I didn't plan on buying another Jericho, since I already have plenty in my collection. But the Painmaker jacket is probably going to be too nice to pass up. The RSC figure is fun, but not something I need.

Not to knock anyone's choice, but is it just me, or did the ruin the relevance of the chase by making the Bubbly?
I can't see a ton of people going for a figure whose only unique property now is a t-shirt. I mean, yes, there's the collectibility aspect involved, but for people who want them for display, what's the point of the chase now? I get the impression that most people have an "If I see it, I'll buy it" opinion about it, but won't be going out of their way for it.
Or am I getting something wrong here? (Honestly confused)

^ The “If I find it locally” is my stance on any figure chase or regular unless it’s someone like Sting, Piper, Bret, Orndorff or any other wrestler/character who is an absolute favorite of mine in which I will preorder. Anything else is an if I can find it on Amazon for retail price or retail. And if I find it I’ll get it if not then I just won’t get it because it wasn’t a must have for me if I didn’t preorder it. But I will not go out of my way or overpay trying to find a figure I didn’t deem important enough for me to preorder.

I feel 3 Jerichos out of the gate seems a bit much, especially considering the exception of accessories the only difference is a head scan. If one attire was a non competing one it would have more appeal. I will be going for the standard and bubbly exclusive myself.

I pre-ordered the Bubbly figure. The belt and table sold me on it!

I was just questioning what the main selling point of the Chase figure is now that you can easily get the belt from the Bubbly figure. Do a ton of people just collect chase figures for the rarity? That's more the point I don't get. I fully support making the bubbly figure. Again, I don't watch AEW but when I found out that the chase figure was the one with the belt, I was extremely concerned. I'm happy they are making a RSC Exclusive that you can easily buy to get the belt instead. Great move on the company's part. I just wonder how many people are really going to care about the Chase now is all.

That seems to be the case with chases in most of the lines I collect anyway. TBH, I'm fine with the way AEW is doing the chases. They're rare enough #s wise to excite those type of collectors, but there's nothing about them that makes me feel like I'm missing out by not having them. As for Jericho, the Bubbly is my top choice and if I could only get one that would be it. I'll probably get the Painmaker as well, mainly because I want all the rest of the series 1, so just going to preorder the whole set.
