David Schultz and the infamous reporter incident is the episode next week. I assume the Owen episode is the grand finale of season 2? That's the guy who got slapped in the head right? Yep.Schultz slapped the reporter after he called wrestling fake.

A few years ago on here I had a post about how I thought Dave Schultz was Steve Austin of the 80s. I had so many people tell me, "no, you are way off, they were nothing a like."
Then Steve Austin himself says on his podcast once that he saw Dave Schultz do promos years after he was already Stone Cold and thought, "Geez, I am a lot like that guy!"
So I guess I was right after all! Ha ha ha

David Schultz and the infamous reporter incident is the episode next week. I feel this one might be the best episode of Season 2.

What does everyone think the Road Warriors story is gonna be about?? Hawk's death I assume, but really what else could be said about them??

I wonder if Russo will be apart of it talking about the infamous suicide angle on Raw in 98.

I wish Vice would release the tracks they use on their documentaries, because those tracks are pretty good!

One thing that occurred to me is that if Gino Brito lived next door, wouldn't he or someone else have heard gunshots? And wouldn't people be especially vigilante to that kind of thing when there was a murder in the neighborhood less than a year earlier?

Based on the fact that there were no signs of forced entry, the neighborhood probably wasn't vigilant to friends or acquaintances. They also probably used a silencer.

One thing that was on my mind this morning was why didn't Vice interview Bob Holly for the Chris Benoit and Brawl for All documentaries. He was best friends with Chris Benoit for years and Chris even called him to hang out the day before he killed his wife and son.

Maybe Holly didn't want to be part of it??

It would have been better if he was in it, he could have explain how Chris was after Eddie's death since he was best friends and road buddy with him. Still crazy to know he probably could have prevented the murder had he hanged out with Chris the day before.

The Dr. D one was pretty much what I expected it to be.
I did not know about his Bounty Hunting days though. He was pretty much Dog the Bounty Hunter in the 80s for apparently a TV show. That is kind of cool!

Kinda a meh show. Didnt really go into anything that wasnt common knowledge. Its gonna be hard for some of these shows to follow up such dramatic things like the deaths of Dino, Owen & Benoit.
Season 1 had the same problem having to follow the deaths of Brody & Gino

Nobody in the Stossel/Schultz story comes off looking good. From Vince (allegedly) down to 2020 Cornette

Just curious then, what would everyone like to see done by this show??
The two that come to mind for me is...
Pat Patterson, Mel Phillips, Terry Garvin situation back in the 80s and early 90s with the sex stuff with male wrestlers and boys.
and a story on The Messiah getting his thumb cut off in that whole mess with Rob Black, Lizzy Borden and XPW.

Three things I got out of tonight’s show, Mansfield is bitter, Stossel is a snob, and Dr D is a badass and the original Stone Cold!

Obviously death & tragedies get more ratings and attention, that's just the world we're in. If I were given the green light to give the topics for Season 3, Id do the following... (in no order) 1)WWF sex scandal (like you mentioned, great topic) 2)Automobile crash of Magnum TA 3)Life & Death of Brian Pillman 4)Life & Death of Eddie Guerrero 5)WWF Steroid scandal (dig deep, multi nigh, 1.5-2hr episodes) 6)Plane ride from hell 7)Arn Anderson & Sid Vicious altercation
