Not a fan of the Survivor Series set.

Exactly how I feel. As a Legends only collector, I was hoping for a few new names to really look forward to. A few good rehashes like Lawler, Austin and Volkoff but no exciting new names. Days 3 and 4 have been awful...stretching this event for 6 days and revealing nothing is kind of a waste in my opinion. I don't know what better way to put it than I just feel tired collecting this line. Austin, Lawler, Macho, WM 9 HBK are all amazing figures, and ones I've wanted for a long time. And they absolutely nailed them. But I just counted and this will be my 8th Austin, and *13th* HBK and Macho. They're great figures. But I'm sick of buying just the same handful of names over and over with the occasional first time figure thrown in. I get it - WWE controls who Mattel can make, and Legends aren't the emphasis for WWE that they once were. But it put completely throws water on my interest in the product. Legends aren’t the emphasis for WWE? Have you seen Raw lately with top stars Randy Orton, Big Show, Edge, Christian, & 70 year old Ric Flair?

Raw is generally younger talent now

Mattel set their own standard when they started this line, and that 2008 Kofi and 2001 Kane do not meet it. Why isn’t Kane’s belt studded? Why do we still not have laceless boots for Taker & Kane? We’ve only asked for at least 3 years. Why are Kofi’s knee pads freaking painted on?
Edit: And I’d like to add that it’s actually even worse because the AEW line has raised the standard for these figures (at least in my mind), and these two figures don’t even meet the standard from when I was in middle school.

Nothing I really need or want in the Saturday reveals. The SS Morrison and Kane are nice. I can imagine DOD Big Show hanging around store shelves for a long while. My wallet is thankful.

My rule is: no doubles (unless they were a different "character"). So my future Stunning Steve will be my first and only Austin. My UE HBK is my only HBK. Of course, I'm putting together a massive, IG voted, figure fed for 2021 so I also have a reason. But yes, I can totally see how tiring it would be to have 10+ Underakers for example clogging up the shelf.

Such an odd omission not to put studs on his belt...How does something simple and obvious like that get overlooked?

I also noticed in moc pictures of SS 2001 Kane’s wristbands are in the wrong arms. Gloved arm has the wristband and the wristband has the glove straps.

Out of today’s reveals, already have DoD Kabe on preorder and I need to get JoMo. I still feel like Kane is way too small.

Seeing that Randy just makes me sad that they didn't give E77 Rude those arms. I hope Beth's attire looks a little more metallic in person, but I'm not holding my breath.
The Decade Kane looks great and I like the SS Joe.

Anyone else think Mattel is starting to crack with the pressure of the AEW line? Some of these mistakes are late Jakks era mistakes. Lazy funhouse Bray, Kane missing studs on belt, Kofi with painted knee pads, a belt not being sculpted for Ultimate Fiend. I can go on and on. I’ve never seen Mattel get this lazy. It may have to do with costs but when Jazwares is providing a quality product with amazing articulation it’s easy to compare what you get from Mattel for $20-$30.

That 1 of 500 Darby Allin blows away almost anything Mattel has ever done. Ever the regular version is amazing.

Just noticed they also have the wristbands on the wrong arms for Kane...the shorter one should be on the gloved hand and the longer one on the bare hand.
