Still not up, eh? Thought for sure after I moved all my furniture to the new house they would be up. I bet 4PM or 5PM EST they'll be up.

Called this a few days ago. AFA tells us to support this. What he didn’t say was plan on waiting!! Why can’t they say they’ll be up at this time. If target wants us to support it helps us out by letting us know when they’ll go up. It’s a 2 way street for this. If you want us to support it, support us by letting us know when. I’m almost done collecting honestly. I have everything flashback from series 12 up. Part of me wants to keep going because I’ve come so far the other half says to hell with it because of bs like this. Chill my good man. Its understandably frustrating but please realise AFA does not work for Target so its beyond his control. I'm just thankful he's pushed to get online availability being from the UK. Now I do wish they had a more user friendly site and mention a timeslot if they intend to promote a pre order coming but you've also got to think Target are far from a specialty toy retailer, Mattel figures are really low on their priority list im sure. |

You guys act like defending kayfabe was some noble cause. There’s a video from the first televised Oscars in the 50s of whoever hosted it making fun of wrestling being fake Well, you could make the argument that he wasn’t trying to kill the business and ruin the ways many people make a living just to get a “scoop” And from Stossel's own "reporting", the majority of the audience back then didn't think it was real. And they still didn't care. Wrestling being looked down on as low class entertainment is hardly news. Bare minimum, the death of kayfabe and the move to the Monday Night War style of TV killed work for jobbers. Sure they probably didn't earn much, but I bet most did it to help put food on the table. Even ham n' eggers gotta eat! |

If pre-ordering toys is legitimately causing people this much stress, they should seriously look for a hobby that brings them joy. It's not worth being this worked up over your HOBBY. |

In the event these Legends cause anyone to quit collecting, I'm basically just starting Mattel's and will take their figures off their hands. Arguments about kayfabe and freakouts that preorders aren’t up yet in Mother’s Day in the middle of a pandemic... even though no time was actually ever given. This board truly never disappoints.
And FTR, it’s completely possibly to think both Stossel is a MASSIVE tool bag, but at the same time know that a vast majority of the audience knew exactly what Wrestling was already, and that Schultz attacking him was completely out of line and criminal.

These being available online completely helps me and I’m sure many others, that dont readily have 27 Target stores around them.
I’m glad that they’re online and that everyone gets a chance to get what they want.
I only wish they’d eventually implement some sort of order limit per account to prevent scalping.
Online shopping can be a great thing, but there’s always a few turds floating in the punch bowl.
Props to AFA for working to getting these online. Regardless of the virus, this should be an option for many reasons.

That was the thing that annoyed me most about what he said, he wanted to expose the wrestling business because he "didn't like people being bull$hitted" but then goes on to say that the majority of the audience didn't believe it was real (I think he said he did a poll of the audiences and only about 1/3 thought it was real). So, basically because he didn't care for wrestling he set out to ruin an industry that made people money and that people enjoyed watching. Seems pretty petty. |

ill just say this....
if they told us specifically what time the pre-orders would be up, all the legit scalpers, re-sellers, etc would be on the site at the same time ready to go and the chances of you getting them would be significantly lower. its bad enough people are going to do that anyway, and their own pre orders will be up on the other sites as a pre order for double the price.
if you have the capability to hang around all day today and wait for them to get listed, more power to you. a lot of us are sitting at home doing nothing today anyway. also these are just online pre-orders, this isnt whats going to be in stores. if you dont? its not the end of the world, and you'll have other opportunities to get the Legends figures

I just played devils advocate about it. Plus. I don’t care how big my stugots are, I’d never walk up to a pro wrestler and say “I think you’re a fake” much less one of the notorious tough guys in the business. The product will go up eventually and we will make our desired purchases hopefully. |
