Some dick head tweeted to Lana, Robert Roode, Dolph Ziggler, & Bobby Lashley will be next to get the call. People are such real pieces of crap on social media. Crazy thing about today this was the second time that Kurt Angle, Curt Hawkins, Luke Gallows, Maria, & EC3 were released from WWE

It's got it's plus sides, of being able to connect with family and friends you might not get to see, but on that flip side, it allows dirt bags to spout their crap on a larger scale, and being the 'internet tough guys.'

Kinda scary how the vast majority are Raw guys. Are we gonna see similar cuts for NXT and Smackdown?

No live events though, good sir! Guys like UE, Gargano, Ciampa, Dream and such are safe. It's the guys and gals that were used mainly on live events and weren't on TV yet, or hardly on TV that will get cut.

WWE Producers Dave Finlay, Mike Rotunda, Shane Helms and Lance Storm have departed WWE as part of today's cutbacks, PWInsider.com has confirmed. Honestly, all these guys and Kurt Angle are guys I can easily see being rehired when normal business eventually resumes. A lot of the people released seem like there is an understanding that while WWE is reducing costs during this time, these people are free to find other work. I don’t think there’s hard feelings over most of these, and the door is open for a return when circumstances allow.

Sucks that so many wrestler and other folks where cut today, however most of the talent besides the O.C. where barely if even being used and all could be used a hell of a lot better out side the WWE universe.Talents like Rusev,Young,Rock Star Spud,EC3,Rush,Gallows & Anderson are going to be high in demand once things get back to normal.Companies like AEW,IMPACT,ROH,NJPW,NWA,MLW...ect while all lot into signing these talents, even if they cut back on the amount of money their willing to spend or can spend in the post RONA world.
Would love to see Eric Young back in IMPACT(still have a gut feeling Bobby Roode is going to get cut as well) and if Roode goes along with him you have two TNA/IMPACT legends back in the company that could really help them out.A Team Canada Vs. The North feud for the tag team titles is a money feud for IMPACT and would be stupid to pass up if they get the chance. Also in my eyes both men are true TNA/IMPACT legends and two of the biggest names or should I say most well know names to the fans of that company.
As far as EC3 goes him signing with AEW is a the prefect fit along with teaming with MJF.
Gallows & Anderson I see more then likely heading back to NJPW which badly needs some team in their tag team ranks and both guys loved their time over in Japan and where tread by far and away the best in their careers in NJPW.

Remember in 2006/2007 when social media was new and was mostly us posting questionnaires and typing on each other's "walls" as if they were text conversations? Then the world ended.

I really dont see how anyone can be pissed at WWE/McMahon for this right now. Clearly this isnt something that was planned and they didnt "want" to do. They didnt think "Hey lets lose millions of dollars over the next month(s) and fire a bunch of people. This isnt just a WWE thing. The virus has caused destruction all across a booming economy and WWE isnt going to be immune to it.
I fully expect most agents to get their jobs back when business picks up. Id likely say most wrestlers will also get picked up by one of the big 3 in the US (WWE/AEW/Impact)....many will find their niche in other markets like ROH, NWA or back in Japan. Its a bump in the road, but its not the end of the road.

If there was ever a time for wrestlers to unionize... seems shady with Vince and the XFL debacle.

With no house shows and live crowds for probably a year they don't need a bunch of agents and wrestlers to fill up shows. When things get back to normal wwe can hire some guys back just like every other business will do.
