I'd say The Pounce would suck if you didn't meet Monty Brown with the perfect amount of acceleration.
Anything done by that moron New Jack.
Widows Peak looks like hell.
But number one for me has to be the Alabama Slam. Either way you look at that move you're being swung over 200 degrees by your ankles with increased speed towards the ground back first with nothing to slow you down but the mat. Then the only thing keeping the back of your head and softest part of your skull from cracking off the mat and giving you whiplash with the concussion is your ability to clench muscles and tuck your chin I imagine.
Speaking of Bob Holly and moves that hurt, the time he got sliced open was pretty brutal. Don't recall what happened but it's been on nearly every dont try this at home video since.

Not that this necessarily makes it the most painful, but no one has ever had a good thing to say about the Alabama Slam.

I've never taken any of the moves listed here, and I'm about as far removed as being a prospective professional wrestler as one can probably get, but a couple of years ago, I did get the opportunity to attend a one day camp at a school around here. It was a very rudimentary situation, just exposing plebs like me to some of the core fundamentals of what these guys do in the ring. From my experience that day, I gained a ton of respect for anyone who chooses to go out and try and make something of themselves doing even just the routine sort of things we may take for granted - never mind your Canadian Destroyers and what have you. I'm sure the basics dull over time, but to a normie like me, flat-back bumps hurt. Running the ropes hurts. And if you're like me, wildly uncoordinated, and you botch every exit over or through the ropes, then hitting the apron with your full weight god damn hurts. I'll never emit another situational cringe when Michael Cole boasts that "that's the hardest part of the ring!", because he's absolutely, dead on balls accurate.
Again, just the perspective of one complete non-factor, but something fun to chew on.

Anything that lands on the most outer part of the apron. That's the hardest part of the ring.

I'd love to hear Focalin's opinion. I'm pretty sure he would say something about face planting on concrete. (I joke because I know he's okay now but damn was that scary to watch)

Finn Balors coupe Dr grais (sp?) Any move where you've got a guy landing you has gotta be painful but Finns is a concentrated load rather than say a frog splash where upon connection theres a greater surface area. Even though hes only just 150lbs that's 150lbs of concentrated pressure.
Also any kinda back breaker over the knee, ain't much give there.
Can't rememver if it was Regal who said Jerichos lion tamer was very painful

I'm sure that was a tables match with RVD he'll of a slice that was! Talking of RVD and tables that time he sliced his eyelid off when he and Sabu hit their leg drops on someone in ECW, table broke badly can't rememver if it was wood or the medal edging that came up into RVDs face and tore his eyelid, I remenver him saying he was about to rip the bit of skin off and Sabu had to tell him, dude that's your eyelid.

When I trained my trainer said that back bumps and running ropes won’t feel like anything after a while and you won’t mind doing them. After a while, you do get used to them and it doesn’t hurt as bad.

Undertaker's last ride Kevin Owens apron power bomb Any of Sid's or Kevin Nash's botched power bombs. What about Kevin Nash's lazy Vertical Suplex where he doesnt even fall backwards with the guy and just drops him from 7' in the air?

I once took a pedigree from my cousin when I was like 10 years old. Holy crap that hurt lol. I was seeing stars for a bit. I remember right after I popped right back up and randomly said " Now I know how Austin felt at SS 97"

I trained for about 9 months a few years back, granted it wasn’t long so the moves were basic and obviously we didn’t hit as hard as the folk performing at a high level. Anyway the move is absolutely despised taking was a double suplex, mainly as it always hurt my ing balls. I didn’t need to sell it as I was in pain. I remember one time taking one, struggling to get up due to the pain and then my trainer made me take another. The bastard. For the record just the normal vertical suplex was a lot easier to take.
