It says 29.99 on the page but 34.99 when you add it to the cart. Is this an error?

Kind of pissed, not going to lie. Itās back up for 29.99 for mid July, yet those who ordered in the first wave paid anywhere from 29.99-34.99? Seems like those prices should have stuck at 29.99 all the way through wave one if you ask me.
