Besides collecting WWE figures and WWE Superstars Dolls other things I collect are Doctor Who collectibles and I have been collecting Doctor Who collectibles since the start of the recent season last year and I love to collect the plush dolls of Doctor Who and I would like to know if there are more plush dolls of Doctor Who characters being made because I know that there is a Peter Capaldi plush doll but I have only seen small plush dolls of Matt Smith David Tennant and Jodie Whittaker that are sold at Hot Topic stores and I'm also am searching for Doctor Who bedding too but have never found any Doctorwhofan

For my birthday I got a talking plush Doctor Who doll of Matt Smith and he is such an awesome doll and when you press his belly he says the phrases Hello "I'm The Doctor" and then his Sonic Screwdriver makes a sound and lights up and I had never seen these dolls before and want to own the whole set. I know that there is also a talking David Tennant doll and a Peter Capaldi doll and a set of Daleks too. But the only dolls that are pictured on the box are the Matt Smith doll and the Dalek plushes. Are these plush talking dolls the most sought after of all Doctor Who collectibles? Doctorwhofan

Hi JC Motors, I'm wonderfully glad that there is another lover of Doctor Who like myself. As far as I know I have never seen a Tom Baker Doctor Who figure before but there is a plush soft doll of Tom Baker that talks that is in the same Doctor Who talking plush doll series as my Matt Smith talking doll. But if you have a Hot Topic near you in their clearance section they have small plush dolls of Matt Smith David Tennant and Jodie Whittaker and are adorable Doctor Who plush dolls that are just $8 at Hot Topic but no Tom Baker action figures have been spotted at Hot Topic yet. But you might want to check out comic book stores for a Tom Baker figure because a lot of comic book stores might carry Doctor Who figures and collectibles Good talking to you and hope you go to Hot Topic to buy a Doctor Who plush doll soon JC Motors And also good luck locating a Tom Baker Doctor Who figure Doctorwhofan

I am still looking for the talking Peter Capaldi plush doll because I need him to compete the set of Doctor Who talking plush dolls but for some reason it seems that the Peter Capaldi plush doll seems to be hard to find and seems to be rare. And when I was researching to see where to find Peter Capaldi's plush talking doll I found even more Doctor Who plushes I discovered that there is a talking plush doll of David Tennant and a Tom Baker plush doll and a variation of my Matt Smith talking doll with his fez and a different outfit and a light up glowing Tardis that also makes sounds. I tried searching for the Peter Capaldi plush doll in Hot Topic but they don't carry the talking plush dolls of Doctor Who and I don't know what other stores sell Doctor Who merchandise because it seems to be scarce in my area Doctorwhofan

While searching for more Doctor Who collectibles I found a Doctor Who collector's set that seems to be rare and each set is numbered differently. The Doctor Who collector's set contains a TARDIS drink coaster and the exact same Jodie Whittaker plush doll I have. Are these sets collectible and how much would they be currently worth? Doctorwhofan You’d be best off asking these questions on a dedicated Doctor Who forum such as Gallifrey Base, Outpost Skaro or Doctor Who Online.

I know this is an old and dead thread, but I have to add a random thought here.
I get that, much like WWE collectibles, everyone has their own preferences and time periods they love.
When it comes to the WWE, I collect stuff that I watched. I collect Attitude Era, Some Ruthless Aggression, and New Era stuff.
But I must say. Despite me only starting to watch DW in 2008. I have a burning, passionate desire for classic figures. Far more so than the NuWho stuff. Yes I have my setup with all 13(14) doctors and all, but I want the classic characters, and especially companions far more than the new stuff, even though Classic Who was straight up before my time. (Other then the movie which I still can't sit through without hating it. I've tried. I just can't do it.)
Basically? I may own figures of Martha, Rose, Donna, and Jack. But they are all shoved in a box. The ones on the shelf? Peri, Ace, and a custom Ian Chesterton that I bought. I have been meaning to locate my Brig as well and display him too. And I have a hardcore want for that new Harry Sullivan figure, even though he is an idiot. Same with Jo Grant. I don't have her, and I need her, long before I buy any of the new "Fam" figures coming out.
So yeah, just a funny thought I wanted to add, in case there are still any Doctor Who collectors on this board.

So, over the last couple years I've been building up a collection of Doctor Who action figures from Character Options. While they are pretty hard to come by, they are totally well worth the search. If you manage to find community groups on Facebook and whatnot, you'll be able to meet a bunch of amazing collectors who will go out of their way to help out fellow collectors fill in their collection. Like when the 13th Doctor figures first came out, I met someone from the UK on the FB groups who shipped me the figure, together with a few others he was letting go at a couple dollars per piece.
So going through the Doctor Who action figure and collectible groups is your best bet, together with eBay. The prices from second hand sellers on Amazon are pretty inflated, but you can score a Tenth, Eleventh, and Fourth Doctor figures for a relatively affordable price. eBay UK is another good source for DW figures and accessories. Classic DW tends to be pricier, but you can get NuWho figures for around $5 -$10 loose, depending on the character, with loose accessories ranging in that price alone. The shipping ins't that pricier either, all things considered. Last year, I got an 11th Doctor, 11th Doctor sonic accessory, and a MOC Amy Pond for around $20 combined from three different sellers, shipping included.
Plus, eBay UK often has sellers who sell loads of loose figures for relatively cheap!
Getting into Character Options' Doctor Who figures has been one of the most rewarding collections ever. I often bring a Doctor and my Tardis with me whenever I travel and they make for amazing pictures no matter where you are in the world.
TIP: Invest in Faber-Castle's Tack-It. Accessories like sonic screwdrivers are easy to lose, and the smallest ammount of Tack-it can go a very long way in keeping the accessories secure without damaging the figure! I also recommend this for River Song's figure, since her blaster falls off her holster pretty easily!
