They were on RSC for a couple of days which was plenty of time to put an order in. Hey, just to point out something. Some of us are very poor and only get, say, 70 bucks a week to play with. If I want to make an order from RSC, I have to plan two weeks in advance. So to say that something being on the site for three days is plenty of time? That's really making a huge assumption against people who live week to week, paycheck to paycheck. Not everyone who collects figures has money. Some of us have quite meager funds and have to choose weekly between "Well, do I buy milk this week, or do I treat myself to a used basic." There's a huge reason I can't bear to pay over retail for figures. It's because, if I put out 45 dollars for a single store exclusive, that's half my weekly allotment (which is supposed to pay for things like food and gas, with maybe about 20 bucks pocket money at most for me). I'm not trying to be mean here just... try not to assume, OK? If you’re living week to week then you shouldn’t be worried about buying a toy anyway. |

Dude i never even got a chance to preorder either blasie or graham before they where gone. So for everyone like me your argument is invalid. dude u always find something to complain about. You would always say they should go on rsc and boom look theyre there now. Then u complain again that they should sold out like they wouldn’t since they’re limited. They were up for 4-5 days lol you’re telling me you couldn’t pre order it on your lunch break or anything. You always find something to complain about Who cares what you think. Everytime I get on here all I see is replies from you referring to “old heads.” Is that all you do is get on here and look for people who collevt legends and call the old heads because it takes away from your little wo-man wains or your ittle seff rawinns? I’m nowhere near being old and I collevt the hell out of legends. So get over it |

I am grateful that rsc has these exclusives. I do wish they would be better in terms of communication. Send a heads up email when a presale is about to go down. Or maybe put up a low inventory warning. Ticketmaster does both. Would help me not miss a presale again. Just an idea.

Every figure is the next Harley Race and we're all going to retire to our own private island. They're adjusting production to be more in line with demand, which should drive down scalper prices and help these stay on pegs so you don't have to get them the second the case hits the floor. So then we'll have the scalpers complaining. It's a vicious cycle. |

I've been to the point where I was paid per day and figures were the very last thing on my list to buy. Please don't make me get into the argument of "Poor people deserve to have nice things too". I'm begging you. As it is I don't have much besides the internet to keep me happy. My figure collection is one of the few brights spots in my life that I can be proud of. If I didn't have that odd figure or three coming in a month, I'd lose my dang mind from despair and boredom. Do I pay my bills? Every time. Do I eat? Usually. But I'm not going to deny that I've chosen figures over food sometimes because I'm just so miserable that I need a spot of Joy in my life. Besides. As my father (and many others) would say. I could stand to skip a meal or four. |

My perspective, and I'm an "old head", lol -- I check Ringside actively and once I saw Blassie and Graham on there, I ordered them instantly. The exclusives are way too difficult for me to nab in the wild and if you don't grab them online early on, sometimes you end up overpaying by a lot. In the recent past, Mattel never put those exclusives on Ringside for pre-order, so I'm stoked. And I probably would have paid more for them on EBad.
