A work meeting ran long and I missed out on the first pre-order. I wasn't too bummed initially, but the more I've seen the figure since SDCC, the more I loved it. The online waiting room moved super fast, and I had three devices running just in case there was an issue. I'm super excited to finally get one, though my wife wasn't nearly as excited to hear that I spent $40 on a toy...

I almost ordered it this time and had it in my cart, but the over $40 price with shipping and tax was just a bit too much for me. I rarely pay over $30 for any single figure, regardless of how cool it may be. The uniqueness of this one is basically the accessories, not the figure itself.

I think this set of stock may last a while. I think only a few that wanted them originally missed out. The secondary market prices on these didn’t really get too high so doubt scalpers are wanting them. Plus the re-release wasn’t hyped as much as the original.

I was going to order one today, but had to pass because I want the NYCC Mezco and Neca DC Comic Exclusives far more than I do a Macho Man in tights.

I tried to reorder to get the free shipping and they still add the $7.95 on top, even with the +$80 in the cart.

I almost fell asleep last night and remembered at last minute that I wanted to order the Macho. Fortunately I did, I checked back earlier today and saw the rest of the inventory was sold out. Very happy about this considering there were several times I almost went thru with paying more on edockbythesideofthebay
