I cried like a giant man baby during What's Eating Gilbert Grape. The scene when the 600 pound mother passes and they decide to burn down the house rather than let her be a laughing stock. Tough stuff man.

Up!
Toy Story 3 did make me cry at the ending.
I didn't cry, but I watched My Girl once as a kid & I can never watch it again, after knowing what happens in the film.

Bolt, when he does the Super Bark to save Penny then collapses.
Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, the whole Out Of Time montage, especially when Sharon shows Joanna the nursery for her baby with ‘baby baby baby you’re out of time” playing in the background. Also when Sharon, alive and well, meets Rick at the end.
