler, Langston and Lee all stand together over Jericho's body while Piper watches from the corner with a frustrated scowl.
---------------------------------- 3. Big Show def. The Great Khali (w/Hornswoggle) in a battle of Goliaths, albeit not lasting long as Khali gets limited offense in before taking the Knockout Punch from Show, dropping him out cold for the pinfall.
Show doesn't appear done there, however, as he takes Khali and drags him back up to a knee by the throat, pulling the Punjabi big man up off of the mat with a Chokeslam! Hornswoggle tries to plead from the outside but Show doesn't seem to care. He prepares to pick Khali up again but Ryback's music hits. Marching his way down to the ring, Show drops Khali with a grin, waiting as Ryback enters the ring before gesturing at Khali's down body. "We've seen these two over the last couple of weeks seem to try and one up each other," Says Cole. "Is Ryback going to do it again at the expense of The Great Khali?" Ryback begins to motion his shoulder in the corner, building up a 'Feed me more!' chant from the crowd, Khali stirring to a knee before Ryback runs forward only to change his position and instead clothesline Show over the top rope and to the floor below! The Buffalo crowd cheers as Show is stunned, stumbling back against the barricade with his eyes widened in disbelief. Ryback tries to encourage him to get back in to the ring, Show tempted to do so but instead backing down while pointing in Ryback's direction. "You'll get yours... you'll get yours..." He warns while moving farther away from the ring.
Seen walking together in the back is Team Rhodes Scholars, along with The Bella Twins, when the group of four is approached by Dusty Rhodes. "What do we have here?" Dusty says with a smile as Nikki and Brie move toward him, Cody asking his father if he likes his and Sandow's new additions. "Yeah, yeah... see, I really don't, Cody." He slowly removes the hands of The Bella Twins from off of his shoulders, telling Rhodes and Sandow that he knows how much potential they have as a tag team, he knows how good the two of them are and he doesn't think it is necessary to try and pull out these underhanded tactics to win, they have what it takes without it! Sandow stops Cody from responding by putting his hand out in front of him. "Listen, old man, we know what we are doing. We have a good thing going on and just because you don't like it because you didn't think of it first doesn't mean you should be here berating us! Including your own son. How dare you try and stand in the way of his success, sir." He then pulls Cody along, The Bella Twins following as Cody faces off with Sin Cara next.
----------------------------------
Standing in the back after the break is 'Mean' Gene Okerlund, looking to get a word with the mysterious, dance enthused Fandango. Coming on to the scene with his dance partner is indeed Fandango, Okerlund saying that since Fandango has arrived, everyone has been curious about him and they all want to know what his next 'move' is going to be. "Tonight... I'll present in the ring my biggest dance yet... and not just the WWE Universe, the entire world will know the name Fandango..." He then twirls his partner around and heads off.
4. Cody Rhodes (w/Damien Sandow and The Bella Twins) def. Sin Cara (w/Rey Mysterio) as the two are very back and forth, Cara with a few big high flying moves to began surging with momentum. After Rhodes misses on a Disaster Kick, Cara hits a big springboard moonsault. Sandow gets on the apron and Mysterio charges over to grab both the legs and pull Sandow down face first. The Bella Twins then get up on the opposing side, posing another distraction. Rhodes takes advantage with a low blow from behind, Cross Rhodes following as The Bella Twins return to the floor, the referee coming over to count the tainted one, two, three.
Mysterio slides in to the ring and Rhodes rolls out at the same time, returning to the side of Sandow and the arms of The Bella Twins. The four back up the ramp together with smiles on their faces, Cara and Mysterio looking on in frustration from in the ring as they hold their arms up in celebration.
Backstage, the cameras show the locker room of The Rock! The WWE Champion will be here live - next!
----------------------------------
The First Niagara Center roars as the music of The Rock hits, the WWE Champion makes his way out from the back with a smile on his face. Playing up to the crowd a bit, he heads down and in to the ring and continues to play things up some more, a microphone in hand as he jokes about coming here from Panama where it is 95 degrees every single day and he flew all the way here where he has icicles coming off of 'The People's privates' because it is so damn cold! "But with that being said, The Rock couldn't be more happy to be standing in front of all you to say finally The Rock has come back to Buffalo!" He says that tonight it is Old School Raw and it is a celebration of the past of Raw and while he has a lot of history a part of the past of Raw, he is also a part of the future because the future - in 34 days - is WrestleMania 29 where he will defend the WWE Championship in a triple threat match against John Cena and CM Punk. "And The Rock says this - whether you love Cena or hate him, whether you love Punk or hate him, whether you love The Rock or hate him... or, hell, you love or hate all three of us - you cannot deny that at WrestleMania in 34 days it will be one hell of a main event!"
Before he can go any further, CM Punk's music interrupts. Out from the back comes 'The Best in the World' along with Paul Heyman, the two taking their time to get down to the ring as they both stare Rock down. "You're damn right it is going to be one hell of a main event, Rock," Punk says with a grin. "Because things are going to return to the way they're supposed to be: CM Punk as the WWE Champion. CM Punk representing this company whether they or 'the people' like or not! CM Punk being 'The Best in the World' as everyone knows it." He even throws a jab at Rock not being a full time guy and spending time filming some other terrible movie, but before Rock has a chance to retort, John Cena arrives to his usual loud and mixed response from the crowd. He races his way down and in to the ring and keeps his eyes on all three of the others as they watch on while he takes a microphone of his own from ringside. "Speaking of terrible actors..." Punk mutters, Cena quick to tell him to shut up and focus on the matter at hand. He points to Rock and says to borrow a line from him, it doesn't matter what movies he has made or what he is doing outside of the ring, what matters is what he and all of them do inside of it. "Because when it comes to this business it's about showing up when it's time to show up. At WrestleMania in 34 days it's time to show up. So, Rock, hope you're ready to bring your A-game and you're ready for the toughest battle of your life because as much as I don't care for CM Punk over there, he's one of the best in the business. He'll tell you he's 'The Best in the World' and I'd argue otherwise but it doesn't take away how good he is... and me? You know all about me. Punk knows all about me. The people... know all about me. Everyone knows that when I step in to this ring I give it 110% each and every time and at WrestleMania I'm going to go to that 110%, pedal to the metal and walking out once again WWE Champion!" As the crowd buzzes, both Punk and Cena are suddenly dropped from behind by The Usos! "The Usos? What in the world?!" Cole questions in confusion. They put the boots to the two men before looking over to The Rock, whom looks back and forth at Jimmy and Jey when the theme music of Rikishi hits! Stepping out to the stage, Rikishi smiles toward the ring. "Punk, Cena, you're probably wondering why my sons Jimmy and Jey just jumped you. Well... they did it... for The Rock." Rock shakes his head from in the ring as Rikishi shrugs his shoulders. "Not again!" Lawler says. Rikishi explains that The Usos want to make a name for themselves and right here, right now they're challenging Punk and Cena to a tag team match! Heyman talks with Punk on the outside about the suggestion, Cena meanwhile looking on from the opposite side ready for the challenge. He and Punk then make eye contact, The Rock watching on from inside of the ring as everyone questions whether Punk wants to do this.
----------------------------------
5. John Cena and CM Punk (w/Paul Heyman) def. The Usos (w/Rikishi) as, during the break, Punk reluctantly agreed to team with Cena. With The Rock watching from the bottom of the ramp and Rikishi in the corner of The Uso's, back and forth action ensues mostly due to Punk's unwillingness to work efficiently with Cena. As Cena starts to get momentum going off a slam and Five Knuckle Shuffle, he seems poised for the Attitude Adjustment on Jimmy when Punk tags himself in from behind. The two have a brief argument with Punk ducking under a superkick when Jimmy comes at him, knocking Cena in to the corner. After an exchange with Jimmy leads to a tag made to Jey while on Punk's shoulders, Jimmy is dumped over the top rope and Jey comes in with some explosive offense. After avoiding a top rope crossbody, however, Punk sweeps Jey on to his shoulders, spinning him around and causing a boot to Cena's face before nailing the GTS for the pinfall.
Punk gets to his feet in celebration of the win, even trash talking Rikishi on the outside. Cena comes back in to the ring and gets up in Punk's face, an argument ensuing out of it. After things calm a bit, Cena puts his hands up and starts to back away, Punk suddenly pulling him back in, on to his shoulders and nailing the GTS! Heyman applauds Punk from the outside but then begins to scream for him to look out as Rock slides in right behind him, catching Punk with the Rock Bottom on the turnaround! The WWE Champion pops back on to his feet and marches around the ring to cheers from the Buffalo crowd, picking up his title belt from off of the mat and ascending to the second rope to raise the gold up above his head proudly.
The cameras then pick up in the back to show Brodus Clay and The Funkadactyls dancing with each other as watching at their side is The Honky Tonk Man! "You've gotta learn the way of funk, baby!" Clay says while Honky tries to groove along with them. Up to the group then comes The Prime Time Players, Titus O'Neil blowing his whistle and Darren Young explaining that none of them have any rhythm whatsoever! He says that they'll show them, The Prime Time Players then wrapping their arms around each other's shoulders for their 'millions of dollars' dance. As they're going back and forth, Ted DiBiase and Irwin R. Schyster walk up! "According to tax records, The Prime Time Players have never seen a million dollars between them!" IRS says, DiBiase letting out his signature laugh. O'Neil and Young storm off, Honky shrugging his shoulders and saying to forget about them! "Somebody call my momma!" He shouts out, Clay's music then coming in as everyone begins to dance together. In passing comes Fandango and his dance partner, scoffing in disgust at the party. As he continues on his way, Ron Simmons walks in and looks around at what is going on. The dancing begins to slow upon his arrival, everyone waiting in anticipating with Simmons finally delivering his signature line to them - "Damn!" He shakes his head as we go from this dance to another after the break with Fandango!
----------------------------------
Seen walking in the back The Miz when he grows a smile across his face, walking a bit more and approaching Ric Flair! "Hey, there he is!" Miz says, the two shaking hands and embracing, Miz thanking Flair for his mentoring over the last few months, he has really appreciated it. Flair says it may take some time, but Miz will put it all to good use and find success, he's sure of it. Miz brings up Flair going to the ring later on and asking if he needs someone to come with him, but Flair dismisses it. "Don't you worry, my man, 'The Nature Boy' - woo! - has it all under control, haha. It's just going to be a little bit of a fun celebrating Old School Raw." As the two seem ready to depart, the Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett walks up with a chuckle, saying this really is Old School Raw - taking a jab at Flair's age. "Y'know, Miz, I took one friend of yours out to pasture a couple of weeks ago in Bo Dallas. Maybe I should do the same to Ric Flair here." Miz tries to take a step toward Barrett but Flair holds him back with a laugh, telling Miz to let it go - he was put out to pasture a long time ago by someone a lot better than Barrett. While Wade chuckles, he warns Flair to be careful. "As for you, Miz, I'm sure I'll be seeing you again soon enough. But don't be surprised when your own career crumbles in to dust via the Bull Hammer!" Barrett lets out another laugh as he walks away, Flair continuing to advise Miz to let it go.
Inside of the arena, the music of Fandango hits as the dancing superstar makes his way out from the back along with his unnamed dance partner. The two continue to move all the way down and the ramp and in to the ring, swiveling their hips and moving quickly once in the squared circle. As Fandango begins to pose and seem to prepare for a big conclusion, however, Scotty 2 Hotty arrives from the back! The fans cheer as Scotty jogs his way down to the ring, looking to Fandango with a smile and then around the building. After a bit of build up, Scotty's music comes back in to play and he throws his hands out to his side, getting the crowd going as he prepares for the worm! As he is halfway across the ring on the mat, however, Fandango jumps on to his back and begins to rain down with punches to the head! "That's right, Fandango!" JBL shouts. "Teach him a lesson! Teach him what real dance is!" After a hard clothesline puts Scotty down, Fandango then moves back toward the corner and steps out to the apron, slowly heading to the top rope. Before any more damage can be done, however, running down from the back is Alberto Del Rio! Having had his own small issues with Fandango over the weeks, he stands in the way of Scotty being hit from anything off the top rope, Fandango instead dropping back down to the apron and walking down the ring steps. As Fandango backs down from a fight, Del Rio checks on Scotty to make sure he is alright.
Meanwhile in the back, Sheamus is seen going down the halls. He still wants Brock Lesnar to accept his challenge to a match at WrestleMania and will be addressing Lesnar once again following the commercial break!
----------------------------------
As expected, Sheamus makes his way down to the ring after the time away and with a microphone in his hand, he says that he has had the theory going that Brock Lesnar is afraid of facing him. "And while I thought maybe Brock isn't afraid but rather just not interested, I thought long and hard about it and I've come to the conclusion that, yeah, Brock Lesnar is afraid. He's afraid of me kicking his head off of his shoulders and embarrassing him at WrestleMania and sending him back out of this business for good, being left with no choice but to return to an octagon where he can be embarrassed even further. Then when that is gone... well, he'll have nothing left, will he?" Sheamus says that he would call Lesnar out tonight, but he knows Brock is afraid. So, instead, he's going to do what he did last week and have himself an open challenge to anyone that actually does have 'the stones' to face him. After a little bit of waiting, Mark Henry's music hits, 'The World's Strongest Man' arriving from the back as he has accepted the challenge against his former rival!
6. Sheamus def. Mark Henry in an intense battle between two rough powerhouses. The match goes through a break after Henry bearhugs Sheamus on the outside and slams him in to the ring post. After that break, Henry's control continues until 'The Celtic Warrior' makes a comeback with a few big shots, a clothesline from off of the ropes even taking Henry down. After escaping a sudden World's Strongest Slam attempt with a few elbows to the head, Sheamus bounces off of the ropes, ducks a clothesline and comes off of the other side of the ring with the Brogue Kick! The cover is then made and the far leg is hooked for the pinfall.
Sheamus rises back up, clearly in a bit of pain from the tough fight. The referee raises his arm up and the wincing in the face makes the pain clear. As Sheamus goes to the second rope to celebrate, however, Brock Lesnar's music hits! "Oh my!" Cole exclaims. "Is... is Brock here?!" Sheamus steps down from the ropes to look up the ramp, but instead of Lesnar out walks Paul Heyman to boos. Sheamus places his hands on his hips and shakes his head, the audience then beginning to buzz as from behind comes Lesnar - spinning Sheamus around and dropping him with the F-5! Lesnar stands over Sheamus' body with a laugh, pointing down at his body and looking over to Heyman on the ramp. "Are you serious?" Brock questions, dragging Sheamus up again and hitting yet another F-5! Shaking his head back on his feet, Lesnar walks right over Sheamus' body and leaves the ring, re-uniting with Heyman atop the stage. "If it wasn't clear: My answer is no." He tells Heyman before heading through the curtains, Heyman nodding as he follows while Sheamus watches on angrily on his side from in the ring.
----------------------------------
A promo video airs for WrestleMania 29 taking place in 34 days on April 7th.
Standing in the ring together are The Colóns and Rosa Mendes, Primo and Epico both expressing their displeasure with tonight being a dedication to the past. "We deserve the attention! Our opponents tonight know it! You all know it!" Epico says before suddenly being interrupted, somewhat ironically, by the line "Oh you didn't know?" As the audience cheers for the arrival of The New Age Outlaws! Road Dogg and Billy Gunn make their way down and in to the ring and give their usual spiel, making sure to also point to The Colóns when giving the "let's get ready to suck it!" line. The crowd fully in to it, Epico and Primo angrily get on the apron for the match.
7. The New Age Outlaws def. The Colóns (w/Rosa Mendes) with Epico and Primo dominating the match at the start but being too cocky allows Road Dogg and Gunn to take control of things. After a few break up of pins by Epico, Road Dogg comes in and clotheslines himself and Epico over the top rope, leaving Primo to take a kick to the stomach and be laid out with the Famouser courtesy of Gunn for the one, two, three.
Arms raised as the winners, The New Age Outlaws head to opposing turnbuckles and enjoy the win along with the audience, Gunn with his fists raised as Road Dogg gives a few crotch chops.
The cameras then pick up backstage to show Ric Flair walking in the back, 'The Nature Boy' will be making an appearance in the ring to celebrate the end of Old School Raw - next!
----------------------------------
'The Nature Boy' Ric Flair arrives after the break as anticipated, letting out a few big 'woo's in the process of coming down to the ring. Microphone in his hand, he gives a few slaps to his shoulders and struts across the ring. "When I got the phone call to show up to Old School Raw tonight, I said there was only one thing I wanted to do and that's what 'The Nature Boy' does best - celebrate! Woo!" He explains that he told the other line that's what he wanted to do and they told him to come on out here at the end of the show with a glass of champagne and give a toast. "So, here I stand with my glass - and bottle - of champagne..." He turns to the table set up in the corner and pours himself a glass, coming back to the center and raising it up high. "To toast to all of those past, present and future of Monday Night Raw and everyone here! I say in toast of Raw, we give one big 'Woo!' together before I drink this, yeah?" He belts out the big 'Woo!' along with the fans and drinks his champagne, raising the empty glass to the audience, thanking them as he prepares to leave except...
'Sierra... Hotel... India... Echo... Lima... Delta... Shield.' The arena starts to grow anxious as The Shield arrive through the crowd, Roman Reigns on one side, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins on the other. "Don't tell me these animals are going to go after Ric Flair!" Lawler says. The trio come down to the steel barricade and hop over it, circling around the ring and staring Flair down as he looks between the three. After a bit of waiting, Reigns gives a nod and all three members of The Shield get on to the ring apron. Flair shows no fear, however, as he removes his jacket and throws it down, motioning for the three to come after him! Ambrose chuckles from the apron, pointing to Rollins and Reigns. "Now!" He then says, the group stepping between the ropes. Before they can get their hands on Flair, however, the theme music of Randy Orton hits! 'The Viper' comes rushing down to the ring and The Shield is waiting for him, Orton stopping himself with a knee on the apron, however, as he pulls himself back down slowly and wags a finger. He then points to the entrance as Triple H's music hits next! 'The Game' then comes through the curtains and makes his way down next Orton, The Shield still not standing down. As they tempt Orton and HHH to come in to the ring, Flair creeps up behind Reigns and swings his arm between the legs with a low blow! Orton and HHH dive in to the ring afterward and jump on the distracted Rollins and Ambrose, pummeling them each in the corner! Rollins is then tossed over the top rope by HHH, Ambrose walking right in to the RKO by Orton! They knock him to the outside as Reigns then steps up in to a kick to the stomach and the Pedigree from HHH! The Buffalo crowd grows even louder as Orton, HHH and Flair stand together with The Shield piled up on the outside. A nod from 'The King of Kings' as he, Orton and Flair raise each other's arms up! As The Shield back down from the fight, the three stand tall together in the ring as Old School Raw comes to an end!

Loving the colour scheme for Old School RAW, as I noted not long ago to you in private. Very wise decision to have Jim Duggan challenge for the WWE United States Championship, and it gave Antonio Cesaro something to do in WrestleMania season, where I cannot imagine he’ll fit into any major plans. I didn’t think John Laurinaitis really fit into the show, considering by this point in time he had only been gone for less than a year. Big Show against Great Khali in 2008 was something…five years later? On live TV no less? Yikes. I do like the idea of Big Show opposing Ryback, that would be an interesting rivalry and I genuinely think Ryback could realistically get Show up on his shoulders for the Shellshock. If Kurt Angle can give Show the Angle Slam, why can’t Ryback - a big ass bodybuilder - do similar? Here’s hoping with WrestleMania season on the horizon, we get Cody Rhodes against Rey Mysterio in one of those wacky WrestleMania Rewind match gimmicks in the near future. I see potential for Rey and Sin Cara as WWE Tag Team Champions, shamefully short-lived team. I guess the situation with John Cena and CM Punk reluctantly teaming up against the Rock’s relatives the Usos made sense, but I’m not a big fan of you blending the Rikishi cameo into this. The Usos weren’t really pushed much at this point and never would’ve stood a chance even here. Creative though. I wouldn’t have had Rock come in to leave Punk laying after though. Fandango and Alberto Del Rio is an oddly decent program to run with. I do wish we got more Sheamus and Mark Henry matches, and the idea of Sheamus going up against Brock Lesnar is interesting, but what is the motive here? I think this is the one that will need a proper hard sell going forward. You need to establish a big winning streak for Sheamus in the next month. Primo and Epico stood no chance against the nostalgia acting New Age Outlaws. I get it was a way to kill time, but I think you had enough legends here as is. Lastly, the big preparation for the Shield against Evolution. We have the made effectively set for WrestleMania, but I am curious in the avenues you take to get there.

March 8, 2013 from Times Union Center in Albany, NY
In memory of William Moody, "Paul Bearer", 1954-2013.
Following the opening Smackdown video, the stage of the Times Union Center in Albany, New York is hit by pyros with the voices of Josh Mathews and John Bradshaw Layfield welcoming all from commentary. Tonight, we will hear from The Shield as well as World Heavyweight and Tag Team Champion Dolph Ziggler, Daniel Bryan will be in action and the Divas Championship will be on the line! This and much more to come on Smackdown!
To boos from the WWE Universe, Dolph Ziggler's music hits. Out comes the World Heavyweight Champion along with his other half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Big E Langston and his girlfriend AJ Lee. The three make their way down and in to the ring, 'The Show Off' twirling a microphone in his hand. "I'm guessing you all saw Monday Night Raw this week, yeah? You saw all your washed up legends showing their ugly faces for no reason other than one last thrill. Oh, I'm not talking about Ric Flair, I'm not talking about Jim Duggan or 'Mean' Gene Okerlund or even 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper, no, I'm talking about Chris Jericho!" Ziggler says that everyone is all on the Jericho bandwagon since he came back at the Royal Rumble and won it. Dolph then reminds everyone that the last man eliminated in the Rumble was himself after he and Jericho started at one and two and everyone seems to forget that. "But you know what everyone doesn't forget? The fact that the next night I cashed in my Money in the Bank briefcase and I became World Heavyweight Champion! You know what else everyone won't forget? When I go to WrestleMania and I beat Chris Jericho so bad he'll never show his face again unless we get another episode of Old School Raw and he's coming out of the retirement home with the rest of those hacks!"
As Ziggler seems to continue on with his speech, Chris Jericho's music interrupts. 'Y2J' comes out from the back but doesn't have his usual smile on his face as he stands atop the stage, asking Ziggler if he is finished. "You know, I'd usually come out here and make some jokes, Dolph. I'd usually come out here and try and be in a good mood but I'm not really feeling that kind of mood tonight... I'm feeling the kind of mood where I come down to that ring and kick your ass!" Jericho brings up the disrespect Ziggler showed him and Piper on Raw this past Monday and it just showed not only what a bad champion and bad superstar Ziggler is, but what a hypocrite and parasite he is as well! Ziggler is baffled by the remarks, questioning Jericho bringing those words in to play. "You keep bringing back these catchphrases and idioms that you've used over the past, Chris, but that's all you got isn't it? The past. Because you know there is no future for you! You know that you don't stand a chance against me at WrestleMania for the World Heavyweight Championship, right? But don't worry, Chris! Maybe after I'm done running circles around you at WrestleMania, maybe, just maybe I'll consider giving you a shot at Big E and myself's Tag Team Championship, alright?" Before things can escalate any further, the theme song of Smackdown General Manager Booker T hits and he comes out to the stage at Jericho's side, asking him to take a moment and breathe. "Listen, Chris, I know you're upset but I can't have you going down and fighting Dolph right now." Ziggler laughs from in the ring but Booker says that doesn't mean that the World Heavyweight Champion can't compete tonight. "As a matter of fact, Dolph, you and Big E Langston are both going to be in action!" While Booker makes it clear the WWE Tag Team Championship won't be on the line, they're going to be facing off against a team that is looking to put their name back on the map. "And after showing a little something on Raw, I think it's only right they get the chance to face the Tag Team Champions." Booker then gestures behind him as out comes The Usos! Jimmy and Jey, fresh off a battle with John Cena and CM Punk on Raw, come on out and head down to the ring as they'll look to seize the opportunity in the non-title match after the break!
----------------------------------
1. Non-Title Match: The Usos def. WWE Tag Team Champions World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston (w/AJ Lee) with Chris Jericho still watching on from ringside, The Usos work well together per usual as they actually surprise Ziggler and Langston. A distraction attempt from AJ briefly turns things in favor of Ziggler but Jey comes back with a superkick for a close two count that Langston has to break up. As things start to break down, both of The Usos come in to the ring together and work a double team on Ziggler. Langston tries to get involved as he comes in and clotheslines Jimmy out but with the referee busy trying to get rid of Langston, Jericho slides in to the ring and hits Ziggler with the Codebreaker! Jey scurries over and makes the cover, Langston obeying orders to go out to the apron - the referee then turning and making the three count before Big E has the chance to realize what just happened!
The Usos roll out of the ring in celebration of their big win, Jericho watching from against the announce desk with a grin as Langston and Lee come in to the ring at Ziggler's side, 'Y2J' having cost them the match and perhaps gained some form of revenge on Ziggler for his actions this past Monday.
Transitioning to the back, Daniel Bryan is seen putting tape on his wrists. In to the room walks Kane, throwing his hands out and asking what he was thinking. "What were you doing challenging my brother, The Undertaker, to a match at WrestleMania? Are you crazy?! I had a feeling your heart wasn't in to the team, but I didn't know you were thinking about doing something like that." Bryan stands up and tells Kane that he doesn't need his advice or his opinion on the matter. "Kane, I'm ready to be taken seriously. I'm ready to be moving on to new heights! I'm ready to embrace the 'Yes!' chants of that crowd... did you hear them on Raw? Did you hear how much they wanted to see me get my shot to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania?" Bryan then excuses himself, saying that he asked for a match tonight and he's got one with Tensai - and he plans to handle it on his own. He then walks by Kane and out of the room, leaving 'The Big Red Monster' looking none too happy.
---------------------------------- A promo video airs for WrestleMania 29 taking place in 30 days on April 7th.
2. Daniel Bryan def. Tensai in a clash of strength and technical, some powerful moves of Tensai throwing Bryan in to the turnbuckles and tossing him across the ring. Chipping away at the big man, however, Bryan ends up knocking him to the outside and nails a suicide dive. Back in the ring, a top rope dropkick is followed by Bryan ducking a clothesline and drop toe holding Tensai and placing him in the, apparently now Yes! Lock!, with the crowd chanting along as Tensai struggles briefly before tapping out.
Bryan rises to his feet and looks out to the Albany crowd as they break out in 'Yes!' chants. After taking a moment to soak it all in, he begins to pump his index fingers in the air and join in on the chants. He circles around the ring and continues to lead it on, the WWE Universe not seeming intent on stopping whatsoever.
---------------------------------- The theme music of The Shield hits following the break, the trio of Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins arriving from the crowd. They make their way down through the stands and enter the ring, Ambrose patting a microphone angrily in his hand to the point that Rollins takes it away from him to let him cool down. "So, it looks like we've got a couple of friends back together, huh? Triple H and Randy Orton." Rollins snickers and asks if that is supposed to intimidate them. "Because it doesn't. Just because Ric Flair helped you get a little upper and on us doesn't mean we're afraid of you. Doesn't mean we aren't worried about what you might do. All it does is have us come out here and remind you that you should be worried about what we might do next." Reigns then takes the mike and continues on, saying he isn't worried. He welcomes the fight, even. "We are 'The Hounds of Justice'! We will do what we want to do when we want to do when we need to do it and if that means knocking you down over and over again until you can't get back up then so be it." Ambrose then snatches the microphone out of Reigns' hands and leans across the ropes, saying that while he agrees with his brothers, he can't wait to get his hands on someone. "I want to wrap my hands around your necks and snap them like twigs! You don't mess with The Shield because there are consequences..."
Out from the back then comes Randy Orton, standing atop the stage and staring right down at The Shield. "You can't wait to get your hands on someone, huh, Ambrose?" He asks with a shrug of the shoulders. "Well, Triple H may not be in the arena tonight but I am... and I am more than ready for a fight, Dean. But the problem with that kind of fight is that I don't want to fight all three of you because I am not stupid." Orton explains that if Ambrose wants a match tonight, he wants nobody at ringside - he wants it one-on-one. Ambrose looks back at Rollins and Reigns and nods, turning his attention back Orton and telling him that'll be no problem. "You and me tonight, Randy. You and me tonight and I'll have my boys stay back and I'll pick you apart on my own... but you should be warned that if you or Triple H or that washed up bag Ric Flair or anybody else crosses our paths again there will be hell to pay!" Orton smiles and says he is fully aware, but as for right now, he'll see him later tonight.
Standing by in the back is Matt Striker with the Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett as his guest, questioning Barrett about losing to Kofi Kingston last week ahead of their rematch tonight. "Let's be clear on one thing, Matt. Kofi Kingston did not beat me last week. Technically, you could say he won our match, but he did not beat me... The Miz decided to stick his nose in my business. Now, I've personally gone to Booker T tonight and I've demanded The Miz be barred from ringside for my match with Kofi tonight." Barrett then warns that he'll destroy Kingston tonight and then heads off for the upcoming match.
----------------------------------
3. Non-Title Match: Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett def. Kofi Kingston in a competitive rematch from last Friday night, Kingston impressing as he gets multiple near falls on the Intercontinental Champion, perhaps looking to secure a shot at the title even. After a top rope crossbody results in a two count, Kingston goes for Trouble in Paradise but Barrett ducks underneath it, scooping Kofi on to his shoulders. Elbowing free, Kingston drops down but runs right in to the Bull Hammer Elbow! Barrett then covers for the one, two, three.
Barrett stands back up and over Kingston's body, ripping his arm away from the official and demanding his championship. Once he receives it, Barrett holds the belt up but stops himself, leaning down a little belt and cradling the belt while motioning for Kingston to get up with a twisted grin. As Kingston starts to stir with his back turned, The Miz slides in to the ring behind Barrett, hooks a hold of him and delivers the Skull Crushing Finale! Miz stands back up over Barrett and has some words for him, heading over to Kingston afterward and checking on him to make sure he is alright.
Seen preparing in the back is Divas Champion Kaitlyn when she is approached by her friend Natalya, asking about her decision to defend her title tonight against Alicia Fox. "I thought we were done with those two?" Kaitlyn smiles to Natalya and explains that Fox demanded the match and she agreed because she is a fighting champion. "And, look, after I'm done beating Alicia tonight, we can move on. Eventually, Nattie, it'll be me and you competing for the Divas Championship!" Natalya nods and they head off for the upcoming match.
----------------------------------
Following the break, Matt Striker is standing by once again backstage and this time he is with Sheamus. 'The Celtic Warrior' is asked about Brock Lesnar once again declining his WrestleMania challenge this past Monday on Raw and it quickly sets him off. "I got a real problem with Brock Lesnar acting like a coward. This guy has been revered as one of the biggest arse-kickers in the world for years now. He was dominant when he first showed up over a decade ago, he was dominant when he went to do MMA, he was dominant when he came back here last year... yet, he feels the need to attack me from behind? Then act like I'm not worth his time? Maybe I'm looking at it all wrong, Matt. Maybe Brock isn't worth my time. Maybe I need to go in another direction with WrestleMania because clearly Brock Lesnar has no intention of facing me like a man..." He scoffs, shakes his head and then walks away.
4. Divas Championship: Kaitlyn© (w/Natalya) def. Alicia Fox (w/Aksana) in a contest, sans Jim Neidhart and Jimmy Hart as there was in the tag team match on Old School Raw, that is relatively in Kaitlyn's favor. Some assistance from Aksana gives Fox some room, but after the Scissors Kick is avoided and Fox is pushed in to Aksana trying to get on the apron, Kaitlyn catches her with a Spear on the return and gets the pinfall.
Natalya gets in to the ring and celebrates the victory along with Kaitlyn, the Divas Championship having been retained. As that goes on inside, Fox gets up on the outside and begins to berate Aksana for not helping her win. The two each grow heated with Fox eventually letting out a frustrated scream and storming off.
---------------------------------- At ringside following the break, the commentary team discuss some of the happenings on Old School Raw, including the tag team match of CM Punk and John Cena versus The Usos, with the prior duo coming out on top. After the match, however, Punk would hit Cena with the GTS only for The Rock to come in and deliver the Rock Bottom to Punk, standing tall with the WWE Championship afterward. Mathews then explains that we received this message from Punk earlier today and it will be shown right now.
Cutting to footage of CM Punk via satellite earlier in the day, he begins to speak but stops himself to laugh a little bit. "I do everything. Truly, I do everything... I teamed up with my greatest enemy, John Cena, on Raw for the greater good. I've stood up to John over the years for the greater good. Then you've got The Rock, whom I also stood up to for what? The greater good. Yet, all I get is disrespected." He explains that everyone cheered when he was hit with the Rock Bottom on Raw and it made him sick to his stomach and that is why he decided not to be live for Smackdown this week, feeling he needed a break from the WWE Universe. "But you know what I am going to do? I'm going to lay down a challenge for this Monday on Raw and I don't know if it will be accepted or not - and I'll lean towards not - but I'm going to do it anyway. Why wait until WrestleMania, Rock? Why wait? Why not bring your ass to Raw in Indianapolis and face me one-on-one for my WWE Championship?" He snickers and says he, of course, doesn't expect Rock to accept that challenge but he's making it anyway.
After the footage cuts out and the commentary team briefly get a chance to discuss the possibility of Punk versus Rock taking place on Raw, the cameras cut to the back to Randy Orton standing at Matt Striker's side, whom mentions the idea of Punk and Rock on Raw being huge. "You're right, Matt, that would be huge." Orton acknowledges. "But while we wait for that potential blockbuster, we've got one going on in just a few minutes because I am going to go out to that ring and face Dean Ambrose." Orton says that while the rest of The Shield is supposedly going to lay back, he can't be too sure and that is why he is bringing back up. He then pulls up a steel chair from his hand and smiles, saying he hopes that it won't be necessary. "It would be a real shame if it were to come to that." He then begins to head toward the ring as the main event is coming up next.
----------------------------------
5. Dean Ambrose def. Randy Orton via disqualification in a hard-hitting fight, the match going through a break after an Orton forward suplex across the announce table. With the two going back and forth after the commercial, Ambrose rake the eyes and looks for his signature Headlock Driver but Orton flips him over his shoulder and on to the apron, nailing the rope hung DDT. After putting himself in position for the RKO, however, Orton stops himself and looks over his shoulder. Instead, he slides under the bottom rope and retrieves the steel chair he had brought down by the steel steps. Bringing it in to the ring, he looks to the referee attempting to stop him and ignores the pleas, instead swinging the chair down across the spine of Ambrose for the disqualification!
The crowd cheers despite the bell sounding and Ambrose being announced as the winner as Orton doesn't stop there, continuing to swing the chair down in to the back before turning Dean over and driving it down vertically in to the chest. After a couple of measured shots to the leg, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins come racing down through the crowd, hopping the barricade and hitting the ring only for Orton to escape with the chair in hand. Grinning from ear to ear, Orton watches as Rollins checks on Ambrose while Reigns leans over the ropes seething at the mouth. "Don't mess with you?" Orton asks with a 'psh', raising the chair over his head while the Albany fans cheer him on, Ambrose being aided to his feet by his Shield brothers as this week's Smackdown concludes.

March 11, 2013 from Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN
The cameras come straight in to the arena as Justin Roberts stands in the ring and requests everyone rise as they pay tribute to the late Paul Bearer. A video package highlighting the career and influence of Bearer then airs, featuring moments in his time in WWE while featuring commentary from current and past WWE superstars and figures. The Undertaker delivering his signature 'Rest In Peace' concludes the video.
The cameras then come back in to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse where the lights go out and signature gong of The Undertaker is heard. Arriving out to the stage is 'The Dead Man' himself, the crowd loud for his appearance as he makes his slow walk down and in to the ring. Sitting on a podium is the signature urn, which Taker stares down at it before kneeling at it's side and gesturing to the titantron that shows Bearer's picture in memory.
The Raw opening video follows afterward, as transitioning to the back afterward we see Daniel Bryan walking down the halls when he sees Kane standing by himself. Bryan walks up next to his, apparently former, Team Hell No partner and pats him on the back. He then holds his arms out, the crowd cheering from inside of the building as Kane is hesitant at first but then embraces Bryan. "I'm sorry for your loss," Daniel says with his hands on his hips. "And I'm sorry that you don't like that I am going to face your brother at WrestleMania... but I need this. I need this match and I need to win this match..." He says that tonight, he'll honor the memory of Paul Bearer along with everyone else. But once tonight is through, he's going to do what he has to do and that includes beating the streak at WrestleMania. Bryan then gives Kane a nod and walks away.
---------------------------------- 1. The Miz def. Mark Henry as the power of 'The World's Strongest Man' leads to much domination from Henry but Miz is elusive to stay in it. Chipping away at the knees throughout, as Henry tries for a splash from the second rope, he lands on the worked on knee and being downed enough, it allows Miz to plant him with the Skull Crushing Finale and get the three count on the big man!
Miz stands up with a look of practically shock on his face, having his arm raised as the winner. His celebration is spoiled, however, by the arrival of Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett. He walks out to the stage with a grin and a microphone in hand, telling Miz he is awfully impressed. "Yeah, you just keep on proving everyone how much you belong, don't you? Well, I don't think you do. I think you're just another Bo Dallas except somehow you've managed to leach your way to staying in the WWE for far too long." Barrett then says that while he has the Bull Hammer Elbow and plans on ending Miz eventually, he doesn't happen to have a Hall of Pain like the man he just made very angry in the ring. Miz is then clubbed from behind by Henry, whom drags him right back up and hurls him to the outside. Henry follows despite the bad knee, pulling Miz up off the ground and running him back first in to the ring post! "That's what I do!" Henry yells angrily, limping off afterward. Barrett, meanwhile, watches on with a laugh from atop the stage as Miz, despite being victorious tonight, is left laying in pain.
----------------------------------
The theme music of CM Punk hits following the break, the former WWE Champion of 455 days making his way out from the back along with Paul Heyman. The two come down and in to the ring together, Heyman speaking first as he gives an introduction of himself and Punk. "And if The Rock had any guts at all he would be here tonight ready to be defeated by CM Punk himself for the WWE Championship! But it appears, however, that we will have to wait until WrestleMania." Punk then takes over, saying that on Smackdown he issued a challenge to The Rock to come to Raw tonight and face him one-on-one but he knew that was never going to happen, not because Rock is afraid but because it isn't convenient for him. "Yet, you people still cheer Dwayne, don't you? The guy is never here except when it's convenient yet you still cheer for him and call him your 'People's Champ' but you know what? I'm a real champ. My other opponent at WrestleMania John Cena calls himself 'the champ' but he hasn't been champ since, oh, I don't know, Money in the Bank two years ago when I beat him and the entire WWE and walked out of this company with their title. Oh, wait, I forgot... because I left they made another WWE Championship and basically handed it to good ol' John boy, didn't they?" Punk shakes his head and says this is exactly what he has been talking about since Raw 1000: The disrespect. He says that it took a ton of pent up anger before he finally let it all out and it felt so good but he stands here today just as mad as ever. "And I'm even more upset at how much of a coward The Rock is and how you people... you people encourage his behavior and his lack of appearances and his lack of care about this business that I brought to new heights! And don't even think about jumping on my bandwagon at WrestleMania when I beat Rock and I beat John Cena and I am once again your WWE Champion because I don't want and I don't need your support!"
The boos of the audience turn to cheers upon the arrival of Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez to the stage, Punk and Heyman looking confused by their appearance. "I'm so sorry to interrupt your tantrum, Punk," Del Rio says. "But in the middle of your complaining, I couldn't help but notice you mentioned beating John Cena a couple of years ago and it reminded me of the time I cashed in Money in the Bank on you to become the WWE Champion for the first time." Punk quickly snaps back that if he remembers correctly, he beat Del Rio at Survivor Series that year to begin his 455 day reign, a reign that he says never should have even ended in the first place but because of some help from 'an old man' and a briefcase, Del Rio had his time in the sun. "The point is, Punk, I'm sick of listening to you complain. Since The Rock isn't here, how about you go one-on-one tonight with Alberto Del Rio?" The audience seems happy with the suggestion, Punk and Heyman having a consult about it briefly with Punk taking a few steps forward after to tell Del Rio that while he was inclined to say no, he and Heyman think that he needs to let out some of these frustrations - so he accepts the challenge! Del Rio grins and tells Punk he'll see him later tonight then and returns to the back along with Rodriguez.
Seen standing in the back is Ryback as Matt Striker is at his side to interview him, questioning the recent things going on between him and Big Show over the past few weeks. "Big Show thinks he is the only 'Big Guy' in the game. Big Show thinks he can do things that nobody else can do. Big Show clearly hasn't gotten in the ring with Ryback. Maybe that will change soon enough and Ryback will put that bully Big Show in his place." He then heads off as he will be in action next.
----------------------------------
Seen walking together in the back after the break is Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez, talking about the match just agreed to with CM Punk later on when they are walked in front of by Fandango and his dance partner. "You want to fight me or something, huh?" Del Rio questions, only to have Fandango ignore him and just sway back and forth with his partner. "Hey!" Alberto continues to be completely unacknowledged, telling Fandango that what he tried to pull last week on Old School Raw wasn't right and continuing to mess with him is going to get him in big trouble! Fandango and his partner continue on their way, Rodriguez holding Del Rio back. "Maybe it's all just a coincidence!" Ricardo suggests as Alberto mutters under his breath.
2. Ryback def. Jinder Mahal (w/Drew McIntyre and Heath Slater) in a one-sided beat down, Mahal with one big boot that leads to him gloating to the crowd and his 3MB partners only to turn right in to the Meat Hook Clothesline. Shell Shocked follows immediately afterward and Ryback covers for the three count.
Ryback stands right back up as McIntyre and Slater look to jump in the ring, thinking twice about it as they are halfway through the ropes. They begin to back up the ramp as Ryback continues to watch them, Big Show then walking out behind the two of them. They bump right in to his chest, slowly turning with Show catching Slater with a punch to the stomach, catching McIntyre's arm and tossing him off to the side of the stage. Slater then takes a Chokeslam right on the stage! Show then begins to march his way down to the ring where Mahal rolls under the bottom rope and right in to the Knockout Punch via Show's right hand! 'The World's Largest Athlete' then steps up to the apron and over the top rope, coming chest-to-chest with Ryback. While Show has some words, Ryback remains silent and looking ready for a fight. He then begins a 'Feed me more!' chant with the crowd, backing up and trying to motion Show in to battle. After shaking his hand some and leaning in, Show straightens himself upright, turns around and steps right back over the ropes to boos from the Indianapolis fans. A laugh as he walks away from the ring, Ryback angrily watches him as he returns to the back.
---------------------------------- A promo video airs for WrestleMania 29 taking place in 27 days on April 7th.
Making his way out after the video is Randy Orton, 'The Viper' arriving to a big ovation from the WWE Universe. As he gets halfway down the ramp, he looks over his shoulder as Triple H's music takes over. Also coming out to loud cheers, the two then come in to the ring together and stand at each other's sides. "Last week, The Shield tried to leave their mark once again. This time... at the hands of 'The Nature Boy' Ric Flair..." Orton begins, running his hand across his chin as he says that he has said before that he tries to not let things get to him personally but it seems like that is all The Shield wants to do - make things personal. "They claim to have an agenda by being 'The Hounds of Justice' but I don't see them providing justice. I see them doing whatever they want to make them feel good. To make them feel like they're in power and if that means attacking a 64-year old two-time Hall of Famer they are going to do just that!" He then brings up how this past Friday on Smackdown he devised a plan to get back at The Shield just a little bit, pointing up to the titantron to show footage. After getting Dean Ambrose to agree to a match without Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins at ringside, Orton would come down with a steel chair 'just in case', eventually using it to get himself disqualified and beat Ambrose down before The Shield could come down to stop it. Back live, the crowd cheers for the footage and Orton says that while he felt damn good about doing that, he knows all it did was piss The Shield off even more.
"And maybe that's just what we want..." HHH adds. "Maybe we want The Shield to have their blood boiling because that is exactly what they have done to us. Time and time again they've come after whoever they want, whenever they want and Randy you know damn well that it was only a matter of time before they came for you as well... but when they attacked my father-in-law... and they tried to do it a second time... that was enough for me." He says that going after Randy and then Ric Flair just made him even more angry, it made him question who could possibly be next. "What if they came after your father, Randy? What if they came after my wife? I'm not going to stand back and let that possibility linger. That is why - Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose - I stand here in this ring with 'The Apex Predator' Randy Orton... and we challenge you to a match." HHH says that The Shield have been running roughshod over this company for months now and before it goes any further, it is time for it to come to an end. "You want to be big shots? You want to come after the biggest dogs in the yard?! You've got your chance. Randy and myself - we're challenging you to a match at WrestleMania." He points up to the sign in the rafters to cheers from the crowd, saying that they'll find a partner, all The Shield has to do is accept the challenge and they'll get the biggest shot on the biggest stage. "But I guaran-damn-tee you this, boys... you accept this challenge and you're in for the fight of your lives. We'll be waiting for your answer." HHH throws the microphone down, he and Orton then proceeding to leave the ring together and make their way up the ramp.
---------------------------------- 3. Non-Title Match: Chris Jericho def. United States Champion Antonio Cesaro in a battle of two very talented superstars, Cesaro with his power on full display as he tosses the veteran Jericho around. The match lasts through a break with Cesaro managing a lot of control over 'Y2J', Jericho eventually making a fiery comeback. After being caught in the Codebreaker attempt and flipped over and in to position for the Neutralizer, however, Jericho reverses that by sweeping the legs out and applying the Walls of Jericho! Cesaro struggles immensely in the hold and actually eventually manages to get to the ropes, but after an uppercut he springboards off the ropes only to come flying in to the Codebreaker mid-air! Jericho then hooks both legs for the one, two, three.
Jericho remains laying briefly after the match, eventually getting back to his feet after the tough match up. He even offers a handshake to Cesaro, but the United States Champion just instead rolls out of the ring - mouthing off in one of the five languages he speaks. 'Y2J' shrugs it off and continues celebrating the win.
In the back stands Matt Striker, welcoming Kane as his guest at this time - first offering his condolences to him for the loss of Paul Bearer before asking why he asked for this interview. "First of all, I want to make things clear in regards to the match between my brother The Undertaker and my tag team partner Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania: I don't agree with it. I don't like it." He takes a deep breath and then says the second thing is that he wants to dedicate this upcoming match he has to Paul Bearer, he hopes to make him proud one last time.
----------------------------------
Back from the break, The Shield are seen holding a handheld camera, Ambrose laughing in to the camera. "Oh, man! Oh, man! You have no idea how happy you have made me today, Hunter and Randy... I'm like a kid in a candy store." Rollins says that as soon as they heard the challenge from them to a match at WrestleMania, they couldn't wipe the grins off of their faces. Reigns says that they are fully aware of how accomplished HHH and Orton are. "And that's even more reason to accept your challenge and then destroy you once and for all at WrestleMania." Ambrose says that they don't care who they get for a partner, it could be Godzilla for all they care, there is nobody stopping The Shield. "And upon the grandest stage of them all... you will fall." Reigns says. "Believe that... and believe in The Shield." They then put the camera on the ground and walk away from it.
4. Kane def. Tensai as 'The Big Red Monster' absolutely decimates Tensai. A boot gives Tensai a small glimmer of hope but after missing a running clothesline in the corner, he is dropped with a sidewalk slam, dropped via a top rope clothesline and then put down with the Chokeslam for the pinfall.
Kane stands back up immediately but instead of taking time to enjoy the victory, he pulls Tensai back up, hoists the big man off the mat and plants him with a Tombstone Piledriver in the middle of the ring! Rising on to his feet again, Kane raises his hands over his head and brings them down - pyros hitting at the corners of the ring. As he heads out of the ring and atop the stage, the in memory image of Paul Bearer is shown above him.
----------------------------------
Standing in the ring after the commercial break is Paul Heyman, a microphone in hand as he tells the audience that they are not seeing a re-run of an hour ago, he is once again out here but this time he has a different focus. "Last week on Friday Night Smackdown, 'The Celtic Warrior' Sheamus was interviewed. He was asked about Brock Lesnar declining his challenge to a match at WrestleMania and, in his own words, called Brock Lesnar 'one of the biggest arse-kickers in the world'! Those were words straight out of Sheamus' mouth!" Heyman says that, however, Sheamus also claimed that he was looking at things all wrong and that Lesnar wasn't worth his time. "He said that maybe he needs to go in another direction with WrestleMania but we all know what Sheamus wants. We all know how badly he wants this match with Brock Lesnar because he needs that match to solidify himself as one of the top dogs in WWE! He has been WWE Champion, he has been World Heavyweight Champion, he has won the Royal Rumble, he has been King of the Ring but what has he not done? Had that one career defining moment and we all know that he wants it to be by beating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania!"
The theme music of Sheamus then hits and he proceeds to make his way down and in to the ring, telling Heyman that he isn't going to hurt him - he's just going to make things perfectly clear. "I don't think Brock Lesnar is afraid of me. I think he's afraid that I'll beat him. I think that he wants to jump me from behind, say that I'm not worth his time and make it look good on his end. The way I see it, Paul, I think I've already won." Heyman scoffs and asks what that is supposed to mean, to which Sheamus explains that if Lesnar won't step in to the ring with him on the grandest stage of them all, it shows that he only cares about the reputation he has and not the potential for what it could be. "And maybe that could be even bigger, Paul. But if he isn't going to man up and face me... then there's nothing I can do. But what I can say is that I made the challenge and Brock is the one who said 'no'." Heyman seems to not have anything to say in response, Sheamus smiling and telling Heyman that he can tell that he wants this match. "Maybe Brock doesn't. Maybe he does. But I know you do. You're a businessman, Paul. You know how big this could be. Two powerhouses, two of the toughest bastards in the land of WWE going at it? It'd be a battle for the ages. But, hey, I can live without it. I tell you what... I'll give Brock one more opportunity next week here on Raw to come down to this ring and challenge me to a match at WrestleMania... otherwise, I'm done with this, fella." He then turns his back to Heyman and leaves the ring.
Seen walking in the back are The Usos, Jimmy and Jey, as they will get another opportunity at Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston after their win on Smackdown following the break - this time with the WWE Tag Team Championship on the line!
----------------------------------
5. WWE Tag Team Championship: The Usos def. World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston© (w/AJ Lee) via disqualification as Jimmy and Jey get their opportunity to become WWE Tag Team Champions for the first time. Ziggler and Langston have a good strategy keeping Jey away from his corner but once the tag ends up being made to Jimmy, the brothers take things over. After a double dive over the ropes on to the champions, they bring Langston back in to the ring and drop him with a double superkick. They then head to the top rope and deliver a double splash, looking about to pull off the win when AJ dives in to the ring and lays in to Jimmy with punches to the back - prompting the official to call for the disqualification!
Jimmy slowly pulls himself back up - obviously not very happy with AJ. He moves toward her in the corner and questions what she thinks she is doing, Jey behind him being laid out from behind by Ziggler. Jimmy then charges at the World Heavyweight Champion and starts to pummel him in the corner but Langston stirs back to his feet and pulls him back and in with a clothesline. Racing down from the back to try and help out is Chris Jericho, the number one contender for Ziggler's World Heavyweight Championship taking it right to 'The Show Off' and his muscle. Suddenly, coming off the top rope is United States Champion Antonio Cesaro with an uppercut. He stands over Jericho before feeding him off to Langston for a Big Ending! The Usos try to get in to the fight but they fall to a Neutralizer and Zig Zag each, Dolph getting back up and patting Antonio on the back, thanking him for the assistance. He, Langston and Cesaro then all pick up their gold and raise it above their heads as Jericho and The Usos remain laid out.
----------------------------------
Seen in the back is John Cena when he is approached by Raw General Manager Vickie Guerrero and her assistant Brad Maddox. "John, I'm sure you want to get your hands on CM Punk tonight." Maddox says while cutting Guerrero off, the GM trying to speak up but Cena putting his hand up. "Listen, I know what you're getting at. You don't want me to get involved in the main event, right?" He tells them not to worry about it, he won't put his hands on Punk until after the match. He smiles and continues on his way, Guerrero giving Maddox a dirty look. "Am I In charge here?" She asks, stopping him from answering and saying it was a rhetorical question!
6. Damien Sandow (w/Cody Rhodes and The Bella Twins) def. Rey Mysterio (w/Sin Cara) as, once again, The Bella Twins have involvement in the match and provide the distraction that allows Rhodes to move Sandow out of the way of the 619. Cara comes flying at Rhodes on the outside but on the inside, Mysterio is hit with a low blow by Sandow and the Silencer. The legs are hooked as the referee returns to count the three.
Sandow and Rhodes stand up in the ring together with smiles on their faces, their use of The Bella Twins continuing to provide them success. As Nikki and Brie stand on the apron, however, they are suddenly pulled down and dropped face first on the apron by Divas Champion Kaitlyn and Natalya! Team Rhodes Scholars look confused as from behind they are then dropkicked to the outside by Mysterio and Cara! Kaitlyn and Natalya then enter the ring, standing across from Mysterio and Cara, whom seem very receptive to their help while Team Rhodes Scholars and The Bella Twins watch on from the bottom of the ramp as they might have just had the numbers evened up against them!
---------------------------------- After the break, Rey Mysterio, Sin Cara, Divas Champion Kaitlyn and Natalya are seen talking with each other in the back. "Ladies, we have to thank you for helping us out with Nikki and Brie," Mysterio says. "They've been a problem for us for a few weeks now with Rhodes and Sandow." Kaitlyn explains that her and Natalya have been noticing and they don't think The Bella Twins just need to be standing in the corner and acting like eye candy. "Maybe they need to get back in that ring." Natalya suggests with a smirk, Mysterio saying he'd like to see that!
Heading to ringside, the commentary team talks about some of the things we've seen tonight and how they will set the stage for Smackdown this Friday. In the main event, Smackdown General Manager Booker T has announced it will be a six man tag team match when Chris Jericho and The Usos team up to take on WWE Tag Team Champions World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston, as well as United States Champion Antonio Cesaro. Plus, Rey Mysterio will battle Cody Rhodes in a WrestleMania Rewind match.
Matt Striker is standing by in the back as he introduces CM Punk and Paul Heyman as his guests at this time, Striker saying before Punk goes out for his match with Alberto Del Rio, he questions if he heard what John Cena said earlier. "Yeah, I heard." Punk says while rolling his eyes. "And if John Cena wants a piece of me after I'm done beating Alberto, he can be my guest. Because at WrestleMania, I'm going to beat not one, but two guys to become WWE Champion once again. So, if he thinks that I'm afraid of him coming for me after I'm done with my match he's wrong. I'll make him go to sleep, I'll make him wish he never won the Elimination Chamber match to go to WrestleMania!" He suggests to all of The Rock's fans to Tweet him, Tout him or whatever him and let him know to tune in right now. "We all know he hasn't been watching, so let him know now is the time to watch CM Punk show exactly why he is 'The Best in the World'..." Punk and Heyman then head off for the main event.
----------------------------------
7. CM Punk (w/Paul Heyman) def. Alberto Del Rio (w/Ricardo Rodriguez) in a hotly competitive contest, a ton of fast paced mat work going back and forth between both men. Lasting through a commercial break, a Punk knee in the corner leads to him mocking The Rock by raising his fist up and smelling the air. Going for the bulldog after backfires as Del Rio shoves him in to the corner shoulder first, a backstabber transitioned in to the Cross Armbreaker following! Heyman is in a panic on the outside, Punk eventually managing to get his legs wrapped on the bottom rope. Del Rio stays on the attack after but as he goes for another Cross Armbreaker, Punk holds on to the ropes and ADR crashes in to the mat. A quick scoop up on to the shoulders and Punk nails the Go To Sleep, covering and hooking the far leg for the one, two, three.
Punk sits up with his fingers pointed to the sky in celebration as Del Rio slowly rolls under the bottom rope. Heyman then comes in to check on Punk when John Cena's music hits! Heyman tries to shake Punk up to his feet, 'The Best in the World' struggling to do so as Cena makes his way down to the ring and slides in, standing right up in front of Punk and Heyman. Not attacking, however, Cena just smiles to the two. "Good match." Cena says to Punk while extending his hand. Punk looks perplexed by the gesture and slaps Cena's hand away, pointing in his face and telling him he doesn't trust him. Cena holds both his hands up and tells Punk to take it easy. As the crowd buzzes a bit, Cena then shrugs his shoulders and pulls Punk up off of the mat and drops him with the Attitude Adjustment! "Some revenge for last week!" Cole comments. As Heyman helps Punk out of the ring, Cena climbs the turnbuckles and raises his hands up in signature form as the show goes off the air!

-RIP Paul Bearer, can't even survive AJ's universe. -It's nice that since you're doing Daniel Bryan vs Taker you aren't having him come out and just beat up Taker like Punk did, that wouldn't be him. His little interaction with Kane makes way more sense. -How you gonna have The Miz beat Mark Henry? Mark Henry is the world strongest man, there's no way he could lose to a Real World contestant. -Wait this is 2013, gotta build up The Miz so he can win that IC title. But I see Wade Barrett running havoc. -CM Punk can talk all he want, but The Rock is still gonna win. -Del Rio interupts CM Punk? Ya dun goofed, Punk's on a revenge tour and he's be beaten by proxy for The Rock. "I did it fo da Rock" -Matt Striker's still around? Well at least Ryback isn't bullying him. -Del Rio is a chump, getting ignored by Fandango. No way he's beating CM Punk, can't even scare a ballroom dancer. -Of course Ryback has to go thru Jinder Mahal like it's nothing, he's not roided up Mahal of 2016. -27 days until Daniel Bryan ends the streak?! -27 days until The Rock retains?! -Here comes Randy Orton, where's my boy tg11? -Orton and Triple H vs The Shield? I wonder who their partner could be? Old man Ric Flair? Batista? John Cena pulling double duty? Can't wait to find out who it is. -Why you havin Jericho squash Cesaro? That's your US champ! But damn that spot would have killed Cesaro with the flying codebreaker. RIP him. -Poor Kane is conflicted, he doesn't know which side to go on. I feel for him, man lost his dad and now has to chose between his brother and a goat. -Shield aren't scared of Triple H and Orton, but wait until they find out their mystery partner. I'm sure if it was Godzilla, they'd get stopped. Gonna be interesting to see who it is. -Tensai seems to get jobbed, kinda sad. You could do so much more with Tensai if you wanted to, but I guess it makes sense for Kane to win. RIP Bearer again. -Heyman is coming out and he's talkinge about Sheamus calling out Brock Lesnar? Talk about a hoss fight. I'm sure we're gonna eventually see that match. -Silly Sheamus tho, thinking Brock is going to come out and just challenge him to a match. Lesnar doesn't do his own talking -Aww man I didn't see the DQ finish first and was like "Ayy Usos!" but Gotta keep Ziggler the double champ. -Ahh yes the Rhode Scholars, what a good tag team. Of course gotta beat the two luchadors. - Told you CM Punk would win. - Cena stands tall now, but The Rock will be standing tall at Wrestlemania!
Love the show AJ, reply for reply?

March 15, 2013 from Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, IN
The Smackdown video airs with the cameras coming inside of the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum from Fort Wayne, Indiana as the voice of Josh Mathews welcomes everyone from commentary alongside John Bradshaw Layfield. Tonight, a six man tag team match in the main event as Chris Jericho and The Usos team up to take on Dolph Ziggler, Big E Langston and Antonio Cesaro. Plus, Alberto Del Rio will be in action against Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett and right now, a WrestleMania rewind as Rey Mysterio is set to face Cody Rhodes! 1. Rey Mysterio (w/Sin Cara, Divas Champion Kaitlyn and Natalya) def. Cody Rhodes (w/Damien Sandow and The Bella Twins) as the WrestleMania 27 rematch is very competitive, except unlike that match there is a ton going on on the outside of the ring. An attempt at getting involved by The Bella Twins is thwarted by Kaitlyn and Natalya, Sandow being combated by Cara. Rhodes misses on a Disaster Kick and has his knee buckle a little, Mysterio then catching him with a drop-toe hold in to the ropes and in perfect position for the 619. Mysterio then splashes on top of Rhodes and hooks the legs for the one, two, three!
As the bell sounds, The Bella Twins aid Rhodes out of the ring at Sandow's side while Cara, Kaitlyn and Natalya get in to the ring to celebrate along with Mysterio as it appears that Team Rhodes Scholars and The Bella Twins have met their match in numbers.
----------------------------------
After the break, the commentary team discusses Triple H and Randy Orton challenging The Shield to a match at WrestleMania, proceeding to show footage of the events on Raw with The Shield eventually accepting the challenge. Back live, The Shield are seen with their signature handheld camera. "WrestleMania," Rollins says with a laugh. "It's the biggest stage possible! A place where Triple H and Randy Orton have thrived on many occasions. All kinds of experience! This... this will be our first." Reigns says that some may call that a disadvantage but they don't see it as anything more than a golden opportunity to put not just the WWE Universe on notice - but the entire world. Ambrose adds that they made it very clear they do not care who Orton and HHH have as a partner. "Rumor has it we'll find out this Monday on Raw... but whoever that person is better think very carefully about their decision because there will be severe... very severe consequences for your actions! For going against The Shield..." They then put their fists together, place the camera down and walk away.
Backstage, Matt Striker is standing by with Sheamus as his guest, asking if he really meant what he has said the last couple of weeks in regards to Brock Lesnar. "Yeah, Matt, I've meant every word. Look, if Brock wants a match with me at WrestleMania, he's gonna be the one to ask for it. I'm done chasing somebody that doesn't care. In the mean time, I've asked for a match tonight because I feel the need to get out a Brogue Kick or two. I feel bad for whoever Booker T has chosen for me." He lets out a laugh and heads off with that match moments away.
---------------------------------- A promo video airs for WrestleMania 29 taking place in 23 days on April 7th.
2. Sheamus def. Hunico (w/Camacho) as 'The Celtic Warrior' simply overpowers Hunico, whom fails to get much offense in at all. After a shot to the face, he tries to come off the second rope but is caught in mid-air with the Irish Curse Backbreaker. The Brogue Kick then follows and Sheamus gets the pinfall.
As Sheamus goes to celebrate the win, Camacho gets in to the ring with a microphone and interrupts things, saying to Sheamus that if he has any 'cahonies', he'll go up against him right now! After some thought on it and looking out to the crowd cheering the suggestion, Sheamus tells Camacho that he's on!
3. Sheamus def. Camacho (w/Hunico) in what turns out to be nearly just as quick of a match, Camacho getting a little more in than his tag team partner. After a dropkick actually rattles Sheamus for a moment, he runs right in to a Brogue Kick! Sheamus makes the cover, hooks the legs and gets his second win of the night.
Pounding his chest proudly, Sheamus stands back up and ascends the turnbuckles to hold his arms out at his sides in celebration. "Sheamus incredibly impressive tonight in not one, but two matches tonight," Mathews says. "And we now wait to find out Monday on Raw if Brock Lesnar will show up and give Sheamus the challenge for a match at WrestleMania!"
----------------------------------
4. Non-Title Match: Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett def. Alberto Del Rio (w/Ricardo Rodriguez) in what is a very back and forth match up, Barrett with a power effort while Del Rio is tactical and technical, targeting the arm plenty to try and possibly force Barrett out of using the Bull Hammer Elbow and set up for the Cross Armbreaker. The long battle leads to Del Rio catching Barrett charging at him in the corner but being sent shoulder first in to the turnbuckle. Before Del Rio can go for the Cross Armbreaker, however, Fandango's music plays and the dancer comes out to the stage along with his partner. "Again! Again!" Del Rio shouts toward Rodriguez. "I told you!" He then starts to go through the ropes to try and go after Fandango but Barrett pulls him back in to a roll up with a handful of tights for the three count!
Barrett rolls to the outside quickly as Del Rio gets to a knee, looking right to the referee as he assures the count of three. Del Rio then looks up to the top of the stage as Fandango gives his partner a twirl before trading a rose from his mouth to hers, then looking down to the ring and giving a smile. Del Rio then slides under the ropes and, with Rodriguez hurrying behind, starts to head up the ramp! Fandango and his partner return through the curtains as Del Rio yells angrily for them to come back.
----------------------------------
Seen in the back following the break is The Miz, tapping his foot as he leans against a wall when around the corner following his match comes Wade Barrett - Miz quick to cut him off and congratulate him on the win. "Y'know, all it took was a distraction from some ballroom dancer and, y'know, a handful of tights. But, congratulations!" Barrett scoffs at Miz and tells him it sounds a lot like he is just jealous of his success. "You wish you could be me, don't you Miz? I'm the Intercontinental Champion and I'm on a bit of a winning streak. Hell, I'm becoming quite the movie star myself, even." Miz tells Barrett that all of that could change if he is given the opportunity. "Maybe we'll find out, won't we, Wade?" Miz then walks away, leaving Barrett mumbling under his breath as he throws his Intercontinental Championship over his shoulder and storms off.
In the locker room area, The Usos are seen talking to each other when in to the room comes Chris Jericho. He pats the brothers on the back and asks them how they're feeling. "Look, I know you're not happy after Dolph and Big E weaseled their way out of their match with you on Raw. But, tonight, the three of us are going to take it to them and Antonio Cesaro. After that, you'll get your rematch and on your way to becoming WWE Tag Team Champions and the WWE tag team division will never... ever... be the same... again!" Jimmy says they know they'll become champions if given another shot, just like they know Jericho is going to outclass Ziggler at WrestleMania and become World Heavyweight Champion. 'Y2J' says he is glad they're on the same page. He tells them he'll see them later and exits the room.
Standing by elsewhere is Matt Striker once again, this time with Big Show as his guest. Striker asks about the rivalry he has had recently with Ryback and questions if he believes in the hype of Ryback. "The guy is clearly big, the guy is clearly powerful and the guy is clearly tough." Show responds. "But he's not me. He's not 'The World's Largest Athlete' and he's definitely not the biggest, the most powerful or the toughest. He's not The Big Show. If we are to ever face each other in that ring... he'll find out first hand... just like Drew McIntyre and maybe even the rest of 3MB are going to find out tonight." He clenches his fist close to his face and heads off.
----------------------------------
After the break, a preview for this Monday on Raw as we will apparently find out the partner of Triple H and Randy Orton to face The Shield at WrestleMania! Plus, Brock Lesnar will be live and whether or not he will challenge Sheamus will be found out. Also, John Cena will be in action and Daniel Bryan will address his battle with The Undertaker on the grandest stage of them all. All this and more to come this Monday.
5. Big Show def. Drew McIntyre (w/Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal) in a totally one sided match. While Slater and Mahal try to get involved, they are each knocked off the apron. A big boot from McIntyre stuns Show momentarily but he then comes off of the ropes and right in to the Chokeslam for the pinfall.
Getting back to his feet, Show catches Mahal charging in the ring at him by the throat and lays him out with the Chokeslam. Slater then tries to jump off of the top rope from the side but lands right in to the Knockout Punch from 'The World's Largest Athlete'! Show stands over all three members of 3MB and steps to the ropes, holding down the top one while holding his other hand high above his head with a roar to the crowd.
---------------------------------- The tribute video that aired for the late Paul Bearer on Raw is played, as he passed away on March 5th.
Seen in the back in anger is Alberto Del Rio - with Ricardo Rodriguez - 'The Mexican Aristocrat' telling his personal ring announcer that this thing with Fandango is no coincidence. "Are you convinced now?" He asks, Rodriguez with his head down saying he guesses he was wrong. Del Rio tells Rodriguez it's okay - because he is going to take care of it. "Fandango may have gotten away tonight... but I'm going to challenge him to a match this Monday on Raw. No more running from me! No more disrespecting... Alberto Del Rio."
Seen elsewhere in the back walking through the halls is United States Champion Antonio Cesaro when he is approached by the WWE Tag Team Champions, World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston along with Ziggler's girlfriend AJ Lee. "Antonio, I hope you're ready," Ziggler says to which Cesaro says that of course he is. "Because what a team we have assembled tonight. We have a team of three champions! And who are we facing? Three scrubs. Three nobodies." Cesaro says Ziggler has that right and after Jericho got lucky against him on Raw, he would love to see him defeated tonight. Ziggler laughs and tells Cesaro not to worry, because Jericho will lose tonight and lose at WrestleMania. "And The Usos?" Langston asks. Ziggler puts both his title belts over his shoulders, smiling as he tells Langston they've proven that Jimmy and Jey aren't worth their time and if they want to hop on Jericho's sinking ship, they can be his guest. The group then heads off as the main event six man tag team match is coming up next.
----------------------------------
6. Chris Jericho and The Usos def. WWE Tag Team Champions World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston and United States Champion Antonio Cesaro (w/AJ Lee) in a long bout lasting through a break, the team of champions working efficiently together as they spend a lot of time cutting off Jimmy and Jey from the corner. Jericho eventually gets the tag and gets a ton of offense in as he mixes it up with Langston. A blind tag from Ziggler almost manages to give him the win as he comes in and catches Jericho with a superkick for a two count. The back and forth between the WrestleMania opponents leads to pandemonium as Langston and Cesaro try to assist Ziggler, The Usos coming in to take them down. Ziggler is slid the World Heavyweight Championship belt from Lee while the referee is distracted but as he goes to strike Jericho with it, 'Y2J' ducks underneath and catches Ziggler with a low blow! He then follows it up with the Codebreaker, hooking both legs up with the referee returning to count the one, two, three!
The Fort Wayne fans cheer loud for Jericho as he gets back to his feet, Langston coming in to the ring and trying to charge at him only for Jericho to jump through the ropes quickly with a smirk. "Chris Jericho has pinned the World Heavyweight Champion!" Mathews says while JBL argues that he cheated. As Cesaro also enters the ring and stands at Langston's side, Lee comes in to kneel next to her downed boyfriend - the four watching on in dismay at Jericho and The Usos backing up the ramp together with their arms raised as the show concludes!
