Just wondering what your last "light bulb" moment was, or your latest epiphany.
Hope all is well.

Probably the moment I learned that scrapping metal isn't worth it anymore

Man, I'd have the black SUVs at my house in no time if I put it out here.

Action Figures can dry rot.
Not sure if that was an epiphany or a crushing "OH CRAP" moment, but it was something big I realized yesterday.

My last epiphany just came now that I literally cannot think of the last one I had, so, I just realized that I am boring and repetitive. Someone get the shovels...

The most recent epiphany I’ve had is that it’s really not necessary for millions of us to get in our cars and drive to an office everyday. Working from home is safer, better for the environment, and conserves energy.

Working from home is safer, better for the environment, and conserves energy. I have wondered what it's doing for productivity yano being able to go to the bathroom eat, drink, smoke when you want without having to wait for break times. I would have thought people being able to work from their own homes would make productivity go up as its more comfortable then again theres more home distractions. I don't know if this counts as an epiphany but it was something I mulled over on the way to work the other day.

I shouldn't have passed on the Hot Wheels of the Ferrari from Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

I thought what's to stop companies from letting their employees work from home since they've already been doing it for months.

I would have thought people being able to work from their own homes would make productivity go up as its more comfortable then again theres more home distractions. I don't know if this counts as an epiphany but it was something I mulled over on the way to work the other day. I’m much more productive working from home. When working at the office, I’m up at 5:30 am, out the door at 6:00 am, at work by 7:00 am, out the door (hopefully) at 4:00 pm, and (hopefully) home by 5:00 pm. That’s an 11.5 hour day, five days a week, and that’s only if there are no end of day deadlines that have to be met. Working from home, I can work that same 8 or 9 hours, be available for my bosses and co-workers whenever they need me, and still have two plus hours of my day back for myself. If I’m done with my work at 4:00 and I know my boss isn’t going to be able to review it until 5:00, I can relax for an hour and then get back online. I’m not running out the door at 4:00 to beat traffic, and I’m not spent from a 11.5 hour day. As for communication, we all agree that we communicate much more effectively now than we did when we were at the office, because we have scheduled team meetings each morning, daily check-ins, etc. While I understand that working at home isn’t for everyone, I do think that those who are able to work from home effectively, and do want to work from home, should have the option. The less people that have to be out there everyday, the better it is for our society as whole, and I’m talking post pandemic now. Even if you’re reading this right now and thinking “Must be nice, but I HAVE to go to my workplace everyday”, wouldn’t you enjoy less traffic, less accidents, lower insurance premiums, better air quality, cheaper gas prices, and all of the other positive things we’re experiencing now?

If you're waiting on a parcel delivered by Hermes, it aint gonna go well. Literally my last two weeks worth of thinking.
Honestly though, how funny life can be and you've just got to stay strong. My uncle had a stroke on Wednesday and thankfully he's ok but it made me realise how uncertain life can be and how you have to be ready for anything it throws at you.

There would be no Figure MessageBoards if it weren't for WWE Hall of Famer Donald J. Trump.

Totally get you it would be something to look into for employers I guess it's easier and cheaper for them to have people working from home from having less people in a building its less hours they have to pay for cleaners and what not. I'm still having to go to work I don't drive but I am enjoying how peaceful it is walking in and out of work there's less cars on the roads so Im not waiting for a break in traffic to cross roads.
