I think Hawkins tweeted that pro wrestling community will grow stronger from all this. As JR says, business is about to pick up!

Gallows and Anderson, EC3, Spud and Lio have plenty of options. EC3 and Spud can go back to Impact, Lio can go literally anywhere, and the Good Brothers can go back to Japan. Angle is a surprise, as is Heath and Hawkins. Mike Chioda is the biggest surprise though.

Yup. This is the final shove I needed to be fully done with this company. the WWE, and Vince McMahon. Because another failed experiment with XFL Part Deux where he spent all of his money, to allowing that to trickle down to talented people losing their jobs (Lance Storm JUST closed down his school for this)...to Linda's MILLIONS spent on her failed political run... this company. Their failings become other people's problems, and hardships. I can't and will not support that. Lol you understand this is because of COVID-19 right? Otherwise all these people would still be employed

Iiconics rumoured but not announced. Terrible day for all involved. I really feel for them, especially after Mavericks video.

Colon's added to the list. Honestly forgot they were still on the payroll, can't believe they weren't the first two published names lol.

Rowan and Epico gone as well. I hate to say it, but I honestly forgot Epico was still there.

I also love how people say that so and so should leave and go to another company but when they get released ya’lls reaction is “WTF?!?”

Otherwise all these people would still be employed Unless FOX, USA, or their Saudi overlords are holding back payments, there's no reason to do mass layoffs right now. They have more income now than ever. I can't tell a company how they should spend their money, but this is a really bad look.

They have more expendable income than ever. I can't tell a company how they should spend their money, but this is a really bad look. Nobody is producing new content and WWE isn’t getting cash flow from Live stadium events so I’m sure it’s for that reason

Very bad look, but their stock price will go up, which is what they wanted. it's down 60% over the past year.

A lot of these guys also most likely don’t get paid yearly, I know there’s different contract styles, so I’m sure it’s playing a factor

Wouldn't be surprised if a lot of these people come back some day. The producers are likely ones looking after house shows which are just not running at the moment. Or could it be as simple as these people don't live in Florida where the production is clearly going to be set up for the foreseeable future? (Might be clutching with that last point but just a theory)

I can't tell a company how they should spend their money, but this is a really bad look. Nobody is producing new content and WWE isn’t getting cash flow from Live stadium events so I’m sure it’s for that reason They lost around $25 mil from 'Mania this year. And from every indication I've seen live events are mostly a wash and aren't a major part of their income. WWE is almost completely propped up by the TV and blood money revenue. Like I said, unless they're not paying this is a really bad look from WWE.
