BREAKING NEWS
The Board of Directors released the following statement today concerning the record breaking title reign(s) of WFWF World Heavyweight Champion Drakz:
In light of current events and the distinct possibility that current WFWF World Heavyweight Champion Drakz may not only lose his title but also be forced into retirement at SuperBrawl X as a consequence of his match with Michael Kyzer, the Board has been discussing at great length the legacy that Drakz would leave behind. After much deliberation, we came to the decision that Drakz' record for longest reigning WFWF World Heavyweight Champion will be recognized as 851 days. Our reasoning is simple. For 851 days Drakz woke up as the World Champion and went to bed as the World Champion.
Due to the unique circumstances where Drakz lost and then regained the title in the same day, we will maintain two records for World Championship reigns. One for a single run as champion, which Drakz currently holds at 504 days. And a second record for consecutive days as World Champion, which Drakz now officially holds at 851 days.
Congratulations Drakz. We proudly recognize you as the longest reigning champion in WFWF history, be it for one reign or multiple reigns over consecutive days, the only double grand slam champion in WFWF history, and quite possibly the greatest superstar in the history of the WFWF.
We wish you continued success, regardless of whether it is with the WFWF or not after SuperBrawl X.

Lila Sleater released her own statement following the announcement by the Board of Directors:
Love him or hate him, Drakz is that damn good. I don't always agree with his methods but his record is undeniable. That's as close to congratulations as he'll ever get from me.
